So it's kind of loud with kids running around everywhere. There are quiet spaces however I think the design is weird with having that play area close to the counter. You can't hear them call your name for drinks and it make waiting around awkward because they put the drink out at the counter directly across from the play area but if you don't had kids, you don't really want to wait down there. If I owned the building, I'd flip the spaces to have the play area on the other side of the door to the cafe and then people could have a more streamlined area for coffee. The artwork on the outside is adorable and attractive and changes based on the season. My drink was off the spring menu - I got an Irish Cream Chai and added an espresso shot. It was incredibly sweet. Much too sweet for my liking and I am pretty sure they used a store bought chai concentrate, which kind of bummed me out. Also, the cost for a large (with tip) was $12. That's pretty outrageous. Would I go here again? For sure. I just wouldn't get and extras or get the large because paying that much for a chai (that isn't even freshly brewed) in this economy is very much a luxury spend.

They've got the usual coffee drinks which you can get hot or iced. They've also got some sandwiches and such and a selection of baked goods like cupcakes and bagels. There was no wait to place my order and it was made pretty quickly and accurately. Nothing special - just a cafe miel with oat milk and extra hot. They even made a fancy design with the milk/froth on top but of course it ends up getting covered by the lid but I did appreciate the effort and attention to small things.

It was delicious, and we've eaten there a few times since and always have a great experience. We both have been wanting to try some of their lunch specials, but we work and can't get there to check it out. We were off today and decided to go there for lunch because they were having chicken and noodles, and that's one of my favorite meals. It did not disappoint at all. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed our meals and even ordered seconds to go, so we could have it for dinner. The chicken and noodles came with mashed potatoes, corn or green beans, and a roll. You could definitely tell the food was homemade too. Delicious! The Farmhouse Diner isn't a very big restaurant and can get pretty busy. It reminds me of a little country diner where all the local farmers and their wives go to eat breakfast and lunch. The staff is always super friendly and attentive too. We will definitely be going back.

It's a hybrid between a breakfast spot and a cigar lounge vibe. We digged it! After sitting down our very friendly waitress came over and took our order. We ordered the orange sunrise mocktail, a quinoa bowl, gluten free pancakes and the California club omelette. Everything was AMAZING. Not one thing was bad. The omelette was one of the best if not the best I've ever had. Stuffed FULL of all the mix ins and cheese with yummy breakfast potatoes. The star of the show was the gluten free pancakes. They were stellar!! Would highly recommend. This place is one of the easiest 5/5 I've ever given. 100% would recommend!!

The cocktail actually had some heat, and the glass was rimmed with Everything Bagel Seasoning. I'd never had that before. It was a tasty touch. The candied bacon garnish was divine. We ended up ordering a second round. The Jalapeño Deviled Eggs are outstanding. Smooth and creamy, topped with jalapeño and candied bacon. Every bite was a pleasure. For entrees, I got the Bourbon Jalapeño Shrimp. It had a light kick and tasted incredible. My husband ordered the Rise & Shine Chicken Biscuit. It was all tasty, but that biscuit was fluffy and salty, exactly how a good biscuit should be. Our server made the whole meal. She was friendly and patient with me even though I was having more trouble than usual deciding what to order. She also mixed our Bloody Marys, so she was working double duty and doing it well. The space strikes a balance between sophisticated and casual, so you can dress up or keep it relaxed and feel comfortable either way. We'll definitely be back!

I had the breakfast platter with a bowl of gravy on the side and ended up ordering extra biscuits - worth every carb! Room for groups of 4-10. They opened in May of 2022 and I just now saw it even though there are a couple of tables on the sidewalk. I ordered the Turkey Club on the Croissant because it was a hot sandwich. The sandwich consisted of thin sliced turkey, crisp bacon, Swiss cheese, honey mustard, mayo, lettuce and tomato served on a flaky croissant. It was a very good sandwich except there was too much mayo for me. It was dripping off and making for a messy eating. No worries, I will hold the mayo next time. The sandwich came with "house" chips which were plain kettle potato chips. Now for the truly great find, desserts. Their desserts are not listed on the menu and some are by the pay counter, some in a little refrigerator and some in a "jewelry" case. I ordered the Chocolate Caramel Hole Cake out of the refrigerator. A "hole" cake has holes in it with, in this case, caramel poured into the holes. Absolutely the bomb! PLUS, I was served two pieces because the server thought the portions were small and got the bosses' permission to serve me two. Many thanks!
