They have alot off machine and they also have a big screen TV for you to watch so it jus make the time go by quicker. They use card not quarter so it just easier for me. if i could give zero stars i would. so i usually always come here and for some reason the lady that works here always gives me and my husband dirty looks and stares for no reason at all. one time she even accuse my husband of putting to much soap into a washer and i told her that was not our load. the guy who did do it came back and then she told him not to do that. i looked at her and i said see i told u that was not our load... she just gave me a ugly look and walked off as if she didnt hear me instead of saying sorry. i rolled it off my shoulder. the next time we came everything fine except for the constant dirty looks once again making my husband and i uncomfortable. now today i came in once again i put money to load into my card the machine didnt credit me. the lady next to me and my husband said hers was not working also. the lady that works here helped her and when i told her ours didnt work too. she ignores me and walks off at first i thought she didnt hear me so then my husband tells her too and she ignored him as well. so i try the machine the other lady used it works this time i load my clothes no problem. i calmly walk back over to the lady with my husband i ask her one last time about the money that was not credited to my card. i said can i get my money back. she yelled at me no no no!!!!!! i was like what do u mean no ? and she storms off shaking her head. like seriously lady? so now all a sudden u can hear and u are refusing me my money back. i even told her she can look at the cameras that i have no reason to lie to her for that ive been coming here for 2 years. she ignores me again. so now im sitting here waiting for my clothes to wash and dry so i can leave this place that thinks its okay to steal from customers. they just lost a valuable customer. although i am quite sure they dont care since they do not care about customers and like to take from them and the community. i have took some photos u can clearly see. also if you need to use the restroom dont bother to!!! they never have toilet paper stocked and they use detergent in a old grimey used soap bottle from the dollar store as soap and sometimes its not even there. also they are not following guidelines. alot of people come in there unmasked. i will not support this place anymore. goodbye and goodluck !!!!!!!!! read more

Cleanest , nice workers and the best laundry mat on the eastside of San jo store closes at 10pm and she let us finish at 11 pm .

Poor service. Dirty and the washer ripped the bed sheet when it got caught inside. Turns out there was a hole in the machine which caused it to get caught and even when we showed it to the manager he denied it and would not help us. read more

Dryer broke so I looked up the cleanest and highly rated laundromat and this one popped up. I went there and even though it's not appealing from the outside it is extremely clean inside. It is big inside and has a little store inside that sells soap and other things, TV's on walls, vending machine, and places to sit. Whats really nice is that they have the push laundry baskets here and the ladies that work here are constantly cleaning the floor and wiping things down. The machines use a card that you buy there and load money on, there is a atm there that only costs $1.00 to use and it dispenses the money in $10 bills. read more

I almost always come here because I'm a lazy as$ that waits til Im out of clothes to do laundry lol. They use cards, which is cool cause you're not standing there throwing in quarter after quarter and waiting for the one that inevitable gets stuck to come out. They have 2 huge machines that can wash all my laundry, about 10 loads, in one. It's kinda pricey, but worth the time it saves for me in the couple extra cents I spend using several small machines. The dryers are ok. Some seem to be stronger than others because I put in the same amount of clothes in each and some will dry while others might still be damp. I've been here enough to know which dryers to avoid haha. It's nice and clean and have some games if you're bored and free wifi. I usually walk to the liquor store next door and buy scratchers to pass the time. The end. read more

As far as laundromats go, definetly one of the cleaqniest I've ever seen. The staff is always mopping up a section of the place. Debit cards instead of losse change makes things easier. Lots of chairs to sit down as well as two LCD screens (one always in Spanish) make time go by a little quicker. Only gripe would be the parking lot it shares with a coffee shop. read more

Of all the laundromat I've ever used Lee Laundromat is by far the cleanest. It offers many types of washers ranging from the bargain price washers to the big industrial types at reasonable prices. There are a lot of folding areas so you are not waiting. The staff are always cleaning. I also like the fact that they use cards instead of quarters. They have plenty of seating areas, two flat screen TVs, a patio area and a very fast wifi service to help pass the time. Just went here for the first time the other day and was quite impressed. I had been in search of a laundromat that operated with cards versus the dreaded quarters. They have an awesome promotion going on right now that offers a free $2.00 if you put a $20 bill on the card -- considering how quickly you can get to $20 if you're here getting caught up on laundry and/or doing your bulky loads of comforters and towels, it was a no brainer to take advantage of the promotion while it lasted. The other major plus is that there's actually a staff here cleaning up! They're sweeping the floors, wiping the counters, dusting the machines, and overall just keeping the place spotless. It was extremely busy while I was there, but everyone was nice and polite. They sold detergents, softeners and other laundry-goodies that you may have forgotten (or just need to stock up on), but I didn't take a peak at the pricing so I can't speak to how practical it would be to buy anything there. There were only two downsides in my opinion. One, it was extremely hot! I get that these industrial dryers are going, but I've been to a couple of nice laundromats over the years that ate the cost of A/C on hot days for the comfort of their customers. And two, I thought the design was a little funny. It seemed everywhere you turned, you were dodging someone and their cart. At other laundromats, the folding tables are usually opposite the dryers, and the washing machines somewhat separate from the dryers, so that there's a flow to your laundry day, but that wasn't the case here. Not a huge deal, but I lost count of the times I had to say excuse me to squeeze past folks just to move from area to area. read more

This laundromat has a great location nearby my apartment, which is in part why I chose to go there. These are given circumstances. What makes this place better than expected is the ultra clean and well maintained environment and the excellent staff on hand to make everything simple. The manager there today was very kind and showed me how to put cash (that I was able to acquire from the ATM in the store, how very convenient,) on a card for the machines. Soon after she formally introduced herself and shook my hand, very pleasant, and later gave me tips on how to optimize the dryer! She also checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. Phenomenal manager, hands down one of the best employees I've ever met anywhere. Im a local resident who lives around the corner to this place I've been coming here for a while and I enjoy the laundromat and the employees and how they keep the place so picked up and clean.Ive been coming here for a good 5 to 6 years but today is going to be my last day. A week ago I purchased a laundry card and put 20 dollars into the card it washed fine but when I went to dry my clothes i was having difficulty that would say error or bad pull. I asked the employee lady to check the card she told me to pay another card and come in the next day to speak with the manager so I bought another card and my clothes dried. I work at a hospital so i didn't have time to go the next day to get my money back. Today 3/4/20 at 8:20 I came into the laundromat to wash as usual and my old card from last time didn't seem to work so I took out 40 dollars to buy soap and detergent to break my money to buy another card and I put 25 I put into the card.when I went back to my washer the CARD SAID ERROR AND BAD PULL. THREE DIFFERENT CARD WITH ALL MY LOST MONEY. And the lady was being rude and has some guy translate and told me i was lieing and to check the card. I made the lady check all three cards AND THEY COULDNT READ ANY OF MY CARDS. So I told her to let me speak to the manager and i got on the phone with the manager and he tells me to claim down and come tomorrow to fix the promble.Then hangs up on me.HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME TO STAY CALM WHEN MY MONEY IS BEING STOLEN AND TELL ME TO STAY CALM.
