The entire wheel coming off my car after service performed at Leith Chrysler Jeep.

Hands down the worst dealership in the Triangle area. Go elsewhere if you can. They exhibit a pattern of disrespect and negligence and will end up putting you and others at risk. I had my car in the shop mid-December for about a week, they replaced several parts and sent videos and pictures of my car. Not 3 weeks later on January 9th, the wheel came entirely off my car and put me and others at risk. Since it had just been at the dealership, I took it back to them. They originally quoted my over $2,000 for the repairs (replacing the lugs, wheel, etc.), which is absurd. My tires were brand new from Discount Tire, I bought them in May, and hadn't had any issues with my car until I took it to Leith Chrysler Jeep in December. I was pretty frustrated and was calling back and forth between Jeep, Discount Tire, and my warranty service for a few days while my car was at the dealership. The service department, specifically Ryan McDuffy and Stephen (the service manager) intentionally ignored my calls and set my number to go to voicemail, and didn't update me on the status of my car until my boyfriend called them (since they didn't have his number blocked). They are refusing to accept any responsibility for not properly conducting repairs on my car, and said they didn't even test drive it before giving my car back to me in on December 23rd. If you want your car fixed by respectful people in a timely manner, don't go to Leith Chrysler Jeep.

Was nervous and worried going into my car shopping experience at Leith due to some of the horrendous older reviews. I do have to say that I am extremely pleased I went through with checking out Jeeps at Leith because my experience, throughout the entirety of the day, was nothing short of incredible. The whole car buying experience was not high-stakes, high-stress, and I actually felt like a human being throughout, not just another person to be sold a car. Even when we talked prices, I never felt like I was a subhuman for wishing for the best possible value. I had an incredible saleswoman (Estefany) and really must say for my first major car buying experience this was one to remember and one to replicate should I need to buy in the future. She never pressured me, always keep trying to find something that I liked/wanted, and actually dealt with me like someone she knew and was looking out for. I 100% recommend going to Leith Chrysler Jeep if you are looking for your next vehicle. I know for certain that I will be going back to Leith to have them do the MOPAR accessory work on the Wrangler. 5 Newly Purchased Stars out of 5!

I don't know what to say about this dealership . . . I have never left the service dept. without them attempting to overcharge us for something. Note that whenever we are to get work done, we confirm the price before service is done- and somehow, without fail, the cost is $50-100 higher when we pick up. (At least an extra 1/2 hour of labor is added) When we complain, they act like it's a mistake and remove the added-on charges. It's an annoying dance that we regularly have to do. My last visit, however, put my frustration over the top. I have only gone to Leith because they are close and for recalls. But this was for an NC state inspection (which I will never do at a dealership again). I have a garage-kept '14 Grand Cherokee Limited with 55K miles. They performed their "Complimentary inspection" and told me all was fine. Drove less than 5 miles home and woke with a flat tire the next morning. There was a screw sideways in my tread- in practically brand new tires. This is the SECOND TIME I have experienced a flat with a screw in my tire within 2 days of service at Leith Jeep. (It has never otherwise) When I called them and went in, insinuating that it happened in the shop, I was treated VERY rudely and they were extremely condescending like it couldn't possibly have happened in their shop. I was told screws fall off of trucks on the highway all the time. Even though the coincidence is glaring. Saved the screws both times. The first time the screw even had the head sheared off. This was not an accident, TWICE. I know they have notes about me in my profile. I hold them to account and they don't like it. But my gut tells me they are now becoming vindictive and causing problems where none exist. Do not take your vehicle there without double and triple checking what you are being charged and checking ALL of your tires before leaving.

Bob at Leith Jeep was a godsend for me and my wife, he stayed late to make the trade, followed up with me on all my questions and just overall made me and my wife feel special about our purchase! I am quite the difficult customer and had a 3 vehicle trade! Thank you

Great experience purchasing there. Henry was very helpful and made the process very quick. Most importantly, they gave me a great price for my trade-in!

This is 12/7 when my brakes were in the red zone LOL

He was really nice, and professional. He calls me every year to thank me for buying my car, and to check on me. I have bought many new vehicles, and he is the only salesperson that has called me after he got paid. He will also call me to remind me to bring the vehicle in for service. I mean, that is not even his job, yet he still does it. I was looking at the Q3 and Q5 to purchase, and I went back a few days just until I found a day that John was working. Rich Kuhn is the service advisor you want. I never have had a problem when dealing with Rich, he will call me if they have an earlier appointment to see if I want to bring it in, will call me while my vehicle is in the shop to give me updates, etc. If you can't get Rich, then ask for Nick Price. Nick remembers me when I come in, will greet me by name, and help out if Rich is not available. He is also a good advisor on his own. Avoid Thomas Eagleman like the plague. Since I didn't get a loaner this time I dropped my vehicle off before the shop opened, and filled out the envelope stating I wanted the 110K service, not to text me, and wrote down my email address as the envelope ask the communication preference. Later when we connect by phone call he asked if I wanted a rotate and balance. I told him that I did not because I just had Discount Tires do it for free. And he also asked if I received the text message with the video link that the tech did. If I gave him my land line phone number and written instructions that communication is to be via email, why is he trying to text me a video? He obviously can't follow instructions. He emailed me a quote of recommended repairs. But guess what, they were not even for my vehicle, they were for Christopher Messina and his 2019 A4 WAUENAF48KA006856. I emailed Thomas back stating he emailed me the wrong persons quote, and asked him if he could send me the correct one. Guess what, four (4) months later and I am still waiting on the email. But that is not the worst part. When I went to pick up the vehicle I went actually review all of the papers for the work that they stated they did. I asked where was the alignment check, as that was included in the service. His response, "You told me not to do it and you already had it done." I looked at him dead in his eyes and said, "No I didn't. I said I had a rotate and balance already done at Discount Tires because they do it it for free." His response, "Don't they do alignments." No, no they don't. Discount Tires does not do alignments at all. So why would he look me in the eyes and lie to me is beyond me. And my email address was changed in the Audi system so I wouldn't get the email surveys from corporate to talk about how bad his service was. So if you read this Thomas, I am still waiting for the email response. 2025-20 #571

If you are considering purchasing a new car, run, don't walk away from this dealer…read more The buying experience, like with all Leith Dealers, is like stepping back in time. You have to play finance games, hidden disclosures, and other ways to make you pay more if possible. The dealer sales team is thirsty, but not for your satisfaction, no, that matters almost not at all, but stay tuned I am sure they can find a way to sell old style warranties, and other crap that every knows is nothing but a scam that can be financed for the life of your car. These guys are the kind the leave you feeling violated after you complete your purchase. They might as well flip you a quarter, and wish you well. Next, let's talk Audi knowledge. Most of the guys in this dealership, are paid nothing, so they have be thirsty (see above), but they are also not tenured, or trained in the ever increasing, more and more complicated systems on these cars. If you ask them, stand prepared for the absolutely least knowledge from the management team, sales, parts, and service. They don't know their product, and therefore, I am not sure how you can learn from a staff who doesn't believe in "owning' the product they sell. They will lie, cheat and steal to get you to purchase instead or doing the research and investing in themselves. I also trust Leith makes all of this possible through poorly planned incentives, and commission only sales people. Thirsty. I would strongly encourage you to stay away from this team if you do not already know what you are buying, how it works, and if possible, arrange for your own financing. During my sales process, I knew more about upcoming models, features, and incentives then they did. To date, I have owned Porsche, Lexus, Infiniti, Acura, and now this. I can safely say, every other dealer experience has been much better. For the money, I would buy a Toyota and expect better treatment. Finally, I will take it a step further, if you are planning on learning, driving, or exploring electric cars, this is absolutely not the place. First, Audi is not natively capable of using Tesla Chargers. You will need to buy and adapter for $215 plus shipping to even physically connect. Then, you will need to know it is SUPER CHARGERs only, not a home charger, or an apartment charger in the parking lot, they do NOT work, they are not part of the network you can use. Also, the Electrify America network (VW CHARGERS) are so few and far between, don't be fooled by the word "free" when the reality is "not available." The only free charger is at Walmart, and if you have seen the three of them, they are busy, so while technically "free" good luck being able to use it. Outside of Wake Forest there are no free pumps, I have travelled across the state and this proved to be a complete lie. I have yet to find a free charger between here and Charlotte. If you require help from the dealer, it is an exercise in futility. If you don't know how to use it, don't buy it here. These guys care about one thing, one thing only, selling cars, if you cannot use them, too bad. Even the management team throws their arms up and say "we haven't sold any for a while, so it's not our problem." If you are considering other options, I would suggest you exercise them. For the kind of money that Audi is asking for, you can have a really fantastic dealership, and owner experience, with all of the complaints, and glitches Audi is already known for, plus the poorly run, and lead dealership I cannot think of one thing in their cars that makes this a win for you. I hope you read this carefully, and choose anything but this. Don't buy the aggravation, disappointments, and frustration of having something priced so high when their are many, many other choices that will gladly take your business, and make you feel good about it, long after the sale. This ain't it!

I am so incredibly disappointed in my experience at Leith Honda. I hate to give a 1 star review,…read morebut I do believe that is an accurate representation of my experience with them. I had such high hopes because my family have been lifelong Honda owners. I came to them with an issue of my ACC and LKAS not working. They diagnosed it as an issue with the multipurpose camera - $1600 part + $500 labor. Not ideal but I wanted ACC back. So I ordered the part and have it installed. The day I go pick it up, the same lights on my dashboard that were lit up are now flashing. Come to find out, the camera doesn't work properly on aftermarket windshields. (I bought this car used 5 years ago, so I was not aware of the aftermarket glass.) The windshield is an additional $1500 plus additional fees for recalibration. None of this was communicated to me by the tech, nor when I was buying the part, nor before I went to pick up the car. I had to advocate for myself that not only does the part not work, the situation is now worse than it was before. Trying to get Honda to take care of the problem was then an additional hurdle. I kept asking why if this was a known potential issue, why was it not communicated to me. They could not really answer that for me. They did end up refunding me for the labor of putting the faulty part in, which is genuinely the least they could do. I want to commend the person I worked with, Tim, who went above and beyond to try to help me and remedy the situation but I understand that he can only really do so much for me in his position. Honestly, there is not many other places you can go other than the dealership when the issue is this Honda specific, so I would just say be wary of this place. Maybe consider other dealerships if there are a few near you.
