While visiting Detroit what else to do..take a cab over to Canada. Hence even if local travel, never leave home without your passport, you never know. Decided to visit Cesar's casino. After wining like $15 went searching for food. No luck, one restaurant didn't open until late, the other line was longer than 2 football field. But alas right next to it was a nice little bar. We decided have a drink and we'll catch dinner back in Detroit. Pretty much like other sports bars located in casino. We ordered beers sip while people watch and just enjoyed the company. Pretty bustling but didn't have to wait to long to order our drinks. Bartender friendly and engaging. Bottom line just really cool to hop from Detroit into Canada..who does that.. I do.

food didn't look too appealing so i only ordered desserts which was kinda pricey but very tasty. it gets pretty busy so be prepared to wait in line. nice sports bar with good service.

The food, the service and the ambiance were amazing. Maybe we were hungry or maybe we were happy and had some good vibes, but the server was wonderful and he was friendly and nice. We ordered calamari and steak dinner...and...MUAH perfection. That garlicky butter sauce on the steak, I want some more and slurp it while I'm at it. The French fries were crispy and the calamari was light and flavorful. If you're looking for a great affordable bar food, this is the place for you. It's right in the Caesar Windsor Casino hotel. Enjoy!

My partner and I came here for drinks and a snack. This sports bar is located inside of the Caesars Windsor. They had the Georgia vs Ohio State game on their TVs, but switched the channel when it was 15 minutes before the ball drop in Times Square. We flagged a gentlemen down who ended up serving us himself instead, he apologized for the service, and he did his very best to accommodate us and checked on us several times despite having several tables of customers. They have small selection of appetizers, entrees, etc. My partner tried their Miami Vibe drink, and I had their peach in the beach. We shared an order of poutine with the gravy on the side. It wasn't what I expected because I thought the cheese curds would be fried. I did love the French fries however, they were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I do suggest checking out this place if you're in the area. It's a huge area with plenty of seatings, and it's also an open kitchen.

It's been awhile that we have been inside this Restaurant. We were craving some burgers, so we thought of going back to this place. Line: Incidentally, There were lines formed. One for the general public, with the Gold and platinum status, 2nd line for diamond patrons, and 3rd line for elite- Seven Stars. Probably, you can guess, who gets the attention and seated first. And of course, the group with less priority.Although, the menu price does not change, Seating selection appears to focus on the card you can show. Cut story short, almost an hour later, we finally got seated. Since we had all the time to go through the menu, while in queue, We were almost ready to order as soon as we were seated. So eventually when approached by the server for drinks, we also politely gave her our food order. It took about 15 -20 mins at least before the food was served. It was dropped on our table, and basically the server left without saying anything or if we need something else. Actually, we were thinking of asking an additional plate so we can split the Legend Burger we ordered. Waited for at least 5 mins, and no body was around or close enough to request extra plates. So, we decided to take upon ourselves to go and grab 2 small plates located on each of servers table. Then, we were able to eat comfortably courtesy of our own initiative. 30 mins passed, food almost done, and our water was needing a re-fill. Mind you, up to now, no one has approached us to even ask if 'there is anything we need?'. Until, there was another survey across the counter that we now asked to give us our bill, and water refill. This one, came quickly, and in no time, we were able to pay, and got the water we were waiting for. So how do you want us to rate them? We will let you judge! Aside from the service, The Place was clean, and spacious, Food was ok. Like I said, we only had the Legend Burger, + a piece of fish and chips. Now the question, would we go back? The answer is less to be desired. But perhaps, next time we crave for a burger, we'll try a different one!

Legends Sports Bar is at Caesars Windsor. It is, what it is. As for the dining choices at this casino, Legends is probably your best choice but that is not saying much. The food is not terrible. The steak sandwich is pretty decent but somewhat bland. It could use additional seasoning. The french onion soup is alright. A little salty perhaps. The bone-in wings were acceptable I suppose. The service here is atrocious. The staff seems to disappear for 15 minute stretches at a time. They are either overwhelmed or overly casual. Your drink might go unfilled for quite awhile. They are friendly though. Legends is like water in the desert. The desert being the vast void of palatable restaurants within this casino. I'm not saying this place is good. It's just better than your other choices: Neros, Spagos, the buffet, Pronto Cafe, Tim Hortons. I mean, I guess if I was going to give you advice, I'd say go eat somewhere else outside the casino.

The service is really good! They got us a booth to watch the game on your own little personal screen. Then they also changed two of the bigger TVs to play the game as well. The nachos are huge! We are 1/5th of it. Definitely a place for groups. Portions are really big!

We also tried the fried chicken muffaletta sandwich and burger with tots and crinkle fries. The chicken sandwich is really tasty if you like olives, which I do. It came out on a nice seeded bun freshly fried and hot. Yum. Hubby enjoyed the burger and added bacon - they have really nice thick sliced bacon. It was cooked perfectly with a nice soft bun. I'm pretty sure the fries and tots are just frozen and presented well - at $11 and $12 for those, you might just skip those and get the meatball parm sliders because they're seriously delicious. I plan to return just for those - they're the best thing on the menu. Homemade patties and sauce; top notch. But, the crinkle fries do come with this yummy homemade malted mayo as well as ketchup, and I really enjoyed that. The tots are dusted with a spicy salty seasoning which made them maybe a touch too salty. Both of those came out super hot and crispy though, which I definitely appreciate. Overall, a very tasty meal that had care put into it. The host and server were both very friendly and our service was perfect. It's a little pricey for bar food, but at least it's good bar food, and you can't beat the ambiance for sports. Solid.

The beer list online (which I reviewed to prepare myself) was not entirely accurate. Their beer list on the wall didn't really explain what anything was so for people, such as myself, from outside the area and unfamiliar with the local breweries it was a challenge. I can see how it would be fun to come here with a group.

Fair to say the Asian Chicken Salad is good, but not great. It's a massive portion with plenty of Napa cabbage and spinach, providing that much-needed crunch. However, the grilled chicken was a bit of a letdown--it really needed more flavor and seasoning to hold its own. The saving grace and clear highlight were the spiced cashews. They actually had some personality and stood out as the best part of the dish. It's a solid enough choice if you're looking to stay on the healthy side while hanging out in a sports bar, but it's not a "must-order. She's in poor health, and in the chaos of leaving home I forgot to bring something to wrap her nighttime medication in. Since TAP has turkey sandwiches on their menu, I explained that I was a hotel guest and asked if they could spare a small piece of turkey - just enough to wrap a pill in for an elderly dog upstairs. A kitchen worker (who was very nice, by the way) offered to check, but the chef refused outright. Not "this is against XYZ policy," not "we're too busy," just a flat no. I was standing right there for the entire exchange. Anyone genuinely suited to a hospitality role would have recognized this as an easy moment to generate some goodwill, but instead, the chef shut it down without a second thought. I spent a lot to stay at the MGM Grand Detroit Hotel, and this interaction left a genuinely negative impression of MGM overall. It made an already difficult day worse. I truly hope the individual who refused this request can one day recognize that hospitality is built on moments exactly like this.
