1st time here. 4pm late lunch. Beautifully decorated. We had Gorgonzola / Walnut salad - split - fresh and good ingredients. I had 2 fish tacos (cod) - large portion and fresh. Craig had a tuna steak sandwich with avocado wasabi dressing - done just right, good flavor and a great value for the price. Service was good.

Decent "grown up" dining near our meeting hotel in Harrisburg. Very nice steak and fresh seafood options. Plus our one friend is vegetarian and she was happy with her choices too. My fresh halibut special super good, served with perfectly cooked broccoli. Two colleagues had different steaks. They enjoyed. Another had fresh seafood over pasta--also looked bountiful. Three had desserts including key lime pie. But the dessert hit was a gigantic serving of fried ice cream served in a tortilla bowl. Modern setting and tables spaced apart nicely. But what is key for a steak place like this: yes, good house salad with blue cheese dressing. They did that right to.

100% I will return time after time for those oysters Louie. The most delicious oysters, bite-sized mouthfuls of taste explosion in your mouth. I seriously could eat three plates of these oysters. Enough about the app, the meal itself was delicious. Steak cooked perfectly, way too much food. The restaurant was extremely busy on a Friday night so plan ahead. Jeffrey, our bartender, is always pleasant and a pro at what he does. It is an expensive restaurant for dinner, but you get what you pay for. Get the oysters Louie if you like creamed spinach. Try it even if you don't like spinach, you might be pleasantly surprised. The touch of hot sauce makes this dish. I'll be dreaming about those oysters until my next visit!

2 ate for 86.92 before tip including a dessert. The Clam Chowder soup was fabulous - full of clam - no fishy taste - the salmon Gorgonzola with sautéed spinach was incredible. Excellent food - inside was very nice - nice ambiance. Excellent service!

I was here for an event, so my review is skewed. Fried shrimp with coconut sauce and bruschetta were served during cocktail hour. The shrimp were very large, so large that I question where they were from. You don't even see shrimp that big at your local seafood store. For dinner we had our choice of filet mignon or a vegetarian eggplant dish. I went for the filet. The steak was mediocre. But I get it, you are serving 50+ people, it's not a fine dining restaurant, and your goal is consistency and speed. Some were as hard as hockey pucks and others so rare that there was puddle of blood on the plate.

    This is worth it!

I have been here maybe 12 times in the last 2 years and I will say it is consistantly good. I have only had the fish and chips, burgers, and today deep fried ice cream! One thing I like is they have a table in the vestibule where someone puts uses paperbacks. Today i brought some Spenser and Louis Lamour and 90% of them had been taken by the time I left. I know this is a quirky thing, but it shows that the place isnt "corporate" and I like that. The waitress we had was excellent and parking is simple. This place feels old school. Highly recommend the fish & chips and the fried ice cream.

He placed me on hold and verified crabs was on site and order will be fulfilled. I was advised that for Crabs only cash is accepted. Cool. I arrived by 5:57pm. I was told to hold on a few minutes because my food wasn't ready. Cool. After waiting 5minutes the guy working there then calls me back inside to say "AINT NO MORE". I said excuse me....no more crabs? "Yea no more crabs" He couldn't care less which was even more pathetic because that's not how you treat a paying 1st time customer! He then says well I have snows for you. I ORDERED BLUES AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME BACK TO SAY IM SORRY WE RAN OUT! He then goes to tell me "I called her and she told me we had 6 but it was sitting there for someone else's order" I am absolutely flabbergasted. It's a shame because I am loyal to my people especially if it tastes good. To have me drive then give me some BS about not having them then ready to hand off someone else's order.....NEVER AGAIN! That's not how you treat anyone!!!! Idc how long you been in crab business. I'm real life sad because I had a serious craving for them smh

When the waitress finally arrived, she mentioned she was the only one working and implied that the slow service would continue throughout the evening. Thankfully, my husband quickly looked up another local spot, and that's when we found Captain Krab Cajun Seafood & Boil--what a blessing! Not only did we enjoy incredible food and exceptional service, but both the server and the owner went above and beyond to make our daughter's birthday truly special. We were treated to fresh, delicious seafood, a sparkler candle dessert, a plush gift for the birthday girl, and even a light-up birthday sign! We felt like part of their family. We ordered oysters, clam chowder, boiled eggs, baby clams, and snow crab legs--everything was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. You can even customize your meal by choosing from four different seasonings and five levels of spiciness, which makes it ideal for families or groups with mixed tastes. One of the most fun parts? You can write on the walls, tables, and even the ceiling! They also have a claw machine for the kids (and kids at heart). We'll absolutely be back next time we're in town! P.S. It's BYOB!

Unfortunately, the quality of the cheesesteaks declined over time, but I was excited when they opened a new fish location here in Harrisburg. Until recently, I really enjoyed this spot because the quality and ingredients were consistently excellent. My latest experience, however, was highly disappointing. I placed an online order and received a text notification stating it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the food was not ready. I stood waiting for nearly 15 minutes, ringing the counter bell, but the staff ignored it. When someone finally appeared, I told them I was picking up an order. I was told it would be just a few more minutes because they were "waiting on the fries."After waiting another 7 minutes, I asked for an update. The employee immediately walked to the back counter and handed me a box that was already wrapped and sitting there. I hadn't heard anyone packaging food the entire time I stood there. When I got to my car and opened the container, the fries and the rest of the meal were completely wet and soggy from trapped condensation. It was obvious the food had been sitting out for at least 15 minutes while I was told it was still being cooked. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Family-Friendly Potential Undone by Bugs and Menu Missteps…read more Finding a spot that accommodates the whole family can be a challenge, and this venue brings a mixed bag of outdoor perks and frustrating oversights. Upon arrival, expect a bustling, very crowded atmosphere. While the indoor space is cramped with virtually no indoor seating, there is an abundance of outdoor seating available, paired with a convenient playground that keeps the little ones entertained. Entertainment-wise, a live musician added a pleasant vibe, though the TVs were inexplicably playing yesterday's football games rather than live broadcasts. Service was stretched thin due to a short-staffed shift, but our waitress remained attentive and handled the rush well. When it came to the plates, the food itself was surprisingly decent and paired with reasonable, wallet-friendly prices. However, the menu suffers from baffling choices: burgers come standard with potato chips, requiring an upcharge for french fries--a frustrating policy for a classic pairing. The kids' menu also needs an overhaul; the fish and chips portion offered a meager single piece of fish, and the total lack of kid-friendly desserts like ice cream left the younger diners disappointed. The biggest dealbreaker, however, was the outdoor environment. Despite the charm of al fresco dining, the area was overrun with an excessive swarm of bugs and flies constantly harassing the food. Coupled with slightly dirty bathrooms and the unusual side-dish policies, it makes it hard to justify a return trip until management invests in proper pest control and kitchen updates.
