From supporting young families, to encouraging physical fitness among all ages, I feel so lucky to have this gorgeous Y available for my use. I have been meaning to do an in depth review, but I wanted to get this five stars out there. If you are new to Sammamish, or have kids, this is a community worth being part of. Coleen at the front desk is helpful. Everyone is nice. I am also so so appreciative of the coffee. So a special thanks to everyone who makes coffee even when they feel like they just made it. Classes are very good too. All levels. Truly this is an approachable gym. Except maybe from 3-5. Then it is a high school hang out. Which is wonderful! What a great place for kids to gather to exercise and be together. A+ in my book.

With other gyms in the vicinity like 425 Fitness in Issaquah or even ATF in Sammamish, this gym has low priority for me personally due to these issues. It just lacks the equipment that other, larger gyms have like a belt squat, effective hip thrust machine (the one they have is a joke). To be fair this is a VERY small gym and is more geared toward someone who doesn't understand effective training and nutrition I would surmise. I have also noticed that it has changed hands 3 times in the the last 3 years, that tells you something! Good gym when you are in a "pinch" but if you want more ammeneties go to Sammamish or 425 Fitness in Issaquah IMHO.

It has been over 2 months and I still do not have access since the only time to get the lady who helps is in the mornings. Seems it has to be on their schedule. I called to ask for a pro rated refund and she told me they don't do that. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges now since I didn't receive services I paid for. Such a headache rather than being reasonable. I do not recommend this dated gym. Also, I am a fan of dogs, but the owners dog runs around lawlessly while you're trying to workout. My first time there, the dog had a bowel movement in the middle of a squat rack. A member had to come tell him about it.

Anyone with the slightest knowledge of a gym knows the treadmill is dangerous. You want a gym that is no BS and help that is world class, this is the place for you.
