I went in to get a brow wax and fill. Despite the wait, which I excepted with it being a holiday weekend, everything was going fine. I don't like having long nails and have acrylics so that I don't bite my nails. She told me long nails were pretty and would not let me cut them short. She then proceeded to file my nails down crooked. When I corrected her she said she understood and proceeded to make the situation worse. When I corrected her again she got upset and still did not see her error. I got up to wash my hands and she talked to the girl next to her in another language. I assume it was about me since I got up to wash my hands. When I came back she filed my nail about and proceeded to not see that the nail was square and all the others round. When I asked for the nail to "match the others" she handed me the file and told me to do it myself. If I wanted to do my nails myself I would. She then got frustrated with me and started to laugh at me. I asked to leave because I felt uncomfortable. As someone who is in the service industry, it is NEVER polite to laugh at someone who is paying you to provide a service. I've been to many nail salons in the Orlando area and I will not be back to this one. I will also never recommend them. There are FAR better establishments in Orlando that will give you better service and actually listen to you. read more

I stopped by here for a wax. They were able to take me immediately and the price was on par with other salons in Orlando. I only rate this 3 stars because the place I went to in The Loop waxed my hair out based on the way it grew, where as here they just waxed it off regardless. I went in for a mani/pedi. The manicure was supposed to be a gel. That was Friday. Monday night all the "gel" polish pealed off.

Was really hoping to love this place. It's in a convenient area near lots of shopping and has great hours. Unfortunately my experience wasn't good at all. I walked in around 11:00am on a Monday and the place seemed fairly busy. As I did not have an appointment I knew I would probably have to wait a bit. I was greeted by the nearest person who was working on a manicure. She told me the wait would be just a few minutes. Another couple ladies walked in. They were each told the wait was a few minutes. We gathered closely in the tiny seating area and waited. And waited. And waited. It almost became a joke that anyone who walked in was told a couple minutes when clearly it would be longer. Suddenly a woman who told me her name was Tracey left a client she was working on and approached me. I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. She took me to a dimly lit room in the back. She was done very quickly and showed me a mirror that also appeared dirty. I felt rushed as she quickly ushered me out of the room, back to the front, and back to her client after I paid. I left, noticing the same women still waiting, and got into my car. That's when the sunlight revealed a minimal difference in the appearance of my brows. It was as if nothing had been done but a few hairs plucked. I will not bother going back to donate any money for the lack of service I received. I wondered why there weren't many reviews for this particular business and now I understand. Buyer beware. read more

Got a mani and pedi here. The nail tech cut me during the manicure getting blood on the nail file. It obviously pained him to have to throw away the nail file (even though it had blood on it). That freaked me out so much I refuse to return. read more

She dis sns on my nails and I'm 95% sure she was a novice in the filing part. My nails feel horrible, look super fake and worse,,, my fingers are all sticky. I put 4 out of 5 stars because I love most things about this establishment. Both times I have gone they have been walk-ins. Christmas week I went in and had a gel manicure and eye brows done. The woman who I had (I forget her name) was very efficient but my gel manicure did not last as long as they have from other locations in the area. Yesterday I went back and was able to get an eye brow wax from Nina. She complemented me on my brows and helped clean them up. I loved the shaping she was able to create and I was in and out in under 15 minutes even though I was a walk-in. It is a great little place with very friendly staff members. read more

The WORST pedicure and service I have ever had. They put something on my foot that burned, turned my foot red and swollen and they said you are fine. It will be okay. When asked if they would compensate for the uncomfortable they said you are okay. Then when it came to polish I could have done a better job myself painting them. When talking to them about my issues they walked away. I would not recommend anyone to go. Terrible service. Rude and not willing to help. Expensive for the crappy service. read more

I get my nails done pretty frequently and usually have had no issues with this spa. However the past two times, I've had a negative experience. Half way through doing a fill on my nails, the nail technician decided to switch technicians. It was very difficult because everyone files shapes differently and my nails were not even trimmed. This past time the technician was annoyed with the glitter polish from the last visit so she proceeded to pour straight acetone onto my fingers and then asked me to take the polish off myself. I was genuinely appalled because this a part of the service I am paying you for. When i get my nails done I just expect for them to be done right. read more

For my new job, I couldn't have the stiletto nails I'd grown to love. Tracy did a great job with my nail trim and refill. I am not a fan of short nails but she made mine look wonderful. I went thirty minutes before the shop was about to close and she took her time and even fixed one nail that I'd messed up when digging for my keys. I went here for a few months it's close to home and I had gotten Tina a few times she was good and very nice. The last time I got someone else didn't catch her name. Wasn't crazy about my nails (I get gel manicures) but figured in the future I'd be sure to call ahead for Tina. Within 5 days they were chipping. I was busy at work so it was exactly one week I went back and told them. When it was my turn they tried to tell me that it would be a regular gel manicure bc and I quote "gel manicures only last about a week" after arguing my point the lady started talking about me to her client (rude I'm right here even if you think I'm wrong fix my nail and I'll be back again) they said they could go 1/2 off a polish change (which would have been about $7). Whatever just fix them please. The lady who did them was nice they looked fine go to pay hand her my card she gives me the form to sign she charged me $15. NOT OKAY. I asked to talk to the owner "he's not here he'll be in tomorrow." I went back the next day he wasn't the same lady was Rude and ignored me wouldn't tell me when he was going to be in wouldn't tell me how I could contact him. Beware!! Looks are deceiving. Not very clean. I've been in twice, the second time I paid better attention to the way they clean their foot tubs (or lack thereof). Both times the tech cut my cuticle too short, drawing blood. I went for the sake of convenience (distance) but no more. This place up charges for EVERYTHING! I have been to many different places to get fills and this place was conveniently on my way home. They charged for getting just my tips done, fixing a nail I never said I wanted fixed, and a chip. The staff members I encountered were cold, unfriendly, and rude. I would never come back here. I used to drive one hour each way when I lived in PA to my old salon because of the great customer service. You could not pay me to return here. The person who did my nails did a terrible job and spoke poorly about the person I went to for five years before I moved to Florida. She cut me twice, which concerns me because they don't clean their drill tips between customers. They don't speak English clearly and then become rude. The salon had a strange smell too. I've come here several times last fall... Thought the service was great, all the techs were warm and friendly... It's been a year since I've been in the area and have a business trip to prepare for this week so I thought hey it would be nice to pay Lee Nail Spa another visit for a regular manicure... Stepped in and recognized most of the ladies working there and asked for a regular manicure. Immediately I received the poorest of all attitudes simply because I was only trying to communicate with one of the ladies working there. After telling me to pick out a color, she sat me down and started filing away at my nails without looking at me so I politely asked her if she could file my nails in a squared fashion, not rounded. She gave me yet another attitude so I stopped everything right there to try and get to the bottom of what was happening right there and told her I was only trying to communicate what I would like to see out of my manicure, that I am spending my hard-earned money on by the way, and that was what I received? Before I knew it, she turned me over to another women to do my nails. This was one of the most unpleasant, most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had to face... Really disappointing too to see how they treat their loyal (and paying) customers. I am sorry if they were having a bad day but honestly? Leave your problems at home and start treating your customers the way we deserve to be treated... With respect and understanding. Let me begin by saying this was the WORST salon experience I have EVER had out of four years and 6 states. I am from out of town and was looking to get my nails done while my family was in the store next door. When I went in, I looked at the menu and saw an acrylic refill was $15, which I thought was great bc that's cheaper than where I'm from. I asked how long a refill would take because my family was at the store and if it was going to take more than half an hour, I couldn't stay. The lady (who never said her name) told me it wouldn't be longer than 30 mins. Perfect, I thought. I sat down to another lady who's name was never mentioned. She told me I had pink and white, to which I replied yes (those were the colors of my nails and the powders used previously at my salon back home). She failed to mention that a pink and white (powder, which I didn't know the difference of bc my nail salon never charged me for anything different) was an extra $10. She asked if I had gel nails, and I told her no, I had regular and that's all I wanted. She told me I did have gel, which I didn't know, then proceeded to do my nails. She never talked to me again until asking how long I wanted my nails. She never bothered to converse with me and so I sat there in silence. I don't know what she was doing, it wasn't what I'm used to salons doing when refilling nails. She took twice the time I was told and forced my family to wait with melting food on me, when I told her three times that they were waiting on me and asked if she could hurry. She was in no rush and seemed to go slower. My family ended up having to leave to get food back to where we are staying. So by that point I figured I'd get my eyebrows waxed since I would be waiting to be picked up. I specifically asked how much an eyebrow wax is and she told me $8, which again isn't bad and is cheaper than back home. At the end I handed her my card and she charged me $38!! I questioned the price and she told me the upcharge for pink and white was $10 and gel (which I did not ask for) was another $5. I told her I didn't ask for that and she told me to sit down and she would file the gel off!! UM NO!! I asked to speak to the owner, explained everything ( lies about the time and price, failure to mention the $15 upcharge, and the refusal to fix the situation). The lady threw a $5 bill at me and threw me out. DO. NOT. EVER. GO. HERE. I am a young woman from out of town and was scammed over and then treated like absolute crap for questioning the situation. These ladies are rude and disrespectful. And quite frankly, my nails don't look good either. If I could give negative stars, I would. read more
