Had a bad experience when trying to trade my car to this dealership. The sales guy told me my engine light was on and tried to deduct a large amount of price, but actually that is just a maintenance light. This tactic sounds really silly. Either he totally doesn't know what a real engine light looks like or he just lied to customers. Also he pointed to the carfax report claimed this car was lack of maintenance over 5 years while ironically I regularly serviced my car in this exact same dealership group! By far the worst customer service, and service I have ever experienced at any factory authorized dealership, period. If you decide to take your vehicle here, shame on you, because you are putting everyone else on the road around you at risk. Not only are you putting your own life at risk, and others by being a customer at Lee Johnson, you also may open yourself up to an insurmountable quantity of legal ramifications if you injure or kill other people with your vehicle due to accepting delivery of a vehicle with compromised safety systems. This is saddening because I thought I trusted a Kirkland staple who helped fund our beloved Peter Kirk Park baseball field that my Dad and grandfather took me to as a child. Instead, if you give any of your money to this conglomerate, get ready to be shamed for noticing that other parts of your vehicle have been damaged after you receive your vehicle from being repaired that you just bought from them. For me the straw that broke the camel's back is the complete neglect to actually verify the SAFETY of the vehicle. When a CV boot is torn upon tear down or reassembly, and that grease is allowed to get on the brakes and tire, this can and will easily cause an accident in the rain leading to deaths. (Also I "just" love fighting that you are the only people who have touched or even lifted the car since you sold it to me, but somehow the CV boot that didn't have any issues the day before you changed the differential is my fault.) I have worked as a person who calibrates/certifies/signs off for the final test drive verifying all safety systems that can be safely tested operate within manufacture specification for the vehicle safety systems in the collision industry for one of the largest shops in the state. This includes analyzing that the tech/mechanic has properly done their job correctly, and also inspect if the hours they spent match the appropriate hours designated by the manufacture for the given tasks. What I found in this case made my heart sink. No Chevrolet employee with an ethical conscience should ever let a vehicle go off the premise that knowingly had compromised brakes and tires from grease contamination, because people lives are at stake, and it is a responsibility as a mechanic to do the right thing and speak up if you see something that could cause others harm, even if you were the person who accidentally compromised a vehicle component. For me having signed off on so many commercial/military aviation parts for a large portion of my professional career of which I will be held accountable for forever, seeing this blatant disregard to the safety and wellbeing of all motorists is not only grounds for a lawsuit, but morally unacceptable. So after they have seen the brake pads are contaminated, the boot is leaking, obviously from the detailed photos I sent before they even asked me to drive there and said it was fine having seen the photo's, then they say here are your keys, you can take your car, but the boot is discontinued, and on back order and should come within the month. Without cleaning any of the contaminated brake system or tire, just sent me on my way with hopes and dreams in a monsoon. This is after my car sat there for a month three days ago. In Bellevue they care about their reputation the way the brand should be taking care of the customers who are enthusiastic about the products. I can't reiterate enough, especially people who are not extremely car savvy and feel they can navigate understanding all aspects of purchasing a used vehicle or having service done, it's very big risk for you to be taken advantage of by the staff of Lee Johnson. They absolutely don't care about your safety, or schedule. Forget about if they damage the car they just sold you, only to have it sit on their lot or tell you that the $1300 optional paint matched caliper they chipped the paint off in 9 places is not a big deal, we'll get you an aftermarket paint pen to fix it. After a quick test drive, their appraiser claimed my engine had 'serious mechanical issues' and tried to lowball me with a $6,000 offer. Avoid! Avoid! Do NOT use Lee Johnson for service. I was charged double what other local dealers charge, received poor service, and felt completely cheated. I brought in my C8 Corvette for a warranty check and a transmission service. Not only did they take 8 days instead of the promised 3, but they also tried to charge me for a warranty inspection that we agreed prior would be covered. The real scam was the pricing. They quoted me ambiguously via text with no "total" price given, leading me to believe the transmission service was roughly $1100. When the bill came, they charged $2200 ($1000 for fluid + $1100 for the filter). For comparison, Everett Chevy charges $1100 total and Bellevue Chevy charges $1300. Lee Johnson is charging double the market rate. To make matters worse, they didn't even reset the maintenance reminder in the car. If I hadn't noticed, I would have been tricked into servicing the car again too early. It makes me wonder if they even did the work. The manager refused to make it right or match local prices. The service department does not provide quality workmanship. I had to take off work twice to have them fix something they had already done. It's taken 3 hours to get one simple TPMS sensor repaired and that work was not completed due to improper evaluation. Customer service is poor and their paperwork was mishandled regarding my service history. Communication is done by text even when waiting in the lobby. During July 2025, Lee Johnson Chevrolet of Kirkland, WA repaired my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado HD2500. They replaced the turbocharger, EGR, EGR cooler, EGR cooler bypass valve and various other sensors, thermostats, and gaskets. The total cost for repairs was approximately $15,000. What they did right: My truck was promptly diagnosed and repaired which was important as we were RV'ing across country and needed the truck to pull our 5th-wheel trailer. The service advisor did a very good job keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs, and the service manager assisted in delivering our repaired truck only 1 day late. What they did wrong: (1) Failed to reconnect the ground to the intake air heater resulting in a check engine lite and trip to the Chevrolet dealer in Port Angeles, WA. (Lee Johnson reimbursed me for this cost.) (2) Failed to disconnect the wiring to my power steps when removing the cab resulting in broken wires. (3) Failed to properly crimp connectors when they repaired the broken power step wires. (4) Failed to properly tighten one of the cab mounting bolts. (5) Again, when removing or reinstalling the cab, broke the parking brake assembly which then required replacement. Items (2) thru (5) were discovered by Chevrolet of Bend, OR when another check engine lite led to the replacement of the recently installed EGR cooler bypass valve. The failure of this repair part cannot be blamed on Lee Johnson; however, it does reflect poorly on the Chevrolet corporation. Items (2) thru (5) were corrected by Chevrolet of Bend at a cost of more than $800. This cost was reimbursed by Lee Johnson Chevrolet. I had confidence in Lee Johnson Chevrolet, and they responded with extremely unprofessional work. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, the salesman DAVID was so rude. When we first got there he would only speak to my husband and even though I gave them MY ID for the test drive they tried to hand the keys over to MY HUSBAND. We said multiple times we were car shopping for me. Then he tried to tell me we couldn't look at a certain vehicle because we looked like we couldn't afford it apparently and to top it off he tried to explain to me how a push to start vehicle worked in such a condescending way when I didn't even ask nor needed the explaining. Meh. There doesn't seem to be anything glaringly bad about this dealership, but nothing stands out as spectacular either. We overpaid for our new vehicle but accept that as the cost of purchasing during a pandemic and supply chain fiasco. While sealing the deal they told us they were basically a used car lot because there was so little new inventory. In light of that, it was a very no frills deal. Might be different when they are a little more hungry. Fast forward to time for the first oil change, again "Meh". Called and made my appointment. Told them I'd be waiting. Then when I arrived was told it would be a two hour wait. I have never had a wait like that for an oil change at Honda or Subaru. When I mentioned a couple things I wanted looked at, I was told they couldn't do it while I waited as it would be at least 4 hours. So, I will have to update when we can get those things looked at. The service is fine (as long as you are not in a hurry). If you are looking to make a deal or feel like your business is valued, it might be better to go further out from the city. I went to the Lexus dealer in Spokane to help an older couple but a car, and the service was leaps and bounds above and beyond. They paid less for their car, too. read more

Bought a truck for my son, certified used. We live a ways away from the dealership and it took us five hours total round trip. The truck broke down on the highway. on the same day. We towed it to the nearest Chevy dealership. After talking with the salesman it was all on us to take care of the problem. We decided to return the truck and it was within 24 hours of the purchase. We are on week two with no refund of the money we put down. We have made every call to them with no response. Finally after three weeks of waiting and every excuse we got the money. It's a shame to accept a poor review over a fixable error on Kirkland's Lee Johnson Chevrolet's part. We requested that our license plates be sent to our home, it's in our car purchase paperwork. When contacting the Kirkland dealership, it was determined that they were there. No one contacted us. They said they could mail them but it could take 2 weeks. They refused to overnight them to us since we only had a few days left on our temporary license plate. Minimum 30 min drive one way there for us without traffic. This was my first visit to this location since I moved from Ohio. I was in such a rush this morning when I went to drop off my vehicle. I had a last minute meeting come up and I knew I would be cutting it close so I left in a hurry. I knew I wasn't being as polite and patient as I normally would. My technician ended up having to called me to ask more questions and to suggest services based on my mileage but I was in the middle of a meeting. Tim then texted me to makes things easier in case I had any questions. I was so thankful that he even gave me that option. I didn't pick up my car until 5p or so after a long work day. Not only was the staff polite and friendly to me and asked me about my day, but when they found out I wasn't from the area, they gave me suggestions of places to visit. Tim is especially amazing! I really appreciate great customer service! They had even cleaned my car, inside and out! It was the perfect end to my stressful day. We spoke to Kyle on the phone about purchasing our vehicle asked what condition it was in gave details about a minor scratch, got a price that was good & drove an hour out of our way only to learn that our tires were not brand new and that would decrease offer either $1k or we could bring it back with new tires for the original offer price. Needless to say, a giant waste of time. They never were going to give us that original price & thought maybe we would just go for it. Going to Carmax tomorrow for a better price. My husband is a customer for over a decade and I got my last car here. It is a Chevrolet cruise and I never had any problem with that. At the time we were looking for a new car for me the sale person was very nice and knowledgeable about the options according with what we were looking for. All the process was very smooth and we did not feel either pressured to buy anything or to add one of those packages. We tried three different models and the winner was the cruise, plus a maintenance service which I love. Today I had another oil change which I don't need to call to schedule. Just need to stop by, give it information and wait in the customers lobby where there is a tiny coffee shop and many available seats. I was all of there in less than 30 minutes. I totally recommend this place in case you are looking for a good customer service and reasonable car prices. read more

We've bought 3 cars over the last few years with Lee Johnson. If I could break the departments down, here's how I'd rate them: SALES: 5 star; attentive and helpful SERVICE: 3 star; they seem to do good work and try to help the customer, but I have an uncomfortable feeling they are 'gold plating' some services (replacing things before the vehicle maint schedule calls for it, etc). If you shop around an beat the bushes a bit, you can probably pay less for the services you need, but at least here you have 'one stop shopping', and you can expect to pay a premium for that convenience; fair's fair. FINANCE: 1 star. Here a very pushy guy tries to pad LJAF's bottom line by selling you a bunch of products that you either don't need, or can get elsewhere at a lower price. Some good products include window tinting and 'clear bra' protection for the car. You may get a better price elsewhere, but going through LJAF saves you the hassle and they DO make sure it's done right. Less good deals are the interior finish protection (Xylon: they will weasel out the claims you make), and the Maintenance Contract (horrid value - do not buy). The jury is still out on the Extended Warranty (though Consumer Reports recommends you pass on these generally). THE VERDICT: I used to consider LJAF a cut above the rest, but seeing I kind of got 'taken for a ride' on some of my 'extras', I now consider them just average, and while you can get a good deal and good service there, make no mistake: you still have to exercise Due Diligence, 'coz they'll fleece you a bit if you let them. This is too bad, 'coz it is nice to have a relationship with a dealer where you can go and just say 'I'll take that car', and know that you don't have to parse every detail, because you know they'll be fair with you. I used to feel that way about LJAF, but sorry guys, the honeymoon is over. TOP TIP: Don't buy anything from the Finance Department. Just say 'no' to anything they offer. I recieved an email regarding my '07 Chevy Cobalt, apparently it is in high demand (despite having 100,000 miles on it) this coming season after taxes are filed for people seeking used-cars. They invited me in to look at some trade-in deals. So I replied to the email and within an hour Robbie called me and invited me to the dealership that same day. I have always had great service from the guys and never felt pressured to buy more than I intended. He showed me some cars that I wouldn't have to put a down payment on; within the budget that was pre-calculated earlier as a result of the inspection of my cobalt. Robbie was incredibly easy to talk to and answered every question I had in a simple manner, easy for me to understand. I settled on a '13 Kia Optima after looking at some hatchbacks, a Chevy Cruz and a mustang. I completely fell in love with how it handled and knew that u would be taking it off the lot that day. I never felt pressured in the least, he let me take my time and was entirely honest with me regarding the financing process. They did everything they could to lower the monthly payment. And I mean EVERYTHING.....cutting fees, re-calling other dealerships to sell my cobalt for more, calling the bank and getting my interest rate VERY low....everything. We settled at a payment that I was happy with which included a 10-yr power train warranty. Not to mention how much funny Jack was; the finance guru that I finished my appointment with. All of those forms to sign have a way of dampering the excitement of a new car, but he made it fun and made sure to fully explain every little detail. I will continue to come here for all my Car needs. They make everything easy to understand and really embody what a family-oriented dealership is all about. Well, what can I say, this was the easiest way of buying a car ever. I hate dealing with buying a car and we put it off for a looong time. We went to other car dealerships last year in fall and were fed up really quickly. There was no chance in just looking and driving a car to get a feel if you like it, it always came attached with getting lured in and us trying to get out of there as fast as we could. (we are bad in saying no, so it was always a major pain). We started looking again and found some nice certified used once on their lot. They let us come in, look a the cars, drive it and we were able to walk out the door without any hassle at all since we wanted to sleep over it and talk about the options. Conor was great, there was no pushing us. He and the nice guy from financing were funny, helpful and answered all our questions before we left. We came back 2 days later, the car we decided on was still there and had a second test drive. We went in and the negotiations were sort of like all car dealership, BUT without the trying to upsell, upgrade or working the financing sheet spiel some do. We had clear and easy negotiations (as easy as they can be I guess) and were able to come up with a price that worked for both sides. We also got decent value on our trade in and were happy overall. The only thing for deducting a star is the time we spent there from after the test drive to finally getting the keys and papers. It took 5h from sitting down to leaving again, which seems ridiculously long. To be honest tough, if that is the time it takes to avoid sneaky car sales man and finance department. Well so be it. We plan on buying a second car in 2 years and they sure will be on our top list to visit. It shows that treating people the right way, will make them come back. Review on Lee Johnson: Fact: Yakima Chevrolet had a hand shake to buy one of Lee Johnsons Corvettes. My GF went through a lot of time to get her finances to buy the said Corvette to complete her end with Yakima Chevrolet. Yakima checked with Lee Johnson and told them they would get a trailer to pick up the said Corvette. Yakima called the inventory manager to let them know when the Corvette would be picked up. Yakima was told the car was sold for more money to someone else. Basically breaking a gentleman's hand shake. Yakima went up the chain complaining about the broken deal to no result. I convinced my GF to call and talk to manager. She said he was a total di.... And than he offered to look for another car, i.e. trying to make more money off of a buyer that just got dumped. Conclusion: Lee Johnson cannot be trusted to follow through on a handshake with another dealer and probably not another car buyer. These are personal opinions based on fact. read more

Took our suburban in for a diagnosis. We knew that one sensor had failed because Midas had diagnosed it. However we had another issue - a problem that could have been the rear differential / abs braking system but unclear. The symptom was two rear sensors having issues. Lee Johnson made us pay a diagnosis fee for their service / time which we agreed to but then they didn't do a thorough diagnosis. In fact, they gave us a diagnosis report that stated the one failed sensor (knew that already) and they said that our rear differential had to be rebuilt. Here are quotes from their diagnosis report: "found a large coating of metal on the sensors which lead to some kind of problem in rear differential creating metal in oil". We pay 251.15 for a diagnosis and it says some kind of problem? They said we had to do a complete rear differential rebuild and quoted us $6000. Just for the record there are sometimes metal shavings in the rear differential. We took it to another repair shop and we discovered it was NOT the rear differential. It was the ABS computer module and two sensors that needed to be replaced. After $3000 we were set and on our way. They mis-diagnosed the problem, didn't provide a thorough analysis report. Their pricing is outrageous. A day or two after we left we received a survey and gave them a 1 star and said why and the service manager never called. They don't care about providing good service and they don't appear to have the mechanic diagnosis that they should have. read more

Never buy from this company. Awful customer service in both the sales and service departments. Bought a car in 2015 and had nothing but problems as soon as I signed the papers. They always made me feel very unwelcome when coming in to get my car serviced and they were extremely pushy to make me buy the car that I did without looking at other options. I had talked to management multiple times about the poor customer service in the service department and every time was assured that it would not happen again and to give them another chance. Nothing ever changed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I don't usually like to bash a company like this but this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. read more

I purchased a 2019 CX-5 from Lucian Scutelnicu, Assistant Sales Manager. I'm satisfied with the purchase, but am not happy with the trade-in value I received for my car, which was $1,500. Lucian argued that because of the coronavirus, their lots are full and couldn't take in more cars. 2 days later, I see they have listed my car for $8,900. I have gone through this process of trading in cars many times before, but have never had the dealership offer less than 15% of what they later listed for. Yes, I understand that the coronavirus epidemic must be slowing their car sales. Yes, their lots must be full. But here I am, purchasing a car from them, during these hard times, when I could have gone anywhere else. Every business has to decide what is more important: Whether to create long term relationships in the community by keeping customers' happy or to squeeze out every cent possible. I love the Lee Johnson (Mazda) people. Whenever I need to take my car in for service, they seem to go out of their way to be helpful and kind. I took my car in yesterday because my brakes had been squealing. They inspected everything (thoroughly explained why it was happening; nothing was wrong), washed it, vacuumed it - and didn't charge me anything. Sometimes things do cost $, but I've never felt overcharged. The Quick-Lube place on-site is great and comparable to other similar places, but I like the convenience of knowing if something is wrong with my car, it's already there. When I bought my car there (new), I never felt oversold. I knew what I wanted and they worked with me within those parameters. read more

Was having difficulty with other dealerships and car manufacturers on not only finding the car I want, but being able to obtain on and get a fair trade on my old car. From the get go the folks at Lee Johnson were extremely friendly and helpful in asking what features I was looking for and style. From there only showed me vehicles that fit my wants, not what they could try to push off on me for quick sell. We had the pleasure of working with Aziz who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and put up with all my questions and test drives. Once we found a vehicle that to my surprise fit me there was no hassle when I told them I need to go home and think on it before I pulled the trigger, just a "Hey that's understandable. Just let us know". Went back a few hours later to make the deal and to my utter astonishment there was no dickering and right off the bat a fair offer on my trade. The fastest process I have ever gone through, maybe 20 minutes until we were working with the finance gentleman. I would give the full five stars but I have as yet dealt with the service department, but I can say that if they show to be as helpful, kind and friendly I will be changing to 5 all the way. If you want a place that will take what you say and only show you what they feel meets those needs, or a no dicker experience upon buying I would fully recommend at least stopping by and giving them the chance to earn your business. Good experience with the salesperson, horrible experience with the manager who I talked to at the end of my time there. When I arrived, I mentioned to the salesperson that I was comparison shopping with a few dealers, and looking to get the lowest cost car that I could find. He took that in stride. I was there to look at their Bolt - an electric vehicle - and the salesperson was knowledgeable, had helpful explanations, and didn't push things I wasn't interested in, like fancier trim. Once we were done looking at the cars, I went inside with the salesperson to talk prices. He quoted me a price that was, if I'm remembering correctly, roughly a couple thousand dollars more expensive than a quote I had from another nearby dealer. He gave me the print-out with the list of costs and rebates, and told me he would talk to his manager and see what they could do. The manager came back and said something incredulous-sounding like "Hm, I heard that this price you were quoted - allegedly - is pretty incredible." Presumably that's some odd salesperson technique, but it came off like an implication that I was lying. Then he continued "I certainly hope the vehicle isn't damaged or something, because I don't know how they could give you a price like that." It became clear he wasn't prepared to match their price, which was fine. I said "Ok, thanks for checking. I'll just take the details on your offer in case it falls through for some reason with the other dealer." He responded "Oh, the paper stays with me." I thought I hadn't heard him correctly, but after a lot of back and forth, it became clear that he absolutely refused to let me take the print-out with me - and it became clear that he wouldn't show it to me again for me to write down the costs and discounts. It was completely bizarre and rude. I've never in my life had an experience where a company refused to let me jot down the details of their pricing for me to consider later. Thank you for helping me join the electrified car club! I briefly heard a tv or radio ad about a lease promo on the 2017 Kia Soul Ex's, and had been thinking about adding one to our fleet, and the deal made it worth pulling the trigger. I worked with Lucian who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested, and I chose to move forward with the promotional lease. I had wanted to trade in one of our existing vehicles but the offer didn't quite pencil out. All in all it was a great process and the Kia team worked well to get me our newest vehicle. This place is the worst. I was looking for cars online this week and yesterday I found two online that I liked - one was on Craigslist, and one was on Autotrader.com, and both were at this dealership. Same prices listed, same years, similar models, and I wanted to check them both out to see if one of them would be a good fit for me. I sent an email inquiry last night about one of the cars and got a response back from a sales associate asking when I could come see the car. I replied promptly, inquiring about the other car I'd found and asking if both were still available. I didn't get a response from him until late this afternoon, three minutes before I pulled onto the lot, that both were available and I should come take a look at them. A salesman quickly approached and I asked for the man I'd been emailing with. In the meantime, this salesman started walking me around the lot looking for the cars I mentioned. He said he was "pretty sure" one of them had been sold the day before, but we hopped in a truck and started driving around looking for it anyway. We found the other car beneath a tent in the back being painted, and the guy painting it said it'd be about three hours before I could drive it. We finally found the man I'd been emailing with and he took over. He was able to find the other car on the lot and I took a test drive. He was a little bossy, running me through a tight course around the lot, onto the freeway and back, and that was my drive. I mentioned my interest in the other car and we looked at it as the paint job proceeded. While there, I mentioned that I'd seen it on Craigslist for one price and had seen it on their website that morning for a few thousand dollars more; the car itself did not have a sticker price anywhere. I said I was interested in that car at the price advertised on Craigslist and ready to buy if they could honor it; the salesman said if the VIN numbers matched and the ad was still up, they'd give it to me for that price. We went inside and the real fun began. He tried to get me to fill out a credit application, although I already had an approved loan through my credit union. I called them and they assured me I did not need to apply again through the dealer, and said the only thing that would do was ding my credit for no reason. I explained this to the salesman and he seemed a little annoyed but went with it. Then, he started to talk to me about what I wanted my monthly payments to be. I told him this was of literally no concern to him since I'd be giving him a check from my bank and arranging payments with them, but he kept pushing until I finally shut him down. At this point, he realized they wouldn't make any money off a financing deal with me or haggling over a trade-in (I didn't have one), so it was basically a "cash" sale. Hardball. He started to hem and haw about the price on Craigslist versus the price on their website, saying he'd "try" for me but wasn't sure his manager would allow it. We all looked at the Craigslist ad together and I sat dumbfounded as he explained that the ad was basically meaningless because the price was no longer valid, although it had been placed literally 14 hours before. He left the desk several times for 10, 15, 20 minutes, to confer with a man behind another desk. He seemed increasingly annoyed and frustrated with me as I very calmly insisted on the price that was advertised. I wasn't trying to lowball them or manufacture an outrageous deal; I just wanted the price they'd listed! He finally sent over the assistant sales manager, who spoke directly to my boyfriend for the first five minutes until I finally interrupted to inform him that, in fact, I was the one buying the car. He tried to bargain with me on the price, saying he would "work with me" but would not honor the internet price. He insisted a new ad had been placed that morning with the increased price, but when I showed him that the old ad was still up, he was unapologetic. He said they'd put a "great deal of work" into it over the last 12 hours (?) and that he couldn't stand to lose money on the deal. I asked if this was some kind of weird bait-and-switch tactic, and though he repeated stated that he "understood where I was coming from" he ultimately would not honor the price. We left, they didn't follow. I have purchased cars from dealerships before where the process was much more straightforward. No hassle, no weird price switches, no financing tactics, clear numbers, respectful dialogue. This place made me uncomfortable from the first minute and I should've followed my instincts instead of wasting several hours on a fruitless transaction. The games that take place here are the reason people hate buying cars, but they're also completely unnecessary to run a business. I would never return to this dealership, and will tell my friends the same. read more

I regret having to give a 1 star review - but have no choice. I do want to emphasize this is about their service department - not related to their sales department. We scheduled an appointment on their website, several days in advance for an oil change and also for service/diagnosis on an antifreeze leak. This is for a brand new (only 5,000 miles) $32,000 Chevrolet. I received a confirmation of the appointment but just to be totally safe, I also called and confirmed the appointment was solid. I emphasized that we would be waiting and that due to a very busy schedule, the most time we could leave it would be 3 hours, and that we would be waiting. When we brought the vehicle in, they assured us they would get to it. After 2 hours with no updates and noticing the vehicle had not even been brought inside yet, we checked in, and they said they would get to it. After 3 hours still nothing had happened - it was not even brought inside. No oil change. No check up on the leaking antifreeze. So we had to leave very disappointed. I emailed their service manager that day, expressing how disappointed we were, waited 24 hours, and no response. So unfortunately I have to give 1 star. We will be going elsewhere for our brand new Chevrolet warranty service. read more

There is a reason for the poor reviews on here. This place is so dysfunctional it's not funny anymore. My husband had an appointment last Thursday (it's now Saturday) to replace a recalled defective part that they sold the cars with... The electrical panel in the drivers door. He waited over an hour and a half, only to find out that they replaced it on the WRONG black Trailblazer. They reschedule him for Monday. I called them today because due to the defective part, his driver's door will not lock and someone broke into his car last night (through the unlocked driver's door). Now they say they can't get the part until Wednesday (so why did they schedule him for Monday?). Called another local Chevy dealer, who (rudely) tells me that they all order the parts from the same place, so tough luck. This whole experience just makes me want to get rid of the Chevy and deal with another car payment to not have to deal with THEM anymore. I've never dealt with a more inept company, what a joke! read more

Horrible experience. I feel like they tried to take advantage of our daughter. Here is an example of the awful / insulting deal they offered, and the actual deal we got (with absolutely no haggling) from Mazda of Everett. This is the exact same buyer, for the exact same car. $19.7k for the car vs $18.8, 9% interest rate vs 1.9%, $2k for trade in vs $2.4k, $0 rebate vs $500 instant rebate. By not purchasing from Lee Johnson, we saved $1,800 on the car and we saved over $4k in interest. Don't waste your time at Lee Johnson. read more
