She took x-rays and was able to diagnose why the crown cracked and proceeded to explain thoroughly what was needed to be done to prevent a similar problem with the crown in the future. Of course, the crown had to be replaced. Dr. Pham is a very caring dentist and even texted me the next day after a previous appointment with her.
