This past Friday was my third time having visited Lena Pro nails, and I have to say I am impressed. Due to previous negative experiences with other nail salons, I find it a bit more accurate on overall experience and customer service by the third time going, because third time is the charm right? Lol! Anyways, what can I say, this nail salon is relatively new to the area, visually appealing to the girly girl, has great nail technicians, and is EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE! All great qualities to look for in my book! The owner Sara is such a sweetheart who works quickly and efficiently, and isn't afraid to strike up a good conversation with you. Overall I look forward to coming again and again in the future, I do however wish that there was a larger gel polish selection to choose from, other then that it's perfect! P.S. She charges $28 for a new set and $20 for a fill regardless of length and shape! Wow! read more

Made a lash extension appt for 3 people at 6:30pm, got there a little late but they still attended us right away! Place smelled really strong like nail polish remover but obvi because it's a nail salon but other than that, she did a quick and very good job on all of our lashes. Not to mention they were $25! Came in last week after work hoping to just get a basic pedicure, but was lured into getting the mani pedi gel polish combo for $39. I figured why not they have great reviews and it's not a bad price. The lady who did my pedicure did an awesome job. She was so nice and careful with what she was doing (she's the reason for an extra star). My manicure however was disappointing. I wanted two glittered nails on each hand and the rest black. The manicurist claimed to be done but my glitter polish had NO pigment. I asked if she could add another coat and she looked like that coat of polish would cost her a fortune. Anyway, besides being a careless throughout the process, my gel did not last AT ALL. The glitter polish was off by day 2 -- do not get glitter gel polish here!!! And the rest of my nails already look awful. I wish I got the ladies names. 5 stars for my pedicure lady and 2 stars for overall experience and quality. read more

I got this done 3 days ago and I have no idea what these brown areas are but I am not happy with this place. They usually do it really good for being cheap, but this is really ugly. The nail tech also rushed and didn't even match the right color I had before this, I just decided to take the color because it was still nice. Not coming back. I have been coming here for years and today was a nightmare I went in for a fill and lash extensions my eye was glued not to mention she yanked my eye and I couldn't stop tearing up my nails were rushed and was getting lashes while getting my nails done the nails weren't filed and they look so bad I could have done a better job myself. I got coffin shaped nails but on a few nails they filed more one side so my coffin looks horrible. They have VERY limited gel colors. I will be going to my regular place to get them fixed. I had semi-permanent false lashes applied, a full acrylic set with gel topcoat, a pedicure, and a Brazilian wax done. Because I had so many services completed, the owner gave me a discount on already really great prices. I think it's important to bear in mind this is the perfect place to go if you want to get in and get out quickly on the cheap. This isn't a place for a luxurious pampering spa service - that's probably why the prices are so affordable. I love it. I am super picky about my nail shape, and I was thrilled with how perfect my full set came out. I've never had it done so quickly and beautifully before. As for the rest of my services, I wasn't super thrilled with my pedicure or wax, but again for the price, I wasn't expecting a whole lot. There was less attention to detail than I would have liked during the wax, but it got most of the job done. I usually wear false lashes but was going to Vegas and didn't want to deal with redoing them after pool days, etc. The lashes are not traditional lash extensions and lasted two weeks until I was over them and wanted to take them off. They were super easy to take off once I was ready though which was nice. I would get them again for a special event where I don't want to worry about false lashes not being waterproof. I would be willing to come back here just for manicures because the quality is so great and get everything else done elsewhere. read more

I came here 6 days ago to get a pedicure, gel manicure & eyelash extensions. Not only do they rush everything, My gel was peeling off the next day and weren't cleaned, neither my toes. My eyes started to feel weird and itchy but i thought maybe it was because they were new but i knew something was weird because i always get eyelash extensions and this never happened. I wake up and my eyelids are completely shut and wont open the lashes are glued all together, my eyes are puffy and full of puss and are also burning i tried everything to get them off nothing worked. I ended up going to the hospital and they tell me my eyes are infected and its most likely from the tools they were using. I remembered the day i was getting them done she was doing someone else's lashes and i don't even remember her cleaning anything to use on me after she had just finished with this lady. After trying many different nail places in orange I have finally found my spot. Lena pro nails did a great job fixing my botched coffin nails turning them into a sparkler masterpiece. I noticed a customer getting eyelash extensions and after looking in mirror at my nonexistent lashes I decided to go for it. It's a small salon that has a very relaxing and intimate feel to it. The ladies working here are Amazing!!!!! (5 stars) They are polite and very friendly. I have been doing my eye lashes here for about two months now. The price is so reasonable ($21) and they last two weeks. The fills are about $5. I paid $52 for two pedicures and one lash extension. Was in the area visiting and saw what great reviews and prices this place had, so I decided to check it out. It's right next to a different salon that I never trusted back in the day, so I was a bit hesitant but was blown away by how great of a job they did! Super fast too, without rushing or making you feel rushed. Got a new gel set and pedi (regular polish) all for only $39!! And they don't charge extra for specialty shape like all places do now. Very friendly staff! I was able to get a last minute spot for eyelash extensions. Most lash extension places cost about $80-100 but Lena's has an incredible offer of $25 for a full set! I was a little hesitant to check it out since it's such a good price, but I was not the least bit disappointed. My lashes are full, long, and don't feel heavy at all. They look just like I had gotten them done at any other salon, and was done in about 15-20 minutes. I'm definitely coming back! P.S.- nail services here are a great deal as well! $8 for manicures, i believe $12 for pedicures? And around $20 for both. I'll for sure be back to get these done as well. read more

I'm sorry, but this was be worst nail salon I've ever been too. Not only do my toes look horrible but it smelled terrible in there. She was probably done with my pedicure in under 10 minutes no joke. I pointed out a mistake once she was done, so she painted over it. With so many coats it looked so thick and chunky, and of course it's going to take so long to dry. She didn't help me put my shoes on or offer the throw away sandals, so as soon as I put my shoes on the chunky goo on my toe is smeared everywhere. Not a happy camper. So unfriendly and so rushed. I've checked around this area, and they are quite comparable to my old favorite salon whose prices keep going up. Thus, I am going to give this new salon an opportunity to impress me again.
