The Family Dinner A, B, or C is very reasonably priced. The wonton soup is pretty good. The hot and sour soup is fantastic! The appetizers are delicious. The sweet and sour chicken is the best I have had in years anywhere-- the chicken is white breast, soft and fresh. The pulled pork is very good. The fried rice is just so-so. The staff is friendly and prompt. I wish they offered hot green tea with our meal, but they didn't. We had a beer each from China--the bottle was ice cold. The restaurant is very clean. Again, the food is excellent for the price. We will go back...4 stars because of the rice and no free hot green tea. read more

Flavorful & filling. Ordered & ready to go in 10 minutes. I am a vegetarian & my husband is not. Between both of us we could not finish the food (one order) and that is what was left. Meat eater approved. I was very satisfied, but did not feel heavy from the meal. It was cheaper than a meal at the Subway next door, and so much more delicious. 10/10 read more

Establishment is clean and the staff is always friendly and quick. I've ordered their fried rice with tofu and the fried rice with various meats. Which was fresh and tasty. The sesame chicken can some times be a bit breading, but the flavor is good and worth trying. However, the teriyaki chicken can be inundated with teriyaki sauce, so I would definitely request sauce on the side. Unless that's your preference. read more

We just moved to Yucaipa and used Yelp to find somewhere for Chinese. This place wasn't too far plus one of its specialties was Egg Foo Yong. I hadn't had that in ages. And you could get it with different toppings, which was new to me. I tried the pork egg foo yong and it didn't disappoint! It was even better on day 2!! Yeah, the portion was incredible!! The hot and sour soup that came with the meal hit the spot! Everything we tried was well worth the trip. Our server was a little dry but informative and the meal was served quickly and hot! I was in the area and found this place through yelp and after reading the good reviews decided to try it out. I was very pleased with the whole experience from being seated right away (even with my large group), the service was excellent, the food was tasty, the portions were generous, and the best part was the price!!! The selection was nice, the restaurant space looked clean. I've tried this place a couple times now to give it a fair review. The plus side is the portions are big. However, so far three dishes off the vegetarian menu were overly salty and were hard to finish. We also got fried rice, which was a bit undercooked and broccoli beef which was decent. Tried this place for the first time today. My grandmother loves their food and has been trying to get me to join her for lunch for weeks. She is 87, so I was a bit skeptical.... Anyhow, I had a really great experience. Aside from good food, the restaurant has a mellow vibe, good ambiance, prompt service and was super clean. We normally like to dine in at this location. Last time we were there they had all their children in the restaurant. The owner then changed their babies diaper at the table next to us. The child had a soiled diaper so we were privileged to smell the soiled diaper the cleaning wipes and then watched the parent take the diaper into the kitchen. Just discussing. We will not be going back. I also believe that is against OSHA laws and I reported them to the health and restaurant inspector. They will be getting a visit. read more

Best low mein in town. We go there every other week because it's close and our whole family loves the low mein. It's a huge portion so we order that, hot and sour soup and another tofu dish. My husband has not been happy with their meat dishes. It's clean inside. My kids enjoy the tv that shows a Chinese comedian or basketball. For Calimesa, it's a gem. Went to this place for the first time today for dinner. I had been a big fan of Tang's before they declined into their gross and sad demise. This place is completely different. They have new tables and upholstery and it looks very clean. While I would prefer Tang's in their heyday to this place, it is still not bad. We had the family style dinner with lemon chicken and vegetable delight (aka vegetable supreme elsewhere on the menu) and both were very good. The wontons were really good, egg rolls ok. Wonton soup has a good flavor, but it is strictly broth, wontons and onions. I like more protein and veggies in there. Overall, we had excellent service and a good meal at a good value. Decided to try this place out for dinner tonight and the food was not good at all. The staff was very friendly and I took my food Togo and it was ready in about 10 minutes which was good considering I ran i there last minute. The food on the other hand was not good. The chow mein and orange chicken did not have a good flavor to it, fried rice was okay, and the sweet and sour chicken was not good what so ever, as well as the teriyaki chicken. Maybe one day I'll give this place another chance because the staff is very friendly and the customer service is amazing, but the food did not satisfy me at all. All ingredients were fresh and tasted really good. Egg foo young seemed to be hand made as opposed to other places where it is frozen. Mongolian beef had great flavor.
