    Do not waste your time here, or regret it like I do. I want to give a shoutout to the sales guy in the photo - he was the only positive aspect of my experience at this dealership. Unfortunately, my interactions with Dylan, the sales manager, and Carley were less than satisfactory. Despite being told that a 2023 Prius was available, I drove all the way from Cary this morning - a 1.5 hour trip from my home near Fuquay - only to find out that there was no such car on the lot. I had tried to reach the dealership by phone without success, but was able to communicate via text and email. I made it clear that I was willing to buy a car that day if I liked it, as I needed a vehicle by the weekend. Unfortunately, it seems that my purchase won't be happening today, and I'm left with the option of either waiting a week to buy a car in Apex near my home, or traveling to Fayetteville to purchase one from another dealership. Additionally, the dealership owes me $30 for the gas I spent on this wasted trip. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership.

    The pre-owned salesmen here are an absolute joke. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I drove an hour to get there

    Sales felt is a 5 star!!! However the service dept us less than 1 star. Waited 4 hrs for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation

I visited Medlin Tuesday July 30th to look at a used 10 year old Lexus SUV. I was working with the salesman Robert Harrison. I inspected the car, then took the car for a test drive with Robert. Robert was trying to convince me it was better to buy a brand new GMC, than a 10 year old Lexus. I disagreed. He could tell I was a serious buyer and mentioned that he wanted to get a deal done before the end of the month, which seemed reasonable to me. Because of this I spent an hour or so calling around Wilson for a mechanic that could do a Pre-Purchase Inspection on the Lexus before I bought it. I always get a pre-purchase inspection from a third party before buying a used car (and you should too) just to make sure there are know unseen mechanical problems with the vehicle. I finally got an appointment for the next day with the local Toyota dealership (Toyota owns the Lexus brand) to do the pre-purchase inspection. Robert went over the sale numbers with me and took my insurance info to have the paperwork ready when I came by the next day to take the car to the PPI. Before I left the dealership Robert asked if I changed my mind, or anything came up, to give him a call and let him know. I said I would. I live in Durham which is a 1 hour 15 minute drive from Medlin and if I wasn't going to come by it would be easy enough to call and let him know. I arrived on Wednesday the 31st at Medlin at the scheduled time to pick up the car and I thought it was odd that Robert was not there when I walked in. Usually when a salesman is itching to sell a car they are right there to greet you as you walk in the door. I asked for Robert and was told he was at lunch and would be back soon. I thought that was odd. So I walked out to the used Lexus I was going to take to pre-purchase inspection and after a few minutes Robert walked up with a pizza in his hands smiling. He said he meant to call me 10 minutes earlier because someone had called the dealership and bought the Lexus and already had wired them the money. I thought he was joking. So I said I needed to get going because it was almost time for the PPI appointment, but Robert said his story of the car being already sold again. He said they could have only held it for me if I had put a $5,000 deposit down. After spending over 2 hours with him the day before this was the first time I was hearing anything about needing to put a deposit to hold the vehicle. The Lexus had been sitting on the lot and advertised by Medlin for over 3 months. Never once did Robert or his sales manager mention to me the day before about putting a deposit to hold the vehicle, even though it was obvious I was a serious buyer. Once I realized that Robert was not joking and that they sold the car 10 minutes before I got there and didn't even bother to give me a call, I was floored. It was great that Robert didn't even apologize or anything for wasting 2 days of my life. I turned around in disbelief and walked back to my car. Robert said to my back, "Well, if there's anything else I can help you with just let me know." I didn't turn around and reply because I knew if I did the words I was going to say were not going to be polite. I'm actually glad it worked out this way, because I don't want to give those people any of my money.

I visited a local dealer, but wasn't satisfied with their "Out the Door" price or the fact that I was left hanging for several days without communication. I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Lee Ford and called. I spoke with Morgan and explained that I know what I want, have a quote from one dealer, another dealer still to call and was ready to make a purchase based on who could give me the best price. All 3 dealers had the exact same vehicle/options/trim package/MSRP so I was comparing apples to apples. Morgan was eager to help, gave me a price over the phone. I thanked her and told her that I still needed to call one more place that evening and she offered her personal cell phone for me to continue to be in touch, even after they closed at 7pm. I told her I would call back by the next morning at the latest. She said that she was off the next day, but please call anyway with our decision, whether she was getting the sale or not. Not wanting to call too early on her day off, I planned to call around 9/9:30 am. She called me at 8:10 to check in. Long story short, we got a substantially better price and at a dealer an hour closer to home in VA. I was disappointed that she could not at least match the lower price, as we would have driven the extra hour to give her the sale. We were so impressed by her willingness to be available after they closed that night and also the next day on her day off. I texted her after purchasing our new Expedition to thank her for going above and beyond to make herself available. She was happy for us, asked to see pics of our vehicle and told me if I had any questions about our new Expedition, to please feel free to ask. Wow! Morgan is genuinely kind and caring and impressed us so much! I would recommend her highly for everyone in the area.

I still feel that the diagnostic fee they charge, especially if you're having the work done there Is way way too much. I had no choice but to pay it being on the road.     so since hubert vester chevrolet keeps telling me they have offered me 3 options to get out of this…read moreinfested vehicle but do not disclose them i will it's my information!!!!!! so now they are the experts on roaches not rid a pest!!!! rid a pest did not just went and fumigated vehicle because i told them.. they inspected vehicle 1st when one of their techs say a german roach they begin treating it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 techs went out!!!!! option 1: keep infested truck.. i've already had to pay out of pocket for fumigating, will have to get someone to professionally clean vehicle cause roaches were under carpet along with a lot of eggs that we accidently discovered in while recording there so call detailing where my husband pulled carpet out. also not knowing the damage bugs have already done to the electronical parts of the unit. option 2: accept the trade in for the gmc truck which puts me at losing $7,173.93 of my downpayment.. option 3: buy the truck back for 24,500 which is not even what i owe bank .. owed to bank $25,966 so i will still have to come out of pocket $1,466 and when i get my reimbursement of extended warranty which is $6,200.92 minus the $1,466 will leave a balance of $4,734.92 putting me losing $8,265.08 from my $13,000

Went 10 minutes down the road got the same vehicle for $5000 less.
