Phil, the reported owner is absurdly unprofessional. If you would like more details please keep reading. We completed a rent to own contract with Document Essentials. At the onset of our relationship we worked with a very helpful and capable Rep named Manny. Manny is unfortunately gone and replaced by Phil who is trying to hold our now paid for machine hostage by refusing to share the access passwords to make necessary maintenance changes. He apparently feels that we are responsible to return toner we received during our contract which was included in our paid for and completed contract ! He is mad because we have not chosen to continue with his ill fitting overpriced maintenance contract. Initially We chose to look elsewhere for service in response to his refusal to provide the level of service we actually require. However, his demeanor was a off putting from the beginning. And once we had tried to accept his services on a per need basis his unprofessional tirade clarified that he is not to be dealt with at any level. I made it clear that I am prepared to abide by what ever is included with our previous contract stipulation regarding the toner return. I made it clear what services I actually need. And as not be a shocker, we decided to look elsewhere for a service provider that was willing to actually cover our needs. His behavior and general attitude are outrageous including constantly attempting to speak over me and muddle the waters by evading the 2 issues. He was like dealing with a tantruming child. I tried my best to clarify for him the 2 issues. the toner return which I was prepared to return if indeed was in our agreement and 2 the requested access passwords which he refused to share and said that I could find them some other way! Fortunately we figured them out anyway. Although this access information should have been communicated at the end of our purchase contract. OMG! a lot of words about this ridiculous situation. Just know you are forewarned if you work with this man child !

And since we are a tax office, at this time of year, it is imperative that our equipment be in top notch order. However, upon changing out the ink cartridge on one of our printers this morning, we received an error and could not remove the cartridge from the printer. Upon notifying Brian of our dilemma, he dispatched Lloyd immediately. Within the hour, all was back up and running again. Thank you so much! Your prompt response was very much appreciated.

Dan was on the delivery crew and made sure the printer was networked as I had ordered. This is the first convention (doing this for 20+ yrs) where the copier ran without incident or issue. So our fridge got on the local train right around Thanksgiving 2014. We heated some pie and I…read morepulled out the frozen yogurt, and sho nuff, the frozen yogurt was more like liquid yogurt. One word for that: egads! We did a frantic online search to find appliances, and stumbled upon Appliance Land Etc. The Appliance Land website didn't show many details about specific appliances in inventory, but we went anyway, trying to avoid the big box stores if possible. They had a great selection, but really only one in the size that we wanted (30"W 66"H 30"D) but it matched exactly what we were looking for. Dennis was amazingly helpful and awesome. He checked the inventory and saw that he had last year's model of a fridge in the size that we needed. He offered us that model for about $50 off the normal retail since it was a floor model. Turns out, the inventory was wrong and the model on the floor was the 2015 model. He offered us the same discount on the fridge, and we're having it delivered for free on Tuesday. I'll write an update to my review after the delivery. They offer haul-away for $20 and they will recycle it. A couple of notes, we found the same model fridge at either Lowes or Home Depot, and it was the same retail price. We chose to support small business. Dennis also gave us some good advice on microwaves and how easy it is to install them in lieu of a vent. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone shopping for appliances. We're looking to redo our kitchen in a year or so, and we'll definitely be visiting these guys when we shop for appliances.

He never did, then when I finally got ahold of someone, a woman answered and told me he died. I'm not saying that was a lie, but as such I have her 2 months to get back to business and try to figure out what she was going to do about my table. That never happened and when I finally did get ahold of someone after the 2 months, they answered, acted like they couldn't speak English, and blocked me! The main reason I hired movers in the first place was to move this table and the matching couch table because they're very heavy! They didn't listen when I told them that they needed to move them first, so after moving the couch, loveseat, recliner, and matching table, theiy were hot and tired! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!

My movers were supposed to arrive between 12-2pm (with the coordinator I spoke to saying it would most likely be 12), but they did not arrive until after 4pm. They were nice guys; but they didn't handle my stuff with care. I have nicks and a huge new scratch on my dresser -- I should've seen the red flag when they didn't wrap it (I've moved this dresser many times before and movers have always wrapped it) but just wanted to get the move over with. This dresser has stayed in perfect condition for several years and several moves, so I'm a bit heartbroken. I also have a hugeeeeee rip on my mattress (picture also attached). I'm unsure of how this will impact support and may have to buy an entirely new one. Throughout the process, I just felt very uneasy about how they were handling my stuff. They broke another one of items as well as a hallway light in my new apartment. I don't know if I have any recourse here because I noticed these things after they left, and don't have any before pictures. However, I'll try to get in touch with Blue Skies on Monday and update my review.

I was sent an email that went to my spam folder so I never saw the appt was canceled for the following day. No phone call was made to me. I drove over an hour to this showroom location with my associate and encountered a rude man sitting in his office doing quite literally nothing. No one was there... he was not preoccupied with anything when he told me he was not able to meet with us. He wouldn't answer any of my questions regarding items, pricing, etc. we felt very rushed out and we never rescheduled. I called John back (who I set the appointment up with originally) and it went straight to VM and I still have not received a call back. Very disappointed we wasted our day driving all the way to this place. Poor service and unprofessionalism at its finest.

We were assured that it would be in on Wednesday, it was not, but we were told the mail had not come yet. Then we called Thursday, and it was still not there, and they said to call back Friday. We call back Friday, and they are unsure as to when it's coming in, but did not seem inclined to try and actually figure out what is going on. After we pressed them for a better explanation, they admitted that it was not on it's way in after all- their supplier had it back-ordered, and that they don't know when they could get the part. Total waste of time. They had ample opportunity to inform us about the delay, and through either duplicity or incompetence, never did.
