Come here all the time to get my toes done and it's alway great... got my nails done today, just a regular polish "manicure" the owner is the one that did it , was very rude, rough and rushed (forgot to put top coat on) kept telling me to relax and is sighing and throwing my hands around.. I also wanted a French and he said he couldn't do that unless I got gel even though they have that as a service listed, 30 minutes later one of my Nails has a dent/ chip in it. The man who answered the phone was rude when I called for the appointment. It was a red flag for sure. Very rude technician that I believe was the same man. He is extremely rough and unprofessional. He cut my finger, did not apologize and said it's because I have dry hands. It was a rushed job and he seemed like it was an imposition to do his job. The owner set up an appointment and when I arrived they said "you want gel right?" I said no because I wanted to change my color in a week. Then they made me wait 25 minutes, he scolded me for not wanting gel, spoke constantly to his colleagues in Vietnamese, and did my fill roughly and poorly. I asked for a Christmas tree design and he told me only with gel. Then he painted my nails so thick that they didn't even dry after 30 minutes waiting in the salon. That evening half of my nails were dented, and one broke. He was disrespectful, only wanted to upsell me and this is the second time I've come in there when they were rude. Terrible! I was recommended to try this place. I asked if the do powder dip they said yes. Said the cost for a pedicure and dip was $40. After we couldn't find the "matching color" we went w close enough. They took off my old polish, I have a tip on 1 nail that is broken. They argued about taking off the tip. After I took it off , before they did the manicure, the price went up to $60. I had no choice because it was 6pm and I am not from here and have 2 meetings in the am. Called ahead at 1:30and told they were able to take an appointment for two full sets and pedicures. Turns out they didn't, we got here a little early (5 min) and were told to wait 30 minutes, when I told them that we had an appointment they told us to sit in the chairs where we proceeded to wait for 30 minutes to have someone check on us. Could not get the person I made the appointment with to do my full set so we just left, rather than have my nails done by owner who consistently leaves cuts on my hands from the nail drill and does not care. When we told them we were leaving after waiting for over an hour somehow they were magically able to tell me that they could take me in ten minutes. DO NOT GO TO LEE NAILS!!!!! (Publix Plaza Eau Gallie Beachside) Being a guitar player, I needed a couple of acrylic nails repaired before a gig last night. Whoever my "technician" was, had no compassion whatsoever. After applying the nails I explained her that they had become glued to the skin underneath. At this time she jabbed her nails under my nails in attempt to separate the replacement nail from the skin it had become glued to. It was VERY painful. She then grabbed a large course sponge and used it in an extremely rough manner that actually cut the skin on both my fingertips!!!! Next she used some sort of electric tool with a bit and used that under my nail trying to remove the excess epoxy. The experience was excruciating, nevertheless I then had to play for three hours!!!!! This morning I woke up and my fingers were KILLING me .... One may be infected. I came in for a dip polish fill. The only make tech took me back after I picked a color then argued with me about the color I picked. The was no cuticle maintenance, I have several cuts from the drill, the polish in on my existing cuticle and the shape is inconsistent/crooked. The customer service was extremely lacking. read more

When I was greeted, the tech insisted on doing the pedicure first which I re-explained in a very nice way that I was waiting for my friend to do those together. From then on, her manner was aggravated, unfriendly, rough with both my hands and feet, sighing, rolling her eyes at me. I was quiet and calm, hoping to de-escalate the situation, she was clearly being passive aggressive and taking it out on my service. I am VERY glad I didn't go by reviews alone! A friend recommended I try Lee Nails (after going to numerous other places beachside) and I am so glad I did!! My pedicures are great, the leg massages are always invigorating!! I get the SNS dip, not only do they have TONS of colors, they have dip colors that match the gel polishes for your toes!!!! I haven't been to any other salon that has it already planned out like that!! Cathey is my nail professional and she is just wonderful!! Are the renovations nice? Yes Is it clean? Yes Can they put on polish? No The nail tech just couldn't get it right. She got polish all over and had to keep cleaning it off.. she did not use toe separators. She used paper towels and as I walked up to pay, it fell out and messed up the polish on my little toe.. I had to wait while she fixed it and guess what.. it fell out in the parking lot and I had to fix it when I got home. I also realized that she did not put on the top coat. The polish is now all messed up. I will have to go somewhere else and get it changed. I stopped going coming to this salon and thought that maybe things would be different but alas you can put on a new coat of paint, but the wood is still rotten underneath. It was 6:45p (they closed at 7p), but they warmly welcomed us for mani/pedi's. Yes, they stayed late for us and never once seemed upset which I thought was very gracious. I tipped accordingly. They stayed late AND provided meticulous, beautiful work at an extremely reasonable price. My tech worked miracles on my cuticles. You don't even know... they were truly frightening. My feet would have justified them locking the doors, switching off the lights and turning us away. They restored my feet to youthful beauty. I feel like such a Princess right now. I am delighted with the time they spent on us. I was even more surprised at how reasonable their prices were. I honestly expected to pay much more for the quality and time spent. $30 for mani/pedi's with French tips. Wow. It might help to know that this salon has new owners. Old reviews reflect old owners. My exchange student was given a gift certificate to this place and the person who gave it to her was quoted $30 for nails. The tech removed her existing nails in the most barbaric manner. He jammed an old "nail tip" under the nail nail an slid it across until the nail popped off. Im not sure why he had her pick a color because her nails were far from what she had chosen and by the time we walked out, her fingers were sore and one was bleeding AND the price had increased to $60. Friendly, not very busy so got an appointment easily, had pedi and my big toe kept brushing against the next toe so polish was smeared twice. Very accommodating in fixing it...of course, I was still sitting there when I realized it so I would have been surprised if they didn't fix it. I will say that the M.O. there is for the employees to sleep in pedi chairs when they are not working. Just a little odd. But, as soon as someone comes in, they are attended to. I received two services: a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was good except the massage was just the lady moving her hands back and forth. As for the manicure, I wanted them to take my acrylics off and have a gel manicure. They did not know how to take acrylics off correctly.
