I called to inform the woman who dispatched the call, who evidently works for Lombard, their sister store, and said she'd call me back in a few minutes. She never did, so I called back a few hours later, and she immediately put me on hold, never called back. Called Mike's directly, who also put me on hold and never called back. The service is good, the prices reasonable and the little shop dog (a Yorkie) makes me smile every time I pick up my car after it's worked on.
