I ordered a turkey and cheese sub. It was just ok. I've had better subs at other establishments.

The hours are incorrect on yelp. They're open on sundays. The 18 inch cheesesteak is just two cheesesteaks. The cheesesteak itself were r bland - I tried to like it but it had no flavor at all. The bread on the cheesesteak was nice and soft but still the steak itself wasn't marinated at all just bland cooked meat. The wings were surprisingly really good, I'd go back just for the wings. My first time here. Passed by it on my way to an event so I made a mental note to stop by on my way back. Was greeted by the cashier Conner who was awesome. Customer service was great and he was very helpful in helping me make a choice when I told him was my first time. The sandwich was delish. Fresh bread, veggies and meat. Very, very, very good. Don't do it! Listen to all of the other bad reviews. I decided to take a chance and try out the food here since there are mixed reviews. My gut was saying to trust the review calling the food mid and I should have. My fiance and I ordered a variety of food; 9inch Italian, 9inch cheesesteak, 5 mild wings and side of cheese bites. Both 9inch hoagies were flavorless. It was so mid especially for the price. It was not worth it. They have tap on the wall which is nice but the food sucks. We were highly disappointed. Saw the numerous less than stellar reviews but decided to give it a shot for myself since I consider myself a cheesesteak connoisseur and have spent enough time in Philly to know a true cheesesteak when I taste one. Walked in and was greeted with a welcoming smile, so right away I knew I wasn't in Philly (haha, just kidding, I love all my Philly friends). I decided to ask upfront about the reviews focused on the lack of meat on the Philly and the server did mention that you can increase the amount of meat by 50% for "only an additional 25 cents". I have to admit that while I get what they are trying to do there, it actually comes off poorly to me, as my first thought was "given that the majority of negative reviews are about the lack of meat, why not just put 50% more on, as the "for only an additional 25 cents" again is a bad look in my view but others may differ and gladly pay the extra quarter to get what others may argue isn't "extra" but simply standard, but I digress. I decided to not pay the "extra", not because of the amount, but because I wanted to see the "standard" quantity for myself. I opted for the 9 inch Philly and it wasn't cheap at $13.50, and for $3.50 more, you can get a combo with your choice of side and a drink, so I figured why not, even though that brought my all in total to over $18, which I must admit was a lot more than I was planning to pay for lunch, but again, if it ended up being the real deal, then twenty bucks would be nothing right? Well...I got my food and was wished a pleasant "have a nice day" and before I get to the final verdict I just want to say that the cashier was super friendly and this review is in no way an indictment of the service, as it was definitely solid. With regard to the food how we, unfortunately the cheesesteak was less than mediocre to say the least, as it was pretty much devoid of seasoning or flavor, and was lacking in both the meat and cheese department. The majority of my bites were heavy on the bread and light on everything else. I was really hoping the 1 and 2 star reviews were wrong, because I really really really wanted to like this place, but I can't in good conscience recommend it, as the cheesesteak just didn't deliver in any way whatsoever, especially when you consider the $13.50 price point for a 9 inch, as the value just isn't there at all. Will give 2 stars instead of 1 though, again, because the service was friendly and welcoming, but $18+ is too high of a price to pay for what you get here in my opinion. read more

Brand new place specializing in hoagies. I was really looking forward to getting a good Italian hoagie. The place is large with lots of seating. Solid spot for a sun shop. I ordered a 6 inch Italian with hot peppers and no mayo. I received a 9 inch without hot peppers and with mayo. Also, there wasn't much meat on my sandwich but the veggies tasted fresh. Unfortunately I couldn't scrape enough mayo off the roll so I ended up trashing it. I really wish I could have given a better review because this place had a lot of promise but for now a 3 star is the most I can give. Will I try it again? Didn't have a complicated sub, service was good and polite. Bread was good, nice texture, good amount of meat and cheese. Just a bit much lettuce, needed a bit more mayo. I was in a rush and they accommodated me. We stopped in for a late lunch and had 3 cheesesteaks combos + a rice crispy treat. I had read other reviews which said the meat was small in portion size so we almost ordered extra meat but decided to go for as is. The glad we did as the 3 of us felt the meat portion was fine. The rolls are big though so maybe that contributed to others concerns, not sure but we felt the meat was fine. The flavor was really good, both the meat and bread were really high quality! Coincidentally, we've had French dip sandwiches at actual full service restaurants in the area recently and this meat quality was MUCH, MUCH better. We'll definitely be back to try some of the cold sandwiches as well. Also- the young lady that helped us was excellent and very pleasant, the location was spotless. I was excited to try Lee's again and have my family check it out. We ordered online and took it to go, unfortunately the order was not at all correct. They left marinara off the meatball sub, the cheesesteak didn't have onions, mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes that were ordered either, but the receipt had the correct order? Went here today for lunch after always picking up orders for delivery here. I ordered the 6" chicken cheese steak with everything on it and cheese curds and my husband ordered the buffalo chicken cheese steak with grilled onions and cheese fries. It only took about 10 mins for our food to be served to our table. The cheese fries were really good covered in cheese whiz, and the cheese bites are really good with the marinara like cheese curds deep fried, also turns out good reheated in the air fryer. Both the buffalo and chicken cheese steaks were amazing, Buffalo cheese steak was the best one that my husbands ever had. The bread was soft but held together well, the meat tender, cheesy, and getting it with the spicy peppers made it perfect. They also have multiple beers and drinks on tap. The server/cashier was very nice and helpful. The bathrooms are really clean along with the whole place. After finishing our food tho we were really surprised how empty they were and how they weren't busy on Father's Day or Sunday with how good their food and service is. The sandwiches at this place are not worth recommending. From what I tried and saw other folks eating Jersey mikes subs are significantly better. The Philly is tasteless and the hoagie is super thick. The fries at this place were good but wayyyy over salted. I did think the wings were good - especially the hot Buffalo. The bbq was cooked well, though, the sauce is something like sweet baby rays. The side salad was a decent size but the Russian dressing I ordered was Italian dressing. I've been trying to go here for a while. A friend of mine has been going and loves it. So we went yesterday. I got a cheesesteak and fries cheesesteak was very good. The fries were some of the best fries I've had in forever. My buddy got chicken Parm And onion rings. There was a lot of chicken on that sandwich. Onion rings were excellent. Very disappointed today. I always get the "cheese"steak hoagie. I agree with most people on here that say the sandwich is bland of flavor. You have to add onions and peppers to give it some flavor. I have been getting extra meat because there is not enough on the standard sandwich, but I was shocked today that the up charge for extra meet went from .25 cents a month ago to $6 today. Same amount of extra meat. My sandwich went from $13.50 to $19.50. In addition, there is hardly any cheese on it. I've been coming here since it opened to support local owned but I can't justify spending $19.50 on a 9" sandwich. When you are paying $19.50 for a 9 inch sandwich, you're at a price point where the it should be one of the better sandwiches you have had. Also, at that price, it doesn't come with any sides.
