The list goes on and on. Worst part is he will try and make his problems he created the customers problem. This man has horrible anger issues, fully lashed out on me when it came time to confront him and hold him accountable for the horrendous job he did. To top it off - Bill is an extremely racist human and refers to poor quality work with racial slurs. Deserves zero stars and no business. I hope no one goes through the bull**** I have dealt with choosing to trust him with my vehicle. I am still cleaning up the mess he made over a year later which has been a very expensive and exhausting road fixing everything he touched.

I get there and they have no idea where the truck is. After 4 hours and trying to flip me to another truck (no, I drove 2 hours for a specific truck) they finally figure out that the truck they advertised for sale on autotrader is the same one they loaned out to someone that had their truck in for service. They said it would be back that day. Nope. Then 2 days. Nope. Then on the 4th day they drove it to me and I find out that it has 3k miles more on it than was advertised. All the pics and paperwork said 23k, when I drive it there are 26k on it. I complained and got a free oil change. Then a few weeks later I get a call from the dealer saying the bank red flagged my paperwork and the loan isn't funded. Someone at the dealer fat fingered my ssn so it didn't match paperwork. So they ask me to email my ssn to them. Not a chance. Who asks to send ssn through unsecure email?!? I call the bank and settle it myself. Then I get notices from PA DMV that they don't have my previous cars plate, the one I traded in to Keller. So that issue is ongoing, don't know where the plate is yet. It's a shame because the salesman was a good kid, he tried. He hadn't been trained well on vehicle specifics or just didn't do his homework, because he didn't know a lot about the truck or even the dreaded "hemi tick" associated with rams, but he was nice to deal with. The incompetence at this place is astounding. Go somewhere else.

I had an annual inspection at Mini of Westchester and wanted an all-wheel alignment. They said the tie rods bolts were stripped and I would need to replace them first for $1,800 and then the alignment would be $400. I said No. The next year at Huber's, I asked them for the alignment which they did for $200 and NOTHING about tie rods. After the alignment, the car drove noticeably better. Every cost for their service is half the cost the dealership charges. Good to have an honest and reasonably priced place to have my foreign car serviced.

They refused to fix issues and gave me only $150 back as an apology for lack of communication and for telling me that they fixed all when they didn't. One should pay for what they say they fixed. My invoice shows all fixed and they never communicated with me about anything they couldn't fix.Kept saying due to truck is old. Shady for sure. ONLY HORN WAS FIXED FOR $438 and an alignment that still made the vehicle drive same as before . ONLY REFUNDED $150.
