This laundry mat is convenient, that's about it. The customer service here from the old Lady with short hair who usually works the morning is the worst. She wakes up Angry. She always blocks my way intentionally, she yells at me when I ask her something, she throws the change at you when buying something at the register. One time of all the dryers in this facility and no other customers she comes and dries her stuff next to mine just to hit me with the door. She's just there to collect a paycheck and that's all. I try to avoid her but somehow she's always behind me. Need to find a new location asap. read more

The lady who work there on today 8/11/2024 should fired her because she is very impolite to everyone. I got my bad experience. When I try to use the white top load clothes machines, she came to me talk with Vietnamese language but I didn't understand at all and told her; she translated to limited English to me, than I got what she mean, "don't use this machine, use big load there for heavy load." I was very confused why she said that because I wasn't much clothes in my basket, anyway I did wash my clothes in two separate machines but I found I had not even half load of one, I talked to the lady why she pushed me use two separated machines, my clothes supposed can finish in one. I asked her who is the boss I want to talk to but the lady said she is the boss there. I asked her what is the number so I can complain but she answered "I can't give you the number", anyway she did call her manager n I did talk to her, she checked her camera said I have sleeping bags for wash that wasn't fit to wash is the white machine. But I did use the big machine to wash my sleeping bags; my question was asking her why the work lady there pushing me to use two separate machines for not much clothes. Each load is very expensive, the white top load machine cost $4.50 each x 2 and the one I used for my sleeping bags was $7.00 each. It is not worth to do laundry here, Especially the lady very rude to everyone.... The manager didn't solve the problem she just said the sleeping bags not fit to wash in the white machine; OMG, she didn't face the problem they have, rude to the customers, push the customers spend more money but not suppose to. Everyone should know how they get money from the customers. I suggest if people who really do the laundry there, make sure you wash one whole load instead listen the work lady "don't put lots clothes to wash in the white machine;" you will waste your money, so always be a smart customer, if you listen what she say, you will spend a lot money on it. Remember the OLD LADY who work there, she is so MEAN and RUDE, everyone watch out! read more

The lady in charge was so nice to allow me to wash a couple item on their quick washing machines! They were about to close and I didn't have time to stop by all day. It looked very clean for a place that gets a lot of traffic coming in and out. In the contrary to some reviews I had a very pleasant experience and wash able to get those garments washed before I got busy again! Thank you Lee's. read more

The women who owns this place is horrible. Absolutely no customer service and is extremely rude. I've been coming here for a while and every time I walk in, she watches my every move like I'm going to steal something. Today when I came in, she told me to leave. Said I couldn't come back. When I asked for a reason she just said "no". Don't support this business. I wonder how many other people she's discriminated against. If you can, please take your business elsewhere. This place have lots of old, dirty, and broken washers and the worst customer service. Whenever I encountered a problem with the washers, I told an old Vietnamese lady with short hair about them, she shouted, telling me to wait and that they are okay. I told her to put notes on the washers to let the next customer know about the broken machines. She refused to do so or call someone to fix them. The Vietnamese old lady wearing a grey sweater was very rude and seem very angry all the time, shouting at customers. Lee's laundromat is pretty darn convenient. I'm a big fan of the heavy duty machines that fit the big bulky winter blankets, jeans and towels . The bf and I typically come here and do our laundry during the week and walk around the corner to get boba tea and then fold all of our clothes and have extra time to catch up on Netflix shows . The women who runs the place is nice and she's constantly keeping busy cleaning stuff up and giving back money that the vending machine sometimes takes cause it won't dispense drinks but she's really good at what she does and I haven't seen any roaches as per other reviews. There is a combination number lock for the restroom which is extremely safe. Overall I highly recommend this place read more

I've been coming here ever since my washer broke at home a year ago, maybe 20 years ago, jk I'm exaggerating, maybe 3 years only. It never got a break so it kept breaking down. Instead of continuously fixing it, I just started coming here to Lee's Laundromat. It's just right around the corner. PLENTY OF WASHER AND DRYERS, so I never have to fight with anyone. However, the folding tables, you might have to fight someone for it or you'll get jacked. Like my sister did. The ladies who work here are really nice. AND I LOVE HOW DING TEA IS JUST ONE PLAZA OVER! While I wait for laundry to be done, I hangout at Ding Tea. Can't complain! If ever we get a new washer, if, I'll still be coming here. It's just more fun doing laundry around other people. I like people watching sometimes. read more

This Lees laundromat is very unsanitary. My mother and I have come here multiple times. Now and then we see spiders or roaches. Today we found a roach in the detergent box. When we brought it to the attention to the staff they didn't want to refund us and began saying it was our fault for putting our money in the washing machine. I have been coming to this laundromat since Summer of last year. Yesterday I went to this place and the old Asian lady with the short black hair stopped me as soon as I entered through the door. She told me I cannot bring my 8 year old son with me inside and that I should leave him in the car. Like are you kidding me?!! 1. It's hot outside and who in their right mind would leave their child inside a car by themselves. 2. He can get kidnapped while I'm putting my dirty clothes in the washer. I been going here ever since no longer having access to a washer/dryer from home. It's just like every other place, standard pricing, $1.25 for the smallest size washer. They have a around 5 other bigger sizes machines. Asian lady is the manager of that place, she can barely speak any English. but she seems nice I guess. Parking is a pain in the ass if you come at the wrong time. I usually come here early in the morning on weekdays. I suggest you do the same if you don't want to be waiting around for a parking or squeeze though people. There is nothing much to review about laundromats, they're all pretty much identical. o.o read more

I usually do my laundry at Lee's Laundry on Leigh Ave. but I recently came to this one. Typically, at Lee's there's a card you can put money on and pay for the washer and dryer with that card instead of carrying coins. But since this Lee's Laundry doesn't use the card method I'd think I could bring my found change to do my laundry. Turns out, there's 'certain money and coins we do not take.' Which doesn't make any sense to me, as long as I am using American currency I don't know why my money would be denied. Overall, I've been to better laundry places. read more

The prices are high ! This isn't my first time here, I had came back because my usual laundry mat was full so o came back here. The washers works as they should but the prices are high and the dryers never dry your clothes all the way. I've never had anything stolen till today, I left my cart and when I came back my detergent and fabric softener weren't there anymore ! Manager is awesome. She is very nice and helpful. As far as my clothes... They dry fast for the 10 min per quarter. Most places give u 6 min and my stuff is still wet. A lot of different size machines for your clothes which is great. The only minus is parking!!!! Ughh it sucks but that's why u go early. read more

This place is an okay place to do laundry. Just the only thing that sucks is the parking. I had to drive around and wait for someone to leave. Oh every time I would use the restroom, their would be no soap in the dispenser so you should bring your own hand sanitizer. It is best to not stuff a lot of clothes in the dryer because it happens to take a very long time to dry and I always go at night so their is plenty of machines available to use. read more

This place is awesome. I rarely go to laundromats because I do have a washing where I live in LA. However over the summer I was renting a small room in San Jose and I did not have access to a laundry machine. I chose Lee's Laundromat because it was nearby. Oh boy, this place is good. They have an ATM machine where you can withdraw some cash, then you can purchase a laundromat card and deposit some cash there - done. They have washing machines and dryers of all calibers, everything is available and cheap. Recommend this place to anyone who wants to do their laundry. read more

Been coming here my whole life until I got a washer at home....and now that it's broken...I'm back! I love this place! Roomy and machines of all sizes for your clothes.
