Fast forward to ordering the main course...we were told no Prime Rib was left??.... WHAT??? Decided to get the check and left. My "liking" would have been something along the lines of "we're truly sorry but the scheduled pianist has taken ill." I would also have removed the flag outside saying "music tonight." YOU put the message on Facebook that you would respond within 48 hours. After my issue, you changed your message to "call us, don't expect a replay as we're busy". Really? Yes, better communication at the restaurant would have definitely made our dining experience more enjoyable. After setting expectations (Facebook reply time) - meeting them would have made me pause in writing this review :) Better training for the staff IS in order - it would not take a lot of effort to get everyone on the same message. In the end, this is not a huge deal. We're (merely) more disappointed after your response. We wish you well as past experiences have been fine.
