I was referred to Legacy Collision Center by my brother in law and I'm so thankful he directed me this shop. My mom got into an accident and during this pandemic of Covid 19 I was confused of where to go and how to get her car fixed. I met with AJ who's an awesome guy he inspected my car went over every detail of the inspection he had done and made me feel comfortable with what he had to offer. Gave me an estimate on the spot called a driver to take me to rent a car promised my car back in 6 days but in reality on the fourth day he had my car ready looking better than when we actually bought it from the dealer. Again he had a driver come pick me up took me to the shop reviewed the car with me reviewed every line item of work that had been done and even gave me a discount without me even asking for it because he's that kind of guy. I would not think twice about taking my car to Legacy. Their office and shop is very clean, which is unusual for a body shop. I recently took our leased RX to their shop because a car ran into the drivers side door. Being that our car is metallic white, it's very difficult to color match. AJ guided me through the claim process and told me exactly all the parts that needed to be repaired and replaced. He kept me updated during the repair process as well. My car looks good as new now.
