Although the issue wasn't resolved over the phone, he then gave me the contact info for a company that could fix my Dryer. It's business like this that give me faith in humanity. TL;DR: the microwave was FIXED in less than 24 hours from my call to have them out! They were super easy to schedule with, and offered next-day service. Unlike a prior vendor who worked on the same part on the same microwave who required multiple visits, Able was able to perform the initial evaluation, diagnose the issue, and FIX the issue on a single trip, avoiding lengthy delays in a KEY appliance for our family! THEN he went on to talk to me about the problems it was having and possible solutions. as it turns out, was a simple solution that he suggested we check and ended up saving me the money, worry, and all the other stresses and crap involved with having someone come out and fix my clothes washer. he didn't have to call me back, he didn't have to point me to his competition, and he didn't have to stay on the phone and give me solutions, BUT HE DID! (there was a leaf blocking the water drainage - and front loader washers won't spin if there's water in the tub)

He ordered the replacement part and came back out a couple days after the part was delivered. He installed the part within a couple hours, probably closer to an hour. The cost for labor was very reasonable, and then the cost of the part completed the total amount billed. With this fix, the fridge/freezer should last another five years. I started to worry I needed to buy a new one when I couldn't find the replacement part online. I'm glad J & J was able to get the part and fix in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price.

He broke down exactly what it would be for the service call, how it applies to the cost of the labor, etc. While it was a notch higher than what I'd want to pay, I get it. Everything is. He got the part ordered, was prompt on his follow-up visit, and got things taken care of quickly. All good, no issues to speak of.
