Great subs. Even have gluten-free!!! Fast service and specially toasted my roll even though I got a cold sub... It was yummy!

We have frequently purchased from this location and watched the service decline. Our last order, today, was wrong and the sandwiches were dripping with mayo as if they just dumped the entire jar on the sandwich. The lettuce looked old and rotten, the amount of oil and vinegar spilled on the sandwich was reminiscent of the Exxon Valdez oil spill. Do better Jersey Mike's! read more

Stopped in as I haven't eaten Jersey Mikes in a while. I wasn't disappointed at all. The staff was awesome mainly the young kids working there. The kids actually enjoyed working there because I could tell after talking to them. Food was very good me and the wife shared a giant subs. Lighting was as expected. read more

So..... I am from where Jersey Mike's started (literally when you open the app and see the bike that's my hometown!) YET I've never had a sub from the franchise! Living in Texas this is the closest sub I can get to what I grew up with so was so glad when one opened nearby. Curbside was quick and easy. And the bacon!!!!! I love my #43 a couple times a month, by far my favorite sub place. I only do hot subs, so can't comment on their cold subs compared to other sub chains, but they have a great selection of hot subs that I enjoy. Great bread also! read more

It was really good. I asked for it heated and realized the bread was for only thing heated. Next time I'll ask to heat my meat and onions. On an Italian I prefer it heated I just assumed that meant the main parts except toppings . Other than that it was really good. The place was clean. I can't complain. read more

I'm not sure how my original review got on this location, since it was not open at the time. But I'll go ahead and put the update here. Things have improved--the layout in the prep area allows for some distance. This new location opened a bit closer to home and I stopped in to pick up sandwiches for us. Had the Bacon Ranch Chicken and Big Kahuna cheese steaks. Also a bag of chips, a brownie, and a Stubborn root beer. The sandwiches were good ones--the regular is a very generous serving, which it should be for $10. The Big Kahuna is their classic cheese steak with peppers--jalapeno and red--and has a little kick to it. It's a sandwich shop that won't disappoint. Service was fine, the dining room and bathroom were both clean, and was as quick as it could have been for a fresh hot sub. The brownie was fine, definitely a good chocolate hit, and the drink machine was working OK--a little gas but nothing out of the ordinary. I am mostly a Subway guy but would have no issues with getting Jersey Mike's. read more

Online order placed 2 hours in advance. I show up 5 minutes ahead of pick-up time and the order slip hadn't even been printed yet. End up waiting 10+ minutes after scheduled pickup time, and that's only because I continued to ask the staff (3 of the 4 onsite who were not helping customers) what the status was for my simple 2 sandwich order as new walk ins continued to be prioritized in front of me. Extra Bonus: ice and soda machines were not operating. Moral of the story, pick a different location until this team gets its act together. read more

This Jersey Mikes takes forever!! If you pick this location make sure it is a pick up order and even with pick up they will start your sandwich as you arrive. I have gone here a few times because I love the sandwiches but end up waiting for over 45min for 2 cold sandwiches. There is never a line but this store prioritizes online orders over in person and does online orders before asking for yours. You're better off just going to Jimmy Johns. read more

Our subs were only outdone by the kindness of the staff. Their slogan is "a sub above" and I see how they differentiate themselves - deliciously fresh bread and the finest of cold cuts. Fresh sliced meats and cheeses and the Mike's Way toppings are a perfect finish. My favorite hot sub is the #43 Chipotle Cheese Steam; cooked up fresh on the grill! But the service at this location took the cake. Super patient with our 3 boys and an indecisive mother-in-law. We didn't get kids meals since our boys eat like horses and split a giant 3 ways, but the manager gave them each a cookie on our way out! Such a nice gesture! 've ordered a 44 this afternoon at exactly 12:34 through Doordash. When I received my subs, no subs were in the bag but a stupid coupon for a free regular sub. I've called the store nonstop for a refund and no one picked up expect for tonight. I asked the manager for a refund and he kept trying to offer me the same damn coupon. I asked for his name and it's apparently "Sidney." I argued with him for almost two hours over the phone for my refund. I'm never ordering here again especially due to their disrespectful manager "Sidney." I don't suggest ordering here either waste of time and money. read more

I have been a manager for a well known restaurant for a long time and this new Jersey Mikes that has open up here is absolutely AMAZING!!! I've been there 3 times since they opened just two weeks ago and it is always very clean, but my favorite part about this place (besides the tasty, fresh, subs) is the AMAZING customer service. I've met about 8 different employees and they are ALL super friendly and professional! I would go way out of my way to dine with this store. I would also give them a hundred stars if I could lol!
