I was told no refunds are issued and the best they could do was only 30 minutes on a day of my choosing, despite me paying for 2 hours. Red flag is that they only take cash on the day of. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity and pride in owing a business. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Employee ( guide ) of 21 years old was screaming and cursing at a 13-year-old boy because he accidentally (barely) bumped the back of another ATV . Employee (guide) gets off screaming with curse words told him to get the F ** off and to start walking back .. I mean it was terrible the way they treated the kid and customers . You pay for 1 hour ride but since crazy employee is mad so they cut it short to 30 minutes but still charged you an hr . The owner will charge you for things on the ATVs that were already damaged previously there's no way to prove it was already there since you receive the ATVs already damaged and all dirty . All they care is about money and how to take more out of you . The owners there just didn't care how we were treated. They ruined our experience. The ride around was just dirt nothing else just did circles in the same area Nothing exciting. I never leave bad reviews , but this was unacceptable. I will never recommend it. I'll never go there again. The park is dirty the water is dirty . When you call they never answer and if they do, they hang up on you I mean, I could keep going, but this sums it up.

The Jet Skis were in great shape and worked like a charm. I loved it so much that I actually rode them on 2 different days of my vacation and it was worth every dollar.
