Ugh, I really wanted to like this place. The building looks great. They said I would be seated right away but then it took 20 minutes to seat me and another 20 to get a technician at my pedicure chair. At that point, I was irritated because I could have gone elsewhere. They did below average work. The color didn't shine like it does when I leave other salons; it's like it needed another top coat. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I have given the several tries, hit and miss, today was the worst, ended up with toe nails all different lengths and shapes, I had to ask the manager to have my cuticles cut because there places skin was still hanging and places that had not been cut, she scrapped my ankle with the heal grater and I was bleeding, the polish was all over my cuticles, I showed the manager and she started filing my wet toe nails to tray and match the shape, the polish was getting even worse, I told her to stop that she was making it worse and that I just wanted to leave and get them fixed elsewhere... she said "fine, go" ... as I was leaving she started yelling demanding payment! I said fine, I will pay but you need to at least republish my toes... she refused and told me I was too picky! I paid and left, shouldn't have but I did. read more

Came here when they first opened and had good service. Recommend them to all of my friends. Went to get my nails done and a new person was there kept burning my nails with the file. This has never happened before. I had begun cringe with each attempt. I finally got up and said I couldn't take any more pain. My normal nail stylist took over and completely restarted the manicure. When checking out the manager said I completely overreacted and the other lady couldn't have hurt me. I explained my nails had never burned before. It's Sunday so I knew they'd be busy. I get there just a little after 11am and there's already a wait (no big deal it was expected). They have you fill out a small sheet of paper with the service, flavor and drink you'd like, so I select to have a pedicure and manicure and my choice of drink was a mimosa. They sit me at the chair for my pedicure and the lady that's going to do my pedicure doesn't say hi, nor does she even look at me. She didn't ask me if i wanted anything to drink so obviously she didn't care that i selected to have a mimosa. I'm a working mother of 4 so I don't have the luxury of these services that often so yes i did want to sit there enjoying my pedicure sipping on a mimosa, but nope i didn't get my mimosa until the second girl came over to do my manicure. She noticed what i had selected on my paper and asked if i had gotten my mimosa, i politely told her no and she was so apologetic and hurried to get me one even after i told her it was ok, i didn't need one. This was my first and last time here. Obviously not all techs are on the same page regarding customer service and I'm not one to go to places like this knowing it might be a hit or miss experience. read more

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I brought my wife here for her birthday for a Mani/Pedi because I wanted to do something nice for here. The manager/owner gave her recommendations for her manicure and she and she said ok. There was no mention that all of these suggestions would cost extra, and not just a little. I know you pay good money for this service, especially you want a good job, and I totally expected to get out of there for $100 plus tip, BUT they added a $55.00 charge for Ombre on her nails (suggested by said manager/owner) $5 for add tipps (huh?) $5 for long nails (?uh) and $5 for shaping the nails (isn't that part of getting nails??). When we got ti the counter and they gave us our $165 tab (plus tip) we were in shock. When we got to the car, my wife (who's bday it was) was IN TEARS. she was so upset that it cost that much. And it wasn't even a $165 nail job. I waited a few days to cool down and call them . . . The person I spoke to on the phone didn't care about my situation and told me that nails are expensive . . . Then . . . She hung up on me. Do yourself a favor people . . . . There's are tons of other places to get your nails done that treat you well. AVOID LEGACY NAILS!!!! read more

Took my Granddaughter to get her nails done here since it was close to where she lives. It took almost twice as long as normal and They charged $25 dollars more than our normal place and the nails were not very good. Pointed instead of curved and places where the color tips were not good. Lesson learned. I will always ask the price first and look at her nails to make sure everything is good read more

Horrible place, I had a 10:30 appointment and waited for 45 minutes I watch people without an appointment come in and get their nails started while I waited when I asked about how long it will be the lady in charge had totally forgotten about me but instead of saying sorry and getting me started she acted like it was totally normal to wait that long even with an appointment. I was really excited to try this new place, but was pretty disappointed by my service. My mom and I went in for pedicures before vacation with two appointments made before hand. We were seated right away, then my technician came to me with my warm Diet Dr Pepper (really isn't that big of a deal but who likes warm soda?) Anyways, he starts on my toes and my mom still doesn't have someone working on her. About 10 minutes in, her technician finally comes to start on her. Now we are totally off schedule and when I finish, I sit and wait for her which makes her technician rush through instead of pampering her. The reason I have given this place only ONE star is because my technician scrubbed my calus so hard that he went down to the raw and made me bleed. Was super painful and burned like hell the rest of the time that i couldn't even relax. When he put the scrub on my leg/feet he didn't even avoid the area he already hurt and made it worse! Was so painful and still is three days later. I've been putting antibacterial ointment on it non stop so I really hope it doesn't become infected. My toenail shapes were all crooked and not even as well. Will NOT be going back. read more

Honestly the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The man doing my nails cut me multiple times while clipping my nails and argued with me about the shape and length. He ended up doing them way shorter than I wanted and a completely different shape. He kept saying they would turn out fine when I would ask him to redo one. I came here with my daughter to get our eyebrows waxed. We get to the room and I go first. She looks at me and says oh you're hairy. I know I have excess hair but that's why I'm here. She also told me I have a mustache like a man. Next up was my daughter who is 11. She again said she was hairy and then told her she should get her whole face waxed. There is no reason to tell a child these things. We will never be back and I would encourage others not to go either unless they want to be embarrassed. read more

I took my 11yr old daughter here for a mani/pedi and I got a spa pedicure. We both had guys do our nails and they both did a great job. I actually appreciated not having anyone really chatty. The guy doing my daughter's nails was nice and accommodating as we decided to just have her fingernails filed and painted. It was $55 before tip for both of us which I thought was reasonable. Never again! I wanted to try this place for a while. My usual nail salon was packed, gave me a good reason to try this place. I was with my sister-in-law. She got a pedicure and I got powder dip mani. When we got there we were told 5 minutes. We were seated pretty quickly. 10 minutes sitting, finally get to soak my nails. My nails were done by the owner. Worst I've ever had. After she was done, she tells me to wash my hands. I do that and sit back down. 10 minutes later, she sees me and says you're done. I was in shock. No lotion, no hot towel. Didn't even want to get the crap off my hands. She did it after I asked. So rude. As for my sister-in-law, the only good thing about her pedicure was the polish. Barely got the dry skin removed, no cuticles done. No hot towel, little lotion and a leg massage, never touched her feet with lotion. This place got busy very quickly. Our experience here was not good and I won't be going back. read more

I would give this zero stars if I could. Worst nail experience I've had as far as a pedicure goes. I called ahead of time making sure they could get me in for a basic pedicure. Upon arrival, the lady at the front was very sweet. She told me if I did one of the more expensive pedicures, she would knock off a portion of the price for me. So , I did. I thought it would be a great experience. Boy, was I wrong. The man they had assigned to me was very rough with my feet and legs. He exfoliated my feet with the tool so rough it caused bleeding and irritation to my skin of the toe and heel. I told him it hurt and he was still very rough, not listening. As it came time for the paraffin wax, he forcefully put my foot in the bag as I tried to take it out because it was blazing hot, he got mad at me. Giving my already irritated feet, a slight burn. He walked off leaving my feet blazing and another lady had to finish my pedicure. She rushed the entire thing and my toenail polish looked as if a three-year-old did it. No cuticles clipped, no hang nails taken out, and paint all over my toes $40 later I'm not very happy. If I knew I was going to get an experience like this especially pampering myself after my surgery, I could've had someone else do it for a portion of the price for a way better job and less of an injury. Will not be returning here, and definitely will not recommend to anyone of my friends. read more

Came on a Thursday at 10 am for a mani and pedi for a wedding. They open at 9:30. I asked approximately how long before I can have services done. They told me 15 minutes. Waited for an hour before they got started on my pedicure. Another patron before me had a 10 am appointment and did not get served until 10:40. I wasn't offered anything to drink. Had me sit the chair with water until it turned cold. Will not be returning. This is a fairly new place. They started off good and it doesn't take long before the dust settles!! read more

My mom and I were regulars here, not anymore. We both get the Nexgen every time we go and they do a decent job. I mostly just go for the free beverages and because it's so close to my house. Well recently my sister got her nails done and she got acrylic. First of all, they treat customers who get acrylic as if they're less than the others. Second of all, two of my sister's nails were breaking off after less than a week. When she went to get them fixed their excuse was, "Next time you should get the Nexgen". Um, NO. The nails were falling off because they were poorly done not because they were acrylic. I mean why would you offer a service that you don't even like doing?? They obviously hate servicing people who get acrylic nails. They also charged $5 to fix the nails that they didn't properly do in the first place. The whole thing is ridiculous. There's a lot of other nice salons in the area, so don't waste your money here. read more
