She tried to remove the object before my exam but the object was deeply stuck in there. She decided to refer me to a surgery center to ensure a safe and professional removal. I had the object removed the next morning based on her recommendation and returned a week later for my tests. The reception and the service were extraordinary and had successful annual checkup. It was my first time in this practice and will be our usual place for our eye-care needs. Was very happy and satisfied with the organization, how much the team cares (Cece was great at the reception).

She took the time to explain the tests and what they were for, plus what the results meant not just to me, but to my son who is ever the scientist. She even did a rush order for his glasses because he was so excited to have a solution to his vision problems and couldn't wait to be able to see after years of not realizing that not everyone sees double! Both the Dr. and her staff were kind and lovely and their offices are also very comfortable with ample free parking. I wear glasses too and will be going to her from now on. They also take just about every insurance you can think of so bonus points!

It has become extremely difficult to schedule appointments with Dr. Hinkle or Dr. Boyle. After waiting weeks, we've arrived for appointments only to be told they were canceled without notice. Additionally, the front office staff is often rude and make simple questions feel like an inconvenience. The newer staff responsible for fitting glasses also do not seem to take the time to properly ensure a correct fit. This has been very disappointing given the level of care we experienced in the past. Unfortunately, today was the tipping point and we will not be back.

The staff, Arnold, Vanessa and Fabiola, were fantastic. They were all so polite and really took the time to work with me to pick out my glasses, explain all of my eye care, and then ship my glasses to me out of state when they came in. Dr. Heather Bae was the doctor that I saw and she was one of the best I have ever been to. She did a very thorough examination and then took the time to go over the findings and everything that I would need to do and what to follow up on after I moved despite her busy schedule. Once my glasses and case arrived to me the case was damaged. I called the office and they immediately agreed to ship me out a new one. I wish I hadn't had to move away because this would have been my permanent place for my yearly eye checkup.
