I walked in without an appointment & inquired about my insurance & what I needed & walked out less than 15 minutes later with everything taken care of. I was skeptical of coming here based on some of the reviews I saw online however my experience was perfectly fine.. The front desk staff was helpful and the girl that helped me pick out glasses was very patient and understanding of what I was looking for. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. He explained things thoroughly for me and made sure I was taken care of. I had to order some glasses and get new lenses for my current Sun(Driving) glass frames so the new lenses will need to be cut and installed. We will see how everything turns out in a couple weeks. :) read more

This will be my 3rd visit to Lees Eye Center..The thing I like most is they don't have the Walmart selection for glasses.. They have a quality selection to choose from and I am super picky. They are always fair & honest and make sure in the end I am happy. read more

VERY NICE office! Got my eyes checked for the first time there and the lady who checked them was very very nice and she was very helpful and efficient. I did need glasses so I went to the front to pick them out and one of the girls at the front who was blonde picked out a perfect pair she really knows what she's doing when it comes to face shapes and what she really thought would look best for me. I ended up going with the pair she picked. I would just like to say that the office is very nice and all the staff I dealt with was amazing and I was in and out of there in no time! They do not waste time when it comes to getting things done which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place. read more

The office staff were very sweet, the office was clean, the doctor was patient and so very helpful! I had to bring my 11 month daughter in and she was all over the place, the doctor helped me keep her occupied and happy. I'm so very happy with this office!!! I have gone here for about 3 years the last two visits have been horrible. They run about an hour late they have one dr on duty and schedule 3 appointments for the same time. The receptionist acts like shes there fir a paycheck doesnt care about anyone. There service was always good until these last 2 visits. If you like waiting hope you have a good book because you will be waiting for atleast an hour read more

My family has been going to Dr. Lee for about 9 years. We've always had a great experience until recent changes/additions in staff. All doctors are fantastic, but the newer staff members have changed our minds about the place. It's lost its familiar feeling, as well as professional, sincere service that kept us going there for the last 9 years. It saddens me to have to begin searching for a new place after alll this time. But, I don't believe any of us will be back...as soon as we receive the glasses that we ordered over a month ago (if we receive them). Can't get any of them to tell me when they'll be in. read more

My husband came in there to get his new glasses. All seemed good , ordered them and added scratch protective coating. They called in about 10 to 14 days that glasses were in. Came to pick them up and they were wrong he couldn't read with them. They apologized and re-measured and sent them off again. Two more weeks ladder they were in again. GREAT!!!!! Right? Well NO. About three week ladder they get scratched! So go back in and they say "yeh sure enough they are scratched" wanted him to leave them again, but couldn't because we were leaving town. They said ok we can fix them here but it will cost you 14 more dollars. Even though we paid 60 dollars for scratch resistant coating. What a joke! DON'T GO THERE! There are lots of other places to choose from. read more

Dr. Ward is a fabulous doctor and I continue to go the office only because of her. The staff and customer service is less than adequate to say the least. Simple things like forgetting to order contacts and waiting three weeks for contacts to come in.Canceling appointments and sending a card in the mail with the new date without first asking if that date would even work for you is absolutely unacceptable. read more

sent 19 year old daughter for eye exam, and glasses ,staff very unfriendly, acted bothered when she was asking about ins deductibles , frames. when glasses came in , she didnt even want to get them fitted,because of the rudeness of staff.took her to another eye care professional for a fitting. would not recommend. plus there was excessive wait times! read more

We have been going to Dr. Lee at Lee Eyecare Center for MANY years and continue for a reason: Dr Lee is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. We started visiting Dr Lee for vision therapy for my young daughter (at that time, now 16 yrs old) and still see Dr. Lee for the entire families eyecare needs. This office was in the middle of renovation and very disorganized. Had to wait over 20 minutes after my appt. office staff was less than friendly. When I picked up my glasses the staff acted as though I was bothering them and their prices are not cheap! I am happy with the product but will not return. read more

Last November got eye exam and glasses there. Tried to get contacts last month and they made me pay for new "contact" exam. Ordered contacts and took 35 days to get in, without explanation or apology. What a hassle. And, they're not the brand the doctor recommended! Poor service here, will try somewhere else next time. read more

Let me tell you about Lee Eyecare Center. This place is by far the worst place I have ever done business with. Not only did they get my contact lens order wrong numerous times, but when I finally decided I didn't want to deal with these people anymore, they gave me 1 order of 3 month lenses, which is 1/4 of what I actually ordered AND paid for. When I asked about this, the doctor himself told me that those lenses were one year lenses, which I knew at the time was a crock and I should've done something right then and there, but I was so tired of dealing with these idiots, that I let it go and never went back. Here it is 5 months later, and I receive a letter in the mail stating that I still owe and outstanding balance, even though I have a receipt that shows a zero balance. DO NOT see these people, go ANYWHERE but here, heed my warning and you'll thank me later! read more

I went for my annual exam and thought I was eligble for my glasses this year from my ins company well I was apparently eligble last year but there staff told me last year I was not eligble for new glasses from the insurance company. So needless to say because of there incompentent staff my insurance won't cover glasses until next year because I missed the window. Staff incompentent will not take my family there again and I have been a customer since 2009. read more
