I can't find the model I'm looking for and I'm not sure why. I enjoy driving by and looking at their cool jukebox car building, but I would need a better reason to buy there. I've also heard stories, so make sure you get a mechanic to fully look at any car here before you buy.

The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.

These people do not leave you alone. This has been going on for more than a year and I have had it…read more When I first inquired they were helpful and friendly and that was much appreciated. However, one saleswoman in particular literally called several times a week after I politely explained that I no longer needed a vehicle, therefore no longer needed their services. The calls, voicemails and emails stopped, for a little while. Recently I found myself looking for a vehicle again and since their promise is credit is not an issue, I took the chance to see if what they have to offer is really something for me. HUGE MISTAKE. The same saleswoman was back at it again, literally calling every single day and I called the office for a second year in a row to let someone know that this gal was wasting her time reaching out to me because I've found a vehicle and again, don't need one anymore. I wish this was the end. I continued to receive calls, daily, emails, daily and finally I wrote out what I believed to be a firm and polite email asking not to be contacted and that I would reach out if I needed to and when she replied I figured she'd finally gotten the hint. Nope. When a salesperson is contacting you every day with a product in which you do not need, it's off-putting, extremely invasive, unprofessional and quite rude but most of all desperate and annoying. Who wants to do business with someone with what is visibly desperation? If they're willing to go go that length before any business transactions occur, what will your experience be once you start the process of making a purchase? Are they going to rush and potentially cut corners or leave out the fine print to make a sale? Maybe. I've worked in sales, cold calling, in store customer service, call center customer service, in person sales, you name it, I've done it and I can relate with the need to meet a quota and keep a roof over your head. However, when you literally harass someone AFTER they've politely declined your offer several times for a legitimate reason, you've crossed a major line and it is so, so, very unprofessional and I'm so disappointed with the way my situation has been handled over the course of a YEAR. To wrap it up, don't contact this particular location unless you've 100% made your mind up about the company you want to go with when you're looking for a new vehicle, unless you want to be contacted on a daily basis by people who can't understand what "I don't need a vehicle, thanks for reaching out, there's no need to continue to contact me" I do have proof of all of this but as an effort to conceal her name and as to not "name and shame" for lack of a better term, I've decided not to include several screen grabs

I called to get it in when the problem first arose and it was a wait so I just ignore it for a long time Finally took the car back in like a yr later and all they did was plug an o2 censor back in. I called again bc the problem was still not fixed and they said they didn't know about the engine problem and the overheating but it would take them at least another month to get it in. I told them I wrote down everything that was wrong with the car so telling me they didn't know was bs. I have two little girls and one on the way and can't b risking our engine blowing up on the road I also explained to them I need a bigger vehicle and they told me I can't trade it in. I gave it back and they just harassed me and threatened me the whole time and were so rude. I will never be going through them again. Very disgusting company.

They had to fix a water pump and hole in my truck and I had to money into it six months after I had it. They had never put Antifreeze in my truck. Now it's only been a year and I just had to pay for spark plugs. How I'm sure I haven't drove 100, 000 in one year. So those should've changed if they would've inspected my truck before I bought it.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with OneMain Financial. I applied for a loan,…read morecompleted the application, and was told I was approved. They even pulled my credit. The very next day, I received a call saying that because my Social Security number had supposedly been entered incorrectly, I was no longer approved and they couldn't offer me any financing. I'm confused and frustrated. If there was an issue with my information, why was I initially approved and why was my credit pulled before everything was verified? I was counting on this loan to consolidate and pay off some bills, only to have the approval taken away the next day. To make matters worse, I had received a special loan offer in the mail encouraging me to apply, which made this experience even more disappointing. The entire process felt misleading and poorly handled. I understand that approvals can depend on verification, but better communication and more thorough review before pulling someone's credit would have saved a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend OneMain Financial.
