The room was clean with the exception of a wrapper and crumbs which I found underneath the edge of the bed by accidentally stepping on them The bathroom area was clean with plenty of towels and washcloths, and the surfaces appear to be sparkly, clean and sanitized. The closet is an in room wardrobe, which is fairly small but has enough room for about a week worth of clothes, with about seven or eight hangers inside. There is a coat rack and location for your keys, just inside the room door and a mirror full length for dressing. There is a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave in the room as well as ice bucket and disposable cups My room had two beds. I assume these are full-size beds. I don't believe these are queen size beds. The sheets seemed to clean and the beds were well-made and had a good presentation to them. The room has a desk and a stool and a nightstand and plenty of power outlet outlets to use in various locations around the room. There's a full window that takes up almost the entire wall and about half of the wall from waist up. It has nice window coverings that also appeared to have room darkening features. There's a breakfast offered in the mornings and coffee service all day. There is a pool that is open until 10 PM at an exercise area that stays up in 24 seven. Access to the pool and the exercise area are by use of the room key. This is a multi story hotel, and as of the time I checked in the elevator was not functioning and had apparently broken the same day I checked in. Fortunately, I was placed on the first floor, so that should not be a problem for me. There is a business center at the front lobby area, a nice spacious front lobby for gathering or relaxing, as well as a breakfast area, which also has plenty of tables and chairs. There is an outdoor patio area, which has furniture for relaxing and hanging outside if the weather permits and you have the time! Parking is convenient and adjacent to the hotel with spaces in the front and possibly sides, although I didn't walk around the entire perimeter. There are several restaurants, including a restaurant and entertainment complex that is directly adjacent to the hotel that has generous hours, including serving food until at least 10 PM nightly.

Friendly front desk, lobby, and cleaning staff. No coffee makers in room, though you can ask for one from the desk. Nice amenities...pool, workout room, etc... So why only three stars? The elevator was broken, as were some of the lobby devices like the coffee machine for the breakfast crowd. Nice place to stay. Ample parking. And, it's next to a place (like a 30 second walk) from a place called Galaxy that is a conference center, wine bar, sports bar, steak house, and butcher shop. I am not kidding. I'd come back to stay here just to go to that place.

They also upgraded our room at no charge. All employees were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and updated. Only one small complaint was the water faucet was short and using the sink water went everywhere. They need to get new faucets that are larger to fit the sink. Breakfast was awesome both days. Food was plentiful and area very clean. We didn't have room service only stayed 2 nights. Not sure since covid things changed but we had plenty of towels and very little garbage. We requested a late checkout and staff knocked on our door at normal checkout time waking my husband up asking us if we had a late check out? Really! Check the computer first. Bathroom light kept going on and off. Hallway's were very very busy. Slamming doors, people standing in hall talking on cell phone. The ugly- I accidentally hit something attached to the bed frame really hard with my shin that left a bruise. When I looked it was a hard plastic square thing protruding out? Then I hit my arm on a hard plastic zipper cover on the side of the mattress? The dog walking area was littered with dog poop everywhere. Couch was old and arms faded. So per instructions I stopped by the Dari Delite, grabbed a bite to eat for dinner (this was included in my room fee) and was then taken to the B&B. The house was neat and clean, it did smell a bit musty upon walking through the front door, but upstairs was fine. I had beverages and cookies in my room to enjoy, a small TV and a private bath. Available WI-Fi is at the restaurant, not at the B&B. In the morning, I went down to the Dari Delite for breakfast, free of charge for B&B guests, where I checked out with Linda, proprietress. I'd stay here again if my work travels bring me this direction. The proprietress and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Nothing fancy but a nice small town feel at a very reasonable price.

Mercy showed us to the garage where we stowed our bicycles. We had been traveling on the Ohio to Erie Trail and this was quite the destination. A mansion with splendor and charm. When we arrived we saw a beautiful property, had exceptional customer service and check in, the room was unique and huge, and also very clean. The on site amenities were great, the landscaping and theming was emasculate, and the on site restaurant had delicious food for each meal. Several weddings happened on site while we were there and all of that looked very intimate and special for them. The pool complex was very nice and clean.
