By far the worst customer service, and service I have ever experienced at any factory authorized dealership, period. If you decide to take your vehicle here, shame on you, because you are putting everyone else on the road around you at risk. Not only are you putting your own life at risk, and others by being a customer at Lee Johnson, you also may open yourself up to an insurmountable quantity of legal ramifications if you injure or kill other people with your vehicle due to accepting delivery of a vehicle with compromised safety systems. This is saddening because I thought I trusted a Kirkland staple who helped fund our beloved Peter Kirk Park baseball field that my Dad and grandfather took me to as a child. Instead, if you give any of your money to this conglomerate, get ready to be shamed for noticing that other parts of your vehicle have been damaged after you receive your vehicle from being repaired that you just bought from them. For me the straw that broke the camel's back is the complete neglect to actually verify the SAFETY of the vehicle. When a CV boot is torn upon tear down or reassembly, and that grease is allowed to get on the brakes and tire, this can and will easily cause an accident in the rain leading to deaths. (Also I "just" love fighting that you are the only people who have touched or even lifted the car since you sold it to me, but somehow the CV boot that didn't have any issues the day before you changed the differential is my fault.) I have worked as a person who calibrates/certifies/signs off for the final test drive verifying all safety systems that can be safely tested operate within manufacture specification for the vehicle safety systems in the collision industry for one of the largest shops in the state. This includes analyzing that the tech/mechanic has properly done their job correctly, and also inspect if the hours they spent match the appropriate hours designated by the manufacture for the given tasks. What I found in this case made my heart sink. No Chevrolet employee with an ethical conscience should ever let a vehicle go off the premise that knowingly had compromised brakes and tires from grease contamination, because people lives are at stake, and it is a responsibility as a mechanic to do the right thing and speak up if you see something that could cause others harm, even if you were the person who accidentally compromised a vehicle component. For me having signed off on so many commercial/military aviation parts for a large portion of my professional career of which I will be held accountable for forever, seeing this blatant disregard to the safety and wellbeing of all motorists is not only grounds for a lawsuit, but morally unacceptable. So after they have seen the brake pads are contaminated, the boot is leaking, obviously from the detailed photos I sent before they even asked me to drive there and said it was fine having seen the photo's, then they say here are your keys, you can take your car, but the boot is discontinued, and on back order and should come within the month. Without cleaning any of the contaminated brake system or tire, just sent me on my way with hopes and dreams in a monsoon. This is after my car sat there for a month three days ago. In Bellevue they care about their reputation the way the brand should be taking care of the customers who are enthusiastic about the products. I can't reiterate enough, especially people who are not extremely car savvy and feel they can navigate understanding all aspects of purchasing a used vehicle or having service done, it's very big risk for you to be taken advantage of by the staff of Lee Johnson. They absolutely don't care about your safety, or schedule. Forget about if they damage the car they just sold you, only to have it sit on their lot or tell you that the $1300 optional paint matched caliper they chipped the paint off in 9 places is not a big deal, we'll get you an aftermarket paint pen to fix it. Please think of everyone else before supporting a company that turns a blind eye on people's safety.

The place is empty for good reason. It's taken 3 hours to get one simple TPMS sensor repaired, in the end it was not done right again.

The service department does not provide quality workmanship. I had to take off work twice to have them fix something they had already done. It's taken 3 hours to get one simple TPMS sensor repaired and that work was not completed due to improper evaluation. Customer service is poor and their paperwork was mishandled regarding my service history. Communication is done by text even when waiting in the lobby. Poor advice was given for costly unnecessary repairs. Constantly trying to upsell you on other things. Good luck.

They have my battery, bypass the core fee since I'm going to pull the battery and swap it there in the lot. They offer me the tools to do the job, but I explain I don't need them. Yeah right. Back in I go and they share the tools I need. Battery swapped, core returned, boom boom -- all done. All with great customer service, jokes and smiles. Did I say these guys are great?!

I had assumed I could go in with just the make and model and year of the car and they could help find the part... WRONG!!! She demanded I give the license plate number refusing to even search by the make model year, saying that if I don't have the license plate she can't really help me, so I give her my plate since I know that one (not the other) and she claims I gave the wrong plate number (mind you my car was right outside and you could read it from the window) then she retyped it and says "good job that's correct" like I'm some little kid, then asked which light I need, I'll be honest I didn't know low Beam or high beam and I said the light just don't turn on, thinking that would narrow it down (again I've never changed headlights) anyways she then gets mad at me for not knowing and says "it's not that hard to know just turn your light on" again my light doesn't turn on, at that point I gave up and asked ChatGPT for help and within a minute I got the answers and was able to find the parts, when I went to the register the older gentleman was open so I went to him because I refused to get help from her again, and when I walked up he was super respectful, I asked if the light didn't fit could I return and he took the time to go out and remove my headlight, check the part number to confirm I was getting the correct one and then helped me replace the headlight and make sure it was working correctly, then proceeded to give me the part number to put in my glove box for future reference, he then went and checked to confirm the light I was getting for the second car was correct and when i mentioned I didn't have the plate number he said it didn't matter I just needed to know the make, within 4 clicks on his computer he was able to confirm the part was correct. I was extremely disappointed going in tonight being disrespected and to be honest felt like I was made to feel stupid for not knowing the parts numbers I needed and the plate numbers for a car. But when the older gentleman helped it made the visit a little better, I wish I got his name because he was absolutely amazing and respectful and I wish I got her name because I highly recommend NOT going in when she is working and to go to another location, if I was able to I would have left instantly.

I then took my car to the Mercedes dealership for an inspection. Their master technician told me directly: the shop should never have performed the alignment in the first place. There was visible damage to the tie rod, steering rack, and wheel bearing -- damage that any competent technician would have seen the moment the car was put on an alignment rack. Here's the thing: an alignment cannot hold or function correctly when the underlying components are damaged. With a bent tie rod, a compromised steering rack, and a bad wheel bearing, the alignment settings will be inaccurate from the start -- or revert immediately once you drive. This shop either didn't know that, or knew it and did the alignment anyway to collect payment. Neither is acceptable. Instead of being honest about the damage and referring me to a proper repair facility, they charged me for a service that was completely ineffective and a total waste of money. If your car has been in any kind of impact, do not bring it here. They will perform services they know cannot fix your problem just to take your money.

We've been driving a Kia for 3 years and really liked the car. Upgrading to the Sportage made a lot of sense. The new car purchase experience was very smooth. Our salesperson, Jeffrey Belmonte, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and took very good care of us during this transaction. The one star is for their MALE service manager, the other one is something else. We negotiated a price, some safety repairs and tire replacements. They try and get you to sign things that are scribbled on a sheet of paper that say as is on a certified preowned vehicle, consult your lawyer about that one. The sales girl, Victoria has horrible follow through but her manager doesn't set the best example so it's almost understandable. We had to return 3 times after they did the bare minimum and LIED about doing repairs they didn't do. Ridiculous, but if you have to go there you may have to get the general manager involved and let them know how poor your experience is. The engine light went off twice, the back bumper was horribly messed up, the female sales manager has HORRIBLE customer service and that's if you can get them to answer the phone. One of the service people didn't give my husband our key back (mine was in the diaper bag) and he tried to tell my husband it was on the counter the whole time.....my husband left the loaner key on the counter, pretty sure it would have been seen. Just a frustrating time and everything we were trying to avoid in a dealership. Don't do it.
