WOW!!! It's been a long time since I've gotten my nails done & literally been SO happy with them!!! Donna is AMAZING & genuinely wants to give you exactly what you want. I told her I was debating on going back to acrylics because the last couple times I got Gel X at other salons the nails looked like they were set unevenly as in lifting upward from the base of the nail to the tipbasically like a cat's claw, but curving up instead of down. She assured me they should not & would not look like that. While she was doing my nails I noticed her do at least 5 extra things I've never had another technician do for Gel X. On top of that she takes the time to match up the length of each nail on both hands & shapes them to your perfection. I mean with how expensive it is to get your nails done these days I can't express enough how much I appreciated the fact that Donna doesn't just do the bare minimum, but goes above & beyond!!! It had been almost 8-9 years since I walked in to Nail Solutions. I used to live down the street and this was my nail salon for years. After I moved I ended up finding something a little closer. The modern interior is calming with good natural light and the pedicure area has comfortable massage chairs. They had a good selection of regular nail polishes and the price is reasonable at $32 & tip. The standout feature here is how genuine the nail technicians are, and how friendly the other clients were. Upon hearing this was my first visit, the lady next to me said that these nail ladies will become like family, she had been going to Lena for 30 yrs! I went in for a pedicure & the door says walk ins welcome but when I called they said they only take appointments. The salon was not busy & the service was pretty slow, I was waiting for about 20 minutes before someone helped me out. I asked for a basic pedicure & my nail tech did a decent job (aside from making my toe bleed) but at the end she upcharged me for an upgraded package which I did not ask for. If you come to this salon just make sure you're very clear with telling them what you want because they will do their own thing & end up overcharging you. read more

I found myself in a situation where I needed to get my nails done today and after reading reviews for several salons, I gave Nail Solutions a call to see if it was possible to get an appointment. Thank my lucky stars they said I could come right over! This shop is very clean and welcoming upon walking in. Laura took care of getting my gel manicure completed and was ver sweet and kind. She did a terrific job with the gel, no bubbles and simply was just a pleasure to chat with. Before leaving, I had an opportunity to meet Donna who was just as kind and friendly. My son and I met the owner Donna after tirelessly searching for a reputable nail salon with good reviews. Holy guacamole, they do exist! I have a special needs son that is terrified of getting his toes done and I also have my nails done with him at the same time. I am very loyal to the businesses that I partner with until they change any part of their product, or business practices. This has happened to me recently and I have had to find other shops which is hard on my son. I wanted to get an appointment with Donna but she was busy so I agreed to see another person. I showed the nail tech the design I wanted.
