They knew what they were doing and it showed in the quality of their work. What I was particularly impressed with was their ability to come up with creative solutions for the wiring of both the intercom and the elevator keypad. Some vendors we contacted were reluctant to bid on the project because of the challenges involved, especially with the elevator keypad installation. Second my door knob broke and they came over unfortunately it did not fit my door. So they were going to look for options. 4 days later I called them and their response was I looking for options Still! at this point I called another locksmith who came down immediately and measured and 1 hour later installed my deadbolt door nob.
