I used to come every 3-4 weeks because the price and job was great! Lately their quality has gone down and my gel nails don't even last me 2 weeks anymore a few times they've filed my nails crooked and have made my cuticles worse. I'm sad that I have to find another nail salon since everyone is so nice there. I just prefer quality or price. read more

Lena Pro Nails is great if you want a cheap and fast job. I went there on a Tuesday and my gel nails were coming off by Thursday. I got regular polish on my toes and it also chipped within a couple of days. I will probably never go back. read more

This place was highly recommended for eyelash extensions $25 and took less than ten minutes for full set of lashes. Hard to resist. I tried it out. No prep work as in cleansing the lash area, no gloves on the operator, horrible English. Could barely understand her, except "you like" . My eyes itched and the lashes were too heavy and so uncomfortable. Had to go back in three days cuz they were lifting and no longer attached. Charged me for that. I couldn't take it anymore, and asked for removal. She ignored me until she was done with a nail fill. Never asked why I was removing them after only a week. Slapped some salve on my lashes and pulled the false lashes off and through them on the floor. It hurt SO bad and I told her , but she could not care less. Awful experience. Do not use Sarah or this salon for lash extensions. On second thought, don't use this salon for any service. It's filthy dirty read more

The owner Sarah is really professional and good at what she does..I got my lashes done here and first it's amazing how quickly she does it! I hate staying still for too long...and she does it so fast! It also lasts for a long time! For $20 it's a steal...the cost of doing gel nails is very competitive too! This place has super affordable prices. It's not the fanciest or best salon but it's definitely worth the money and it means that people who are on a budget like me can afford to get their nails done regularly. However, to get the most out of your service there is a few things you need to know. 1. Ask for Sarah. She's great and does a really good job on acrylics. Last time I went I had another girl and my acrylics didn't last long. 2. They have 2 types of gel. One of the I believe is called gellix and is in a fancy book type thing. This brand of gel is not good. I had it once and it lasted less than a week. They also have CND which is really good. Make sure you get CND and it will last. Overall, this definitely isn't the best manicure. Don't expect a luxury treatment with massages. Also you'll have to pay close attention and catch mistakes like uneven nails. However, you really can't beat the price so this is a great place if your on a budget read more

I figured I'd give this place a try before I went on my trip. MISTAKE. Sarah sped through my acrylics and didn't even cover my entire nail so when she did the nail polish you could see the edge of the acrylic. And there were soo many air pockets, she got nail glue on my skin and just left it there, nail polish is also on my skin. I even over heard little girls saying theirs looked soo bad that they shouldn't pay and they are soo right. read more

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is cause pedicure was okay, but I cried when they took my Sns off they didn't know what it was I tried explaining. And they did was stab my nails and rip off the powder off. Told them to stop that isn't how sns is removed. Got a crappy gel mani after with half my nails glued together cause they broke them. As a sad they charged me regular mani instead of gel as if that makes it all better. read more

Sad to say they did a terrible job. I went in after work thinking a mani/pedi would be my stress reliever, BUT I was so wrong. I was the only person there, the owner sat me down on a spa chair, and old lady, with attitude, started filing my nails like a savage (the nail filers they use are probably to be used on horses. ouch!), the younger lady started my pedicure and did not allow my nails to soak whatsoever. I kept telling the old lady where she missed the nail polish and she was getting annoyed. I had to come back the next day to get one nail re-done because the gel came off. AND, my toe nails from my right side were dull so they had to put another layer of clear coat. Aaww it totally sucks that they don't take pride in what they do. I was going to take my mom and co-workers there, but now I will make sure they don't even pass by this place. Their motto should be: rush rush rush, crappy job, don't care, pay me, tip me, come back for more torture. hahaha read more

Very friendly staff in a small little shop across from Albertsons. Walked in with a friend on a Friday night and was seen right away. My friend had to wait a bit, but we chatted while I got my gel manicure. While the service was cheap ($18), the 2 ladies that did my nails were incredibly slow and my manicure alone took over an hour. A bit ridiculous. Not to mention, I had to literally pry the dried top coat from the skin underneath my nails. Two of my nails chipped after only 4 or 5 days, which is way too soon after getting them done. After a week, they began peeling off. I don't do any physical labor that would cause them to do this. My friend's nails (she got an acrylic fill) also barely lasted a week. Cheap service and nice staff, if you don't mind having nails that don't last very long. There are many other nail salons in the area that will give you a real shellac manicure that will last 2 weeks. Overall, very disappointing since this place has such great reviews. read more

I initially came here to get my eyelashes done. It is 20 for lashes. Lena does a great job. Other places I have gone to the way they apply the lashes caused me burning but not here. I only ever do gel manicures, and yes their colors are limited. But if you are looking for something simple and quick this is the place. I have never waited longer than 15 mins (without appt). I came in with thick, lumpy nails and they fixed my nails right up! The ladies were able to take my old set off and put a new set on and I have to say I've never been happier with the shape and design! They are reasonably priced. Loved my nails!
