Someone had taken the fireplace cover off and dirt from inside had been knocked onto the hearth. He also said there were bubbles in a section of wall that he said appeared to be termite damage. The bubbles in the wall were from wallpaper that the previous owner had painted over. Be mindful folks. You cannot believe everything someone tries to tell you.
