You can figure out the cost and know this place is way overpriced. I talked to my insurance company. $130 is covered on my frames and my lenses are $25 Copay. I didn't need an eye exam because I had a current prescription from somewhere else. The frame I wanted was $400. I only asked for a scratch resistant for maybe $40 but the lady added the $80 instead (she decided I needed extras on the lenses). She tells me the price for just my eyeglasses comes to $1000 plus and out of pocket, I owe $700 plus. I'm scratching my head wondering why my other eye doctor's place gave me an eye exam & eyeglass frames with the same type of lenses for close to $200.

She has always been kind and attentive every time I saw her and made the whole process as easy as possible for me. Well, this time I decided to take my two boys there. She was so patient with them and encouraging even when one of them literally spent 2 hours trying to get his contacts in! It has become extremely difficult to schedule appointments with Dr. Hinkle or Dr. Boyle. After waiting weeks, we've arrived for appointments only to be told they were canceled without notice. Additionally, the front office staff is often rude and make simple questions feel like an inconvenience. The newer staff responsible for fitting glasses also do not seem to take the time to properly ensure a correct fit. This has been very disappointing given the level of care we experienced in the past. Unfortunately, today was the tipping point and we will not be back.

She blamed 'supply chain issues' but when we asked for a tracking # or a screen shot of the order she said non were available.
