Management here is a joke! Good luck with catering orders! After trying to call the store for over an hour on a Friday night, getting a busy signal, I was going to give up and go with another sub shop, which in hindsight I wish I would've done. A family member in Collierville offered to get in their car and drive over to place the order. When going into the store, there was one customer in the store eating. The phone was off the hook, and the worker told my family member that someone had called in and they were short,-staffed so they took the phone off the hook. Ummm-catering orders cannot be placed online. Therefore, unless you live nearby and can come in, they must be phoned in. Since when is it good business to take your phone off the hook for over an hour? However, my family member placed the order for our funeral catering for the next day, and all was well. When we showed up to pick up the order and spoke to the manager, she didn't know anything about the issue and offered every lame excuse in the book, besides APOLOGIZING or offering a discount or free cookie. Lame excuse for management. Then, I called the store for multiple weeks afterwards, leaving my name and number for the owner to call me back, which he never did. Good luck surviving in Collierville with this customer service. I'll never be back. Too many sandwich shops to frequent besides ones that lack the customer touch. This is my favorite location. It is a perfect stop to grab a quick lunch. The owners are super friendly I hate I do not know their names...they are always working behind the counter and making sure you don't have to wait for your food. The staff here is good I have been coming here a while and the staff has changed a little but they are always the nicest people. I go in about once a week or every other week and they actually remember what I like to order...I guess I can now be considered a regular! read more

We ordered 3 subs from ubereats and ALL of our sandwiches were wrong. We had things added we didn't want and then some of the toppings we did want weren't present. We called to get new sandwiches and they wanted us to drive to the store and return the sandwiches. I informed them the whole point was ordering on ubereats so that we didn't have to drive to the store. But they were indifferent and passed me through multiple employees on the phone. This is horrible customer service, and I hope that this store gets removed from ubereats. I can understand if someone can't read the order correctly or makes mistakes, but the way the staff handled the complaint is unacceptable customer service. read more

Came in yesterday and ordered. The teen that took my order looked like he could off himself with no problem! He was monotoned, uninterested, and seemed depressed to be there. This location is being renovated so there were quite a lot of boxes, etc. scattered around. There seemed to be no sense of who ordered what even with our receipt numbers being called. There is only one staff member there I believe wanted to have her job and liked being there. I ordered a 7 1/2 in. meatball. When I got home it was only the bread and meatballs. No cheese there like advertised on the menu. These problems may be due to a transition period with the renovation, but the sandwich was very subpar and the service was blah. read more

I rarely review since I think I'm a fairly tolerant person but the service was so bad at this shop I had to speak. First I saw food handlers take off their gloves and touch customer sandwiches. Why put on gloves to make and then handle the food. Second there was no sense of service or urgency. Yes they were busy but they ran out of paper and no one took control. I have been to this location several times. Each time that I go, the place seems to get worse. At one time, they had a cheerful young staff that gave you good service. Not anymore! My wife and I went in a couple of days ago and the fellow taking your order wouldn't open his mouth far enough for you to understand what he was saying. After placing my order,I realized that I wanted an additional item on mine, so I asked the preparer to add it to my sandwich. I got an "ok I'll add it" but when I got home it wasn't on there. No one really seemed to want to be there nor to wait on you. My wife also noticed that they all seemed to wish that they were somewhere else. I probably won't be going back. read more

I ordered a cheese steak with lettuce and tomatoes. After I paid, I realized they might put onions on by default, so I went back to the register to remind them I only wanted lettuce and tomatoes, no onions. He informed me that the order was already in, so there was nothing he could do. Since I do not eat onions, I had to leave a $7.00 sandwich on the table to be thrown away. Good sandwiches that are consistent with other locations. Staff is friendly and service is good. Never had a bad meal from there.

Got my order wrong. Had to drive 5 miles to get it replaced and acted like it was an inconvenience. No apology no nothing.

Would give zero stars if possible. Poor customer service, tables and floors were dirty. Bread for Philly cheesesteak was completely soggy and they gave us zero napkins. Will not go back. read more

Great place to eat with outstanding service! Always greeted with a smile and employees offer great selections. The place is always clean and there are always people there eating. The owners are nice and come out to say Hello and to check to make sure your order is the way you requested. I have enjoyed all the subs I have tried and subs seem to have just the right amount of meat and fixings (not all bread like some other sub places!). They also make great platters for meetings or any occasion. I don't think you will be disappointed when you visit Lennys Sub Shop in Collierville. read more

Always have been a fan of Lenny's subs. However, the last several visits have been disappointing. The quality of sandwiches are extremely unsatisfactory. Today ordered 2 subs with everything. Only small amount of meat, soggy lettuce, and dripping with oil. Nothing else on sandwiches! Had to throw them away. Absolutely LAST visit!!! read more
