If I could rate the Hotel a -5 stars I would. The pool was closed they did not provide continental breakfast any of the three nights we stayed there. we walked in and stuck to the floor. The towels had something nasty on them. The refrigerator had frost three + inches thick and shelves and seals were filthy Bedding was nasty When we complained we were ignored When I requested to be contacted by the owner we weren't. Then when I called back seven days later I was advised that the owner would not be reaching out to return our call and complaint by the manager. Need I say more? This place is a dump!!!!! read more

First this is a no star place but it won't post with out at least one. We were given a room on the 29th, had made online reservation. Room had one bed and one bed with only headboard no frame or mattress. There was mouse crap in microwave and floor. Bed had no mattress cover and flimsy sheet that shows yellow stain on bed. Air conditioner broken and filthy and no TV remote. We were told they get stolen all the time. Chair had one arm and they had no replacements. We had 2 pillows total that were the size of a couch pillow and they hadn't any more. It was a sticky floor that you could see dried food. It was awful We posted this on their website but they took it down so you only see the nice reviews. There was no other rooms any where. We looked all direction at least 25 miles out and we already had another 2.5 hours of driving for a noon funeral. They said they'd give us a full refund and they charged us the full price instead. When we left in the morning the gal said don't worry we have your card and I know you're getting a free room. When we were charged my husband called and asked why we're weren't refunded and we he was told we'd have to speak to the manager. By the next day he hadn't called so my husband called again the next morning and then the manager returned our call. He called back stating we can't threatened his staff we tried to explain and he wouldn't let my husband speak he just kept talking over him and told us to never come back. He is a bully and wants it to go away. He says he's the manager ? Maybe owner?They are cheap and don't want to fix the mess and they want to bully their way out. The staff was a young woman who ran the front desk and cleaned rooms and even saw her fixing a questionable lock so people could get in their room. She was amazing and patient and the only nice thing in this whole transaction. Just don't go there we were moved to another room at 11ish. She worked hard cleaning it. No remote and sparsely furnish. But was cleaner. Halls had dust stacked thick on baseboards. I used to clean rooms and was a house cleaner for years. I know what should happen and it didn't happen here. People can complain alll they want this place is actually pretty great in my book. Elizabeth the manager has been helpful and informant . Every staff I see here is always smiling and working . Room is well serviced when needed and i don't what other find in their room but I've been in 2 different room the prior to needing 2 beds. Not once I found anything disturbing. I'm from California, go to the INN there and let me know your experience. Around the area as well has homeless people and not once I seen them come around the property. read more

No one usually at desk. There's supposed to be a continental breakfast. Usually there's no one there, making it. It's supposed to be at 7, Yet the door is closed and no breakfast most of the time. The hot tub doesn't work. There's a sign that says workout room, but yet there's no workout room. The manager sits in the back room doesn't make breakfast. There's hair in the shower. Half of the staff barely speaks english. Some of this staff is very helpful when they're at work other than that. The rest of them don't do anything they're supposed to. Absolutely do not stay here. Long story but I will make it short. Looks decent from the outside, but looks are deceiving! Found drug paraphernalia in the nightstand drawer. When I brought this to the manager's attention he acted as if it was no big deal. According to the police officer that responded, it is a pretty frequent occurrence. Had a decent stay at this hotel previous but this last time was horrible! I was rudely woken up with banging on the door and accused of smoking in the room and like I said I was woken up and my significant other was startled from the rude awakening asking me what's going on. I do believe it was a scam to keep my deposit because when I told the lady I just woke up and I don't know what she is even talking about she replied all shitty! "Well it's coming from some where on this floor" ​very obvious she didn't know. Either way THAT HOTEL IS A JOKE ! AND IM NEVER GOING BACK THERE ! This is BY FAR the worst place I've ever stayed at. I paid $142.00 for a king suite with a hot tub. 1. The room across from ours had been kicked in. The door jam was completely broken and there was a disgusting overly pungent smell of urine seeping out of the room. 2. The "hot tub" was a tiny jacuzzi that we weren't even able to use. I started to fill it, and this rusty water was coming out of the faucet, and didn't dissipate no matter how long I let it run. 3. The bed was so uncomfortable. 4. Avoid this dump at all costs! It's number 2 in my top 5 worst motels. First I was charged $96.00 on a Sunday night for a room. Being road weary I took it. I parked in the back and my card key did not open the back door. I had to shlep all my things around the building to the main entrance and up the stairs. I get in the room and the first thing I see is the smoke detector hanging by wires from the ceiling. The floor was sticky and there was an old pop bottle on the floor. There was no ice available. The tv got several channel all of which were impossible to watch because of so much static. The shower had mold in it and poor water pressure. Noisy sketchy people in the parking lot all night. I was incredibly disappointed with both the hotel and the general manager. We made a reservation online about 30 minutes before we arrived based on the pictures online. Should have checked Yelp first. What a dive. We pulled up and drive into the parking lot and immediately decided that we couldn't stay there. The curtains facing the street were disgustingly dirty and some were falling down. From the lobby you could see the pool, which was dirty and needed some cleaning. The lobby smelled terrible. We went next door to the Quality Inn and found that they had room. We called Expedia for the reservation and were told to contact the hotel. We contacted the hotel and spoke to Mr Ray Valentine. He told us we had to call Expedia and hung up on us as we explained that Expedia told us to call him. We couldn't get anywhere with them either on the phone or in person, so we went through the credit card company and challenged the charge. read more

We stayed one night at Toppenish Inn and will never return! The sheets were dirty, bathroom carpet was bare and two of my kids stepped on nails sticking through it. The pictures were definitely from when the hotel was built! I found a dried booger stuck to the bathroom wall even. Absolutely disgusting! read more

Expected a very simple, plain vanilla stay and wasn't disappointed. Clientele seems to be mainly middle-class seniors and families. Walls a little thin. A couple nice surprises: the choices for the "continental" breakfast went way beyond the usual wilted pastries and included fresh-made waffles, and the little indoor pool and spa was very refreshing. Within walking distance of the famous Toppenish murals and extremely convenient to the highway. read more

Well, my stay was a bit different... Yes, the facility is a little dated, but it's better than many of the Super 8 ' s I've stayed at! First, Rita (front desk) was a joy. Personable and friendly. Second, the bathroom is CLEAN! Third, the room was comfy and spacious. Full size microwave, cold fridge, plenty of clean, soft towels and a recliner! I made reservations this past weekend and when my family and I arrived they could not find my reservation. Instead of attempting to accommodate us like any decent manager would, the current manager could care less. He was very rude and at one point told me we could not stay there. He accused me at causing a scene and being rude to him because I was simply asking him to at least charge us the fee I was quoted for the room. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. The staff falsely accused me of smoking in my room and charged me an extra $200 without any proof. I do not and have never smoked before in my life. The assistant manager said that the housekeeping took a picture of me in my room smoking then changed the story to finding a cigarette outside my room door then changed the story again to taking a picture of a cigarette in my room. I will be taking legal action and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The toilet was broken and was making a loud gurgling noise all night long. Horrible place to stay!!!!!! First off the bathroom toilet was so dirty I had to call the front desk to come & clean it. Then later when I got into the shower there were shards of glass on the tub floor & I cut my foot! There were also pubic hairs in the tub. I called the front desk & nothing was done about it. In the morning I went to the front desk to speak w/ the owner & he made is as if it was my fault because I did not request a new room & he did not apologize at all. Run. Access doors don't work so anybody can get in at any time. Rooms aren't clean. Found a bed bug in one of the beds and that was the last straw. Left in the middle of the night. If I could give it a half star I would. Don't stay here! read more
