So they do have class two, They do have bingo but the ones that are not class two are actually Vt So a slot machine by legal definition means a device with a Random Number Generator producing its own internal random number result without he reliance of a sever or outside influence that is the legal definition what a slot machine means so that means if youre playing bingo if youre playing VT if your playing HHR it is not legally defined as a slot machine and Washington state they use a Vt System and they use a bingo system. Vlts as i mentioned earlier are alot more tricky because you do not have any sign that it is a VT the only wat you can tell if is a VT by going into the game rules and you typically go the all the way to the last page and you have all the lego at the very bottom youll see a lottery pole that means its a VT machine. Customer Service Well heres the big one They started this new security policy which is just insane rude and incompetent . They now want your ID at the door on demand floor. Rooms were OK but customer service here is virtually nonexistent, we were on time for our reservation, then were inconvenienced for nearly 2 hours for our room that wasn't ready, making us late for the event that we were at the hotel to attend. We traveled 300 miles to be treated like crap in the town I was born in. The GM who came to me after I complied with security personnel and thought the situation was handled....(situation being that I didn't check in with the other security guard sitting there after I'm waiting for over an hour in the lobby) said GM, wouldn't take his mask off the entire time although the pandemic's been over....he then stood there and tried to get tough with me. Raising his voice, threatening me with arrest, and worse. Generally being a complete prick. If you're the general manager of the place, you should be the leader of the culture and setting an example for the employees. None of the employees look like they're having any fun. Morale was clearly low. No one is there to help you. Seems like they missed the concept of treating the guest well and making more money on tips, (people want decent service... and will pay for it) I'll bet his employees don't make much in tips because of the culture. That may be a lesson you might want to focus on instead of harassing the guests in front of your employees, who clearly are being led down a path that will not sustain much in the way of a living.... **Update** the casino finally reached out to us, after about 2 weeks offering a one night stay and dinner for two. We decided to take them up on it and have reservations for April. I will update my review after our next experience. Hopefully it's a better evening!** We have previously stayed at Legends hotel and casino and had a great time. We went on February 14th to celebrate valentine's day and our 24th wedding anniversary. The entire night ended up being awful. First we arrived, checked in, and went to our room. As we were settling in and beginning to enjoy romantic time, ANOTHER COUPLE UNLOCKED THE DOOR AND WALKED IN TO OUR ROOM!!!! They were apologetic and said they would go to the front desk and sort it out. A bit later our phone rings and it's the front desk. First the lady on the phone says "are you staying here?" (obviously, we're in the room!) then asks our name and a bit argumentatively tells my husband "you are in the wrong room!" Um... No. We are in the room we were assigned to, given keys to, and our keys opened the door to. Then she huffs a bit and says "Well I will move them then" like their room assignment mix up was somehow our fault. We then went down to play for a bit and enjoy the Valentine's day buffet we had pre paid for with our special package we booked our hotel. We then waited in the LONG line for the buffet. Once we got through the buffet line and seated we realized we were not given our tickets for the lobster tail our pre purchase package allowed us so we had to go back for those. Once we had the tickets we then waited in line at the buffet for lobster only to finally get it, cut into it and find them raw in the middle. At this point we left the buffet to go back to our room, only to find our keys no longer work. Apparently when they assigned another couple to our room (once we were already in it!!) our keys were deactivated. So we go down to the desk ask to talk to the night manager (who it turns out was the same one who had checked us in a few hours earlier). We explained the whole situation to her and she said she would talk it over with her boss and call us in the morning as we were entitled to a discount or free room for all the trouble. We went to the casino where we proceeded to spend a lot of money only we could not even enjoy it as the music was at an insane teeth rattling level ALL night. It felt like we were clubbing in the loudest nightclub not just in a casino. We couldn't hear each other talk a foot away from each other and both ended the evening with pounding headaches. I love music when playing at the casino but this volume was ridiculous! So we head to our room where thankfully this time our keys work and nobody else barges in on us. Next morning we still haven't gotten the promised phone call from the front desk so we go down to check out and talk to the day manager on shift and she knows nothing of the situation! Apparently the night manager did not relay any info to her. So we go over the entire story again and she takes our number says she will talk to her (i believe) director and get back to us. So we pay full price for our room and leave and now 2 days later have not heard a thing from anyone. Here's the kicker, because we play so much in the casino I am awarded Free nights at the casino during the week anyway. So this room would've been free if I have booked it through that promo, but we paid for it using the Valentine's Day special included the buffet (which we didn't eat after getting raw lobster). I know they can see this on their end and they could've just comped the room and kept a customer. However, they managed to ruin our wedding anniversary, Valentine's Day, basically blame us for someone else walking into our room during romantic time, give us the run around trying to get it taken care of and make it so I don't want to return. read more

tl;dr -- yes this hotel has no alcohol, but those rating it poorly (esp 1*) because of said policy is (IMHO) EXTREMELY over the top! Stayed here for a night to attend a concert. Having travelled a lot the past few years for work (80+ nights/year in a hotel), I've become quite picky in my hotel selection. Got to say, I had very, Very, VERY low hopes for this place, but... WOW!!! Room was quite large, VERY clean, extremely friendly staff, food court had an OK selection of food (and was EXTREMELY reasonably priced), and to top it off, hotel was also VERY reasonably priced. So... Why am I giving it 4* instead of 5*? No alcohol. Yakima Nation Tribal laws apparently ban alcohol, and as it's a Native American casino, that means hotel doesn't serve alcohol. Moreover, when checking in, much like when signing that you won't smoke in the room, bring a pet (without declaration), etc., also sign that you won't be drinking alcohol in the room. Truth be told, didn't even realize (until I started researching when my concert tickets mentioned no alcohol) that there is literally no alcohol at this hotel/casino/concert venue. That said, (a) they have a mini fridge in the room, and (b) there was a group in front of us at check-in that was open-carrying a 12-pack of white claw -- not advocating that you circumvent the rules, just pointing out my observations. read more

We reported a jacket with very important keys in it to room service 4 hours after checkout, just to be sent on a series of phone calls, for them to claim it was not in the room. The hotel is really beautiful. Our room had an amazing mountain view! It was very clean and spacious. We saw a concert at the Events Center, which was spectacular. We were kind of shocked to find no alcohol on the property but rolled with it just fine. The only problem is the restaurant situation. I'm sure the buffets are great, but my husband and I don't like buffets. We went to the food court and it was a madhouse. There were so many people and no where to sit. I finally got a table after 20 minutes and I swear a lady was going to throw down over it. Scary and unnecessary. When we were done eating and gambling a bit we went to leave and were blocked in by police activity. I'm guessing this is not unusual for the area. But I took a picture because police and security were leaning on our truck If I happen to see any scratches from belts or radios etc I wanted proof for insurance purposes But security walked over and told me I couldn't take pictures and asked for my license. But I gave it back...not the casino's fault...I just don't know to leave when I am ahead. Lol! Dry casino - I thought I would miss alcohol but didn't. Probably kept me from giving back more. Lol! So I wish I could say my stay got better but it did not. After waiting for two hours for my bathroom and coffee supplies I went to the front desk to inquire and the response was you haven't received them yet? No... and right behind the staff was little bags just sitting there with my room #. Ok... could have understood if there wasn't 3 desk staff sitting there doing nothing. I was hungry and so I went to check the places they have advertised... what a joke.. although they currently advertised a buffet there is not one... you have to pick from about 4 meals. But I didn't go hungry lol. The TV in this place sucks... it bounced on and off the whole time. It wasn't even buffering... just black screen then after a few moments back...every few minutes. Then the staw to break the camels back... who brings a hair dryer to a high end resort or even a low end hotel... not me and I travel alot. First time staying here. Had to come to the area for work. Excited to stay and was a complete let down. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They couldn't get my room right even tho I had a reservation for a suite. First they gave me a 2 queen room, that's not what I booked. Then they gave me a handicap suite, bathroom had blood spots I think by the toilet and there were crumbs on the glass table. Finally got the suite I booked, guess 3rd time is the charm. Went down for dinner, no alcohol served at this place. I decided to turn in for the night. Woke up to get on my conference/ zoom meeting. No internet! Check the coffee pot and no coffee. Checked in, stayed the night. Ok room. Standard. Until we were up in the morning, I wanted to open the curtain to get natural light. I went to the window, about to open and saw a BED BUG. I took a video and photos with time stamps. It was room 4029. When we left, the "person in charge" did not give us a receipt of our charges, gave us a 'valet manager' business card and told us to contact him about it for "appeasement." Really, the valet manager. The one who parks cars? We came back to speak with another worker and he assisted with us and gave more information and a proper business card to contact. I had the privilege of staying at this establishment from 4-14-2024 to 5-21-2024. I have to be honest I had so serious reservations about staying there but I was pleasantly surprised by the huge change that the hotel has gone through in cleaning up their act there were no pests such as bed bugs or spiders etc crawling around my room the hotel staff Diana and angel Miranda were very friendly and accommodating I requested 6 floor mountain side and they made it happen. I was up at this hotel and casino doing a large project for the casino. I was leading this project and my technicians came to me and asked for certain accommodations which your staff helped me out immensely one particular had requested 6 floor Mountain View and got just the opposite and was not happy so I being the lead of this project went down and explained to the staff that we are going to be here for 26 days could you please give him a 6th floor king Mountain View room. And Diana and her staff made it happen to that I am very grateful. I had my room cleaned everyday the housekeeping staff did a superior job no complaints at all. So to recap no bed bugs or pest of any kind staff very friendly and didn't see any theft. I would select zero If I had the option to! Please never stay at this hotel! We flew in to Seattle Friday night/Saturday morning. Our flight was supposed to leave at 8:15p and then we were to drive to the hotel. We were delayed 3 times and did not land until 1am. I called the hotel each time our flight was delayed. I was told we needed to be there by 2am. I explained that was out of my control and they stated they would notate my reservation so there was no issues. I offered to pay over the phone or allow to charge the card on file ahead of time and I was told that was not an option. We got to the hotel at 5am to check in. The lady was absolutely rude! She sat on her phone we had to ask if she was able to help us get checked in. There was no smile no welcome not even a thank you! The suite was beautiful I was really excited. We left for a family event at 11am. We returned at 1:30am with our children and our room keys didn't work. We went to get them reset and found out they had cancelled our second night at the hotel and someone else had rented it. When my husband went to get our belongings they had dumped out our suit case and had our things in trash bags. They finally found our suit case which was empty. They stated it had to sue with no show policies even though I had called, we had showed and they had charged our card upon arrival. Called to see how many points I had but would not tell me must come in to the casino in person. Not available to sign in online to check your points either. Poor way to manage a players club. No wonder whenever we visit there are hardly any people there. I know people use to come for the seafood buffet not sure if they even get very many for that any more. Unfortunately being a dry casino with no alcohol doesn't help to attract customers either. They just are not competitive with the other casinos that are within driving distance. Other casinos have better promos with access to your players club rewards online. We live 1 5 hours away and thought we might visit for a night. Wanted to check to see what rewards we had for room discounts...but when we called they said the only way to find your rewards in to come in person. Northern Quest and Wildhorse have much better rewards programs plus offer free and discounted nights for the hotel. When we got into the room it was completely torn apart, used soap in the shower, water bottles drank out of, beds un made. Went down stairs to tell them they called house keeping right away. 10 min later front counter girl shows up with someone and said " sorry we put you in the wrong room" i asked if she had the keys to the new one with her, she didn't. Although, I was really disappointed that there was no free play cash given to new members. I played a little bit on the slots and lost it all quickly. I am so frustrated! Husband and I haven't been on vacation in a long time. Life has been devastating. Had an event over here in Toppenish so we decided to make a mini-vacation of it. When I booked the room (back in May), there was nothing that stated there were changes to the food options. We show up looking forward to relaxing. After being told all of the restrictions (what we are allowed to have in our room, having our cooler searched etc), we were at least looking forward to some good food (we have no problem with the fact that the casino is "dry" but you would think that is clearly stated for hotel reservations!). We get to the room, there's no consierge book explaining the services. Husband overheard someone saying the "buffet" now it's sitting at a table with servers bringing you food. I understand that too, but still needed explanations. Read the the little piece of paper they gave us and it says the buffet is open but with tableside service and a THIRTY MINUTE TIME FRAME! Again, confused. I called the front desk and was rudly told that he didn't know and transferred me to the buffet. So I ask how the buffet is working right now. The response was that you come in, sit down, and it's brought to you. Ok, so I assume that's it's like the other all you can eat around where I live. Meaning, they give us a list of all the foods, we write down what we want and they get it and serve it, and then they will get your next order.. I asked if it still an all you can eat, and was rudly informed that it is Resteraunt style with a max of 30 minutes to eat. 1st of all, if you have completely changed how you do things, YOU NEED TO BE UP FRONT ABOUT IT. When I pointed out that it is perfectly normal for us to be confused on "Buffett" and asked them why they are still promoting a buffet if not only was it sit down only, but also NOT ALL YOU CAN EAT The definition of a buffet. The managers solution is to say that the*Buffet" is named " Buffet" because that's the restaurants name. My husband and I were looking forward to nothing more than enjoying a breakfast and dinner Buffet. I moved away 20 years ago. I heard the the food was excellent. Top it all off, those in Customer Service that we talked to were more than rude and didn't know anything about the way there for was working. I understand that, sure to Covid, restrictions must be in place. I don't disagree with it at all. What I DO disagree with, is the fact that we were not informed of any of this when we booked our hotel room or when we checked in. These are standard things that should be told to ANYONE who is coming to start. I feel like we have been lied to and deceived since we got here. I do want to point out that we LOVE our room. Thank you Housekeepers (the only people who didn't insult us). Again, if ANY of this had been disclosed ahead of time, or even our questions answered correctly and politely, I would not be as angry as I am right now. We speaking Foreign language at the table because my mom dad they don't speak English plus my mom and my friends they new to this don't know how to play need helps. the lady behind the dealer told us IT IS YOUR PROBLEM NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH AND TOLD US IF WE TALKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE AGAIN SHE WILL ASK US TO LEAVE THE TABLE GAME. I was like wow is English only language u can speak in this casino place? ( help me with the answer please). I am so sad to hear these words from that lady. And I didn't tell my dad what she said to us YET. Few games later the lady behind the dealer came up to us again told the dealer why u pay to her(my mom) my mom got straight and the dealer only got pair of course my mom get paid. After she noticed that my mom got straight and the lady walk away. then again few games later when my mom winning again she walk up to our table and talking to the dealer with ANGRY face and said why she don't have chips on the ANTE (betting circle) and got $20 (4x $5) on the PLAY (betting circle) then I told the lady behind the dealer, the dealer does not have pair in hand so is not qualifying And the $5 ANTE bet already returned to my mom by the dealer. my dad asked me what she (the lady behind the dealer) said and I told my dad everything that She IS NOT ALLOWED US TO TALK IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE In the table and why my mom didn't have ANTE bet on the table. Then my dad got mad starting to talk loud and told the lady nothing ok nothing (my dad want to say that the dealer got no pair in the hand so is not qualifying) later she call the security and kicked my dad out of the table for talking loud to her when she is been racist. read more

BUFFET REVIEW I like the food here. I always come in for seafood on Thursday's. The front desk/ hosts are always so rude!! I'm so over it. They look annoyed with everyone and are short and just not pleasant! Our server was very nice.. but both of those front desk ladies are so rude every time we come here. This place is lacking the customer service and hospitality that a Casino Hotel like this should offer. Rooms are nice, spacious; bed is okay but with their covid protocols you have to basically do a police line up when you get to the security at the door. Then, you better ask for your toiletries and coffee at the front desk... or bring your own. read more

Horrible service. Drove over two hours to play Roulette and the table personal told me they weren't going to open it since it's been dead all night. I later asked workers/dealers if they could please open the roulette table and they proceeded to tell me they closed it due to low staff. Everything was dirty. Workers were rude as well. read more

Small Casino in Yakima, surprised it really hasn't grown that much since been there but looks like there building something there- my guess is a hotel The games itself, are Meh, you can find better games in other Casinos- so dont know, they need to improve there. read more

This review is only for the hotel portion of Legends. The rooms are very new, clean, modern, and well furnished. Rooms are non-smoking. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom with marble counter and tile floors. Large shower, also fully tiled. Keurig in the room, k-cups included. USB outlets on lamps for charging. Smart TV. Safe for locking valuables. Iron and ironing board are stored in the closet. Furniture included a king-size bed, couch, desk, office chair, dining chair, multiple dressers. Room keeping knocks on the door around 8AM so make sure to hang the "Do Not Disturb" on the door if you don't wish to be bothered. Front desk was very helpful in answering my questions and switching my room when I figured out my thermostat wasn't operating properly (within the first 30 minutes of my stay). What a joke! How do I give zero stars? I came through here a few months ago (Prior to the opening of the new Hotel), won a few bucks and left. I received an invitation for a free hotel night and decided to redeem it today. I had received the offer a couple months ago so they've had plenty of time to work out the kinks. Wow... what a mistake! -Valet parking? Oh, sorry you have to go inside to find someone to take your keys/car. -Redeeming a free night? Once you stand in line at the hotel desk, you have to drag your baggage through the casino to the "Rewards" desk to get a voucher first. Then back to the hotel desk to stand in line again. -Buffet? More like Diarrhea. Lots of fried food. The majority of the other food appears to have been sitting in 'juices' for hours. I watched them take pans back to the kitchen... dump out the moisture and bring the exact same food back out to the serving line. Even the salad bar wasn't fresh. The only meat options were "Coiled sausage" and paper-thin cut bone-in sand paper... err, pork chops. Au-Juice boiled mushrooms? Peel-and-eat shrimp? This reminds me of the $1.99 buffet in Vegas. Seriously? -Alcohol? Yeah, not happening here. Zero booze available. No beer, liquor, wine, etc. "It's illegal on tribal property." -Hotel Rooms? Well appointed, though lacking details. Bathroom and hotel room in general is very dark. Poor lighting. Bathroom was clean-ish. Fabric shower curtain with crusty wash rags left from the previous guest hanging on the shower curtain. When was the last time you saw a shower curtain in a casino hotel? -Gambling? I dropped $500 in less than 2 hours on slots. Two bonuses during that entire time. Neither paid more than $40. (On a $2-$5 bet) -Need cash? It is a casino, right? Well, if you exceed your ATM limit, there are zero options for a POS withdrawal or anything else. I thought the point was to get people to gamble? -There is one, count them one... cashier booth. About a half-mile walk from the hotel in the old section of the casino. -Everyone that works here seems to be untrained, lost, and has zero understanding of basic questions. -I get the feeling that they built a decent hotel, hired a great marketing agency yet everything else is being run "The same way it always has been".... I wonder why the hotel has "lots of availability for tonight"... and why the list-price on the hotel room was $69. (ANY other major casino of the same size and appearance will charge $150-$300 a night in this state. -The new casino has been open for months now. There is no excuse for any of this. Save your time and money. This place is a destitute joke and not worth it. read more
