As for the restroom situation, there is proof of your technician entering and exiting the restroom, and immediately afterward urine was left on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. That mess was not there beforehand. Calling it an "allegation" instead of addressing the concern respectfully is disappointing. I shared my honest experience as a customer. Professionalism is not just about completing a job it's also about respecting someone's home, cleanliness, and basic courtesy while inside it.
