Okay, I made this account because how much this place has gone down! 1. Are you all aware that there is now a 3% service charge for using a card to pay but the price of their donuts haven't gone down?! 2. There is only 1 person working the night shift, How is that safe for the employees? how are they suppose to protect their self if someone comes in who is dangerous?!?! 3. They have a women in their who is rude and gives a disgusting attitude anytime I have walked in! And lastly 4. They don't even make their donuts at that site! So fresh my butt! That is why they get sold out because the shipment they get in the morning is all they have. I am almost a regular their but at this point they have lost my business! Tried the donuts last week! Stopped by around 8am after night shift for a small box. They are very yummy and fresh there's no argument there and would probably get again, but not too often as they are pricey, 5 donuts for $10+?And I wouldn't eat there as well as the floors and tables were so dirty. I feel like the quality has gone down at this location. The establishment was extremely dirty inside. It looked like the tables hadn't been wiped down or the floor swept in a couple days, honestly. The floor was sticky in spots & there were pieces of donuts laying around. read more

After visiting this location on multiple occasions I have learned a lot about disappointment. Regadless of the time of day I go there they are always out of the donuts I want. It's as if they use the Noah's Ark approach to donuts--only making two of each kind. You would think if they run out of their (insert bizare donut name here) on Tuesday that they would make at least three on Wednesday, etc... Since this isn't their operating plan I can only guess they get to go home early when they sell out of everything. read more

When we lived in University Place, my wife and I loved going to the location on 6th Ave in Tacoma. So we were so excited when we learned Legendary was coming to 176th and Canyon! But what an absolute disappointment! The donuts were dry and tasteless. Original House of Donuts in Lakewood has the best actual "donut" recipe in our opinion, but we have always enjoyed Legendary's flavors. We know they just opened, but these donuts tasted like they had been sitting out for a week. I wouldn't even use these for bread pudding! A sign said they are closed tomorrow for a company picnic, but I think they need some retraining while they are at it! We might give them another chance in a month or two, but such a terrible "first" impression for this location! read more

My new go to doughnut place for sure. Me and my buddy's go here on our work breaks as soon as they open in the morning. Huge selection to choose from every time I don't know what to pick. Pretty much a doughnut for every price range too they serve coffee as well and have a variety box hat you can purchase if you don't know what to pic. Hope everyone who reads this takes a trip out to any of the locations and picks up a doughnut well worth the money. read more

I would say Legendary Doughnuts are the best doughnuts in the South Sound! The doughnuts are huge! And very tasty! They have a bunch of interesting varieties that you're everyday doughnut shop don't have, my main knock on them is the lack of parking spots, especially with a Starsucks right across from them with their customers taking a bunch of the parking spots. So perhaps they could have found a better location, just glad they are now in Puyallup! read more

Love this place! They have a bunch of their regular donuts that I like, like the Dirty Donut or the Apple Fritter, but they also have donuts of the month that they cycle out, which shows that they are creative and try new things. I agree with other reviews, this location is doing something different than the other Legendary donuts. What I get from Lake Tapps is a fluffy chocolate cake donut with FROSTING. What you get at the Canyon location is a dry donut with chocolate "glaze" -- and it has no flavor. Today we tried again, I got peanut butter filled, and the peanut butter filling tastes like it was made with shortening... very disappointed. Not sure what is going on here--but for the price, I won't be back. read more

Donuts are good most the time but a few times they're days old. I asked a staff member one day why it was rock hard and she said they can sell the donuts up to 3 days after it was made, so it may be an older one. Haven't gone back since. Would be better if they make fresh ones daily. read more

I came in this morning around 11 and a girl with pink hair, i think her names Britanny ? She was VERY rude. She did not explain the dozens to me when i asked MULTIPLE times. When i finally began to order, she continuously asked, "is that it?" , im really unpleased with the management at this establishment. Not to mention the dining area was a disaster and dont get me started on the restroom on the right, the sink was plugged, the floors were VERY sicky, around the base of the toilet was dirty and the toilet paper was sitting on the handrail and NOT the proper holder it was supposed to be in, that is VERY unsanitary! Long story short, i will be telling all my coworkers how terrible of a place this establishment was, and the donuts werent even that great, mine was stale like it had been several days old. Complete disappointment. Dirty and the clerk was less then enthusiastic. So humid in shop the donuts were "sweating". Floor so sticky my shoes were sticking to it. Glaze from donuts on donuts including all the signs inside the case as well as the case. Just added to the gross factor. And when asked if the donuts were fresh as they did not look fresh, I was told they are delivered to the store daily and decorated on site. Doughnuts are amazing but the staff and management are not great! Waited over 15 min to be helped. The staff person didn't help me when I wanted the mix and match dozen when I was concerned about price. She replied " I don't make the prices" not great customer service! Then they are out of ice, out of mango flavor yet they advertise and sold the red bull drinks. The manger made an appearance for a sec then went in the back. There was a line out the door and one employe up front, 2 in the back. You plan to go here plan to wait and pay to much! The location in Tacoma is way better managed! I won't go back read more

Good donuts (albeit pricey) based on those that I have tasted. My only concern/question is how many preservatives are being used in their creation as a co-worker brought some in to work. Took a couple home and forgot about them. 7 days later, I remembered them and they were still pretty much bakery fresh and soft. Anywhere else becomes a brick much sooner. read more

Donuts are unquie in their names and some offered great combination flavors but nothing you probably haven't tasted before. If you eat with your eyes first, it's the place for you. Really disappointed in the quality of this legendary donut location. After waiting months for it to open on 176th and Canyon we have tried it twice now and the donuts are heavy not anywhere near the quality of the other Legendary Doughnuts. If you go to the Covington location, Lake Tapps location or even the 6th Avenue location in Tacoma, the donuts are light fluffy, Airy delicious soft moist these are heavy and dry very very disappointing. read more

WOW, super let down. Everyone goes on and on about this place and im not quite sure why? The staff (or the one girl) was as blah and slow as a doped up sloth...their selection was eh' ok but not as crazy as I was told so a little bummed out there as well, the donuts although gigantic are just average despite trying to do their best to make them "hip and trendy" (silly cereal, bacon on everything), seems like a 14 year old girl that spent way too much time at shitty raves was put in charge of their menu development. Seems more or less a cliche' hang out for people trying their damnedest to keep the hipster-gentrified-rulefollowing 'radical' trend alive, more hyperwhite fat legs and bad tattoos than at a Kid Rock concert. If you are trying to find people that still gauge their ears and think that bacon is still the hip way to go this place is probably right up your 2005 alley. If you are cool with spending 30 bucks on pretty lame over sized generic donuts covered in shitty kids cereal, again this is so going to be your new "go-to". But if you are looking for decent donuts and a decent selection in the same area, head down pac-avenue to Franks Donut house you will be better off, with three times the selection and far better dounuts for literally half the price! read more

These doughnuts are amazing!! Super fresh and full of flavor. We tried salted caramel and pumpkin pie cheesecake. They are so good!
