I called ahead, and the bartender who answered was super friendly and told me to come on in they had seats available. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and very clean. You can tell this spot has a loyal following there were several regulars at the bar raving about the bartender, David, and now I understand why. His service was phenomenal. Attentive, personable, and full of great recommendations. For dinner, I ordered the salmon, and it was absolutely delicious. perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully plated with mashed potatoes and cheesy bread on the side. I also tried the bruschetta appetizer, which was fresh, bright, and drizzled with just the right amount of balsamic glaze. The live music added a great touch to the evening not too loud, just the perfect background for a relaxed night out. Unfortunately, ongoing issues involving one bartender have significantly changed my experience. After she became aware of a personal connection outside of work, her behavior toward me became noticeably unprofessional. I consistently received poor treatment from her specifically, something other patrons also commented on. The situation escalated during recent visits, including having the card reader thrown towards me during checkout, derogatory comments directed at my boyfriend, and the involvement of a non-employee in taking him outside to "talk" without any clear explanation being communicated to us. I did not previously raise these concerns with management because I initially chose to overlook the behavior and avoid creating conflict. However, once the situation escalated to objects being thrown during checkout and a non-employee becoming involved in customer interactions, I felt it was important to address. I was also later informed indirectly that I was "not welcome," despite never being approached directly by management or staff regarding any concern. Throughout all visits, I remained respectful and non-disruptive. I'm disappointed in how this situation has been handled overall, especially because the establishment itself has otherwise been a place I enjoyed visiting. I hope this conduct is reviewed appropriately moving forward.

Our friend decided to walk down a level to where the bar is, but the path was unnecessarily long & inconvenient, so she sat on the low railing & flipped her legs over the side, as a shortcut. It was really no big deal, but apparently the towel lady across the way thought so because she called out Harrah's security team, which included the manager & 5 other people, who all proceeded to stand in a row. They called out to my friend to come to them so they could speak to her. We were all perplexed because she had not been loud, rowdy, disruptive or disrespectful. They demanded that she be escorted to her room right away & would not be allowed in the pool area for the rest of the night. We could not believe it! Never have any of us seen this kind of action taken on paying guests at a hotel. I've never even seen this action taken with people who were rowdy & seriously drunk. They were very demeaning & rude. It completely ruined our colleagues stay here in Arizona. The handling of this situation was beyond unprofessional! I think Harrah's is lucky to have anyone stay in their hotel at all, considering the entire place stinks of cigarette smoke. Even cheap hotels in Vegas smell better than this joint. I will never recommend this place to anyone!
