We had Italians wedding soup and creamy pasta fagioli these these wonderful savory warm garlic knots topped off with a family pizza that will certainty feed us for the next day . Coming from up north my parents are a hard crowd to please and they loved it here .Ralph was an excellent part of our experience he served each slice , cut some up for the kids too . He then entertained our kids with magic and balloon animals . I Come from NY and their Pizza is lower end NY pizza which still beats any Florida pizza by far, Lets start decor ugh... Looks like an ex chinese take out as if they just moved in and didnt paint or anything kind of sleazy, Then if you can get past the boisterous bald counter guy not to mention acting like a clown in a circus making balloon animals youd think you were in roomper room. Also they dont pay attenion to your order by not bringing what you asked for like brown the top and After dinner I needed an aspirin and a shower. Ordered pizza and garlic knots at about 7:45 - and was quoted 1:45 for delivery. We are a late lunch, and are on vacation time, so thought this would be fine. Called at 9:45 - 15min after pizza should have been here - and was advised all deliveries were out, "so, sorry honey" (Woman on the other end of the phone). Checked my online banking to see if they'd charged me yet - and they had - TWICE! So, I called and called (9 attempts) and was hung-up on before speaking to anyone each time (all these calls were before their stated closing time of 10pm. So, I called their other location, who transferred me and I got a voicemail - left a very disgruntled message. I have since tried another 7 times to call the shop and get hung-up on (before anyone even says anything) each time. It's now 10:15 - 45min after the pizza should have been here - and still no pizza. Mind you, the shop is only 2.5 miles from our condo. I'll update later with any resolutions... 10:30 UPDATE I finally got ahold of the location - spoke with Joey (Manager). He said the driver was out to the condo twice and the second charge was because the order was voided and re-rung on the second trip. This seems far fetched for a couple of reasons - 1) we had the garage and condo door open waiting for them starting at about 930 (you'll remember they hadn't been here yet at 945) and 2) there is nothing in my online banking showing a refund. Joey offered no manner or method of "making things right" other than my driving to the now closed store to pick up my now 90 min late food. He also mentioned it would be 5 days before refunds were issued. Not acceptable. So, I called the other, main, location. I spoke with Dan (Manager). Dan was very reasonable. Understands the frustration of being out $45 and still having no food. Dan offered to send out the order, "on the house" tomorrow around lunchtime and to have the driver call if he had trouble finding the condo/us. (Which Joey's driver could/should have done! - if he really came to the condo) Dan is also going to review the charges and make sure they are voided/refunded correctly. Will see... hungry and ripped-off right now! Update Next Day: Dan, man of his word, came through. We had a pie and garlic knots for lunch. Plus he called me later to let me know the charges from last night were refunded correctly. Review of the food: Good, solid, NY style pizza - a bit on the greasy side, but then I think that's part of NY style! Knots were good, albeit a bit too buttery - again though, that's the style. The food is really good - I've had the pizza slices, a couple of sandwiches, and the zeppoles. All were tasty and fresh. But, the folks who work there (maybe owners?) are what make the place. My mother lived close by and would always order from them and they treated her so well. When I've gone in, they've treated me like family. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Of the last four pizzas we've ordered the only good one was ordered in the afternoon. I'd rather be told that you're too busy to deliver then receive a pie that has 3 inches of crust and a blob of cheese in the middle. Was only in town for a day and I try to support small business when I eat out. I saw the garlic knots highly recommended so I ordered those and a large meat pizza. I had some knots last week that were the best I'd ever had. Until today. The butter, garlic, and cheese on these things. My god! So good! The pizza was good, classic NY style, no frills. Toppings were ample and the pizza was great. Order to delivery took probably 30 minutes and I was close by. Will happily visit this place again if I'm around the area. read more

Let me start off with the fact that we dropped in with a group of 11 people and the waitress immediately went into action making arrangements so we could all sit in the same area. That alone was a huge pleasant surprise. But then that same waitress took 11 drink orders and 11 food orders without writing anything down and got everything exactly right . This woman was fantastic. None of us ever had to wait on a refill. She was attentive when needed but left us to dine in peace (it was clear when we were eating because 11 people suddenly got very very quiet. I got the meat calzone and only got through with about half before I was stuffed. The crust was delicious both on its own and as a compliment to the fillings. Out of 11 people there was not a single person who was not extremely happy with what they ordered. My only regret is I didn't have the forethought to take a picture of the food so that I could show what a great calzone should look like. If this place is still here next year (fingers crossed) we will definitely be back. read more

The first time I ate here it was pretty good.. but now that I have tried it several times, it's not as good as some people say in my opinion. Black burnt crumbs on the bottom of the pizza 3 times is my main reason for a low rate, but the owner has the worst attitude I have ever seen. If you question anything, he rolls his eyes, speaks under his breath about you to his workers and makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. Even though this place is very close to my house, I'd much rather go to stravos or Bruno's pizza. This guy will never get another penny from this family ever again read more

Nice little place to enjoy a good pizza or in our case, great calzones. Service was excellent but highlight was the entertainment with Ray Liotta in the kitchen. This place is the BEST! We come here everytime we are in the area (and we come to the area just because of this place). My wife got the cheese slices and it was exactly what you look for in a NY style slice. Chewy crust, just enough sauce, and good cheese. I got the Italiano and a house salad. Good crunchy and chewy bread with a good amount of meat and onions. I highly recommend this place but call your order in early if you are calling during dinner time because they are busy. read more

I ordered a pizza for Lenny's pizza on beachside.. they delivered me a half cooked pizza that we couldn't even eat or pick up.. I called to let them no and the man that cooked the pizza got on the phone and told me it's cooked. I tired to explain it wasn't and he argued with me it is .. CLEARLY it's not ... he refused to deliver me a new pizza . I do not recommend them at all considering i paid for deliver and tipped the deliver guy. read more

Went to Lenny's on a Thursday, mid-afternoon--about a quarter full of people sharing pizza. Interior was about what I expected. Ordered a small pizza with three toppings to go, and told it would be about 12 minutes, at a cost of $17 and change tax included. I paid it, but thought it a bit much for a small pizza. Turns out they only have medium and large, but I was never told. Pizza was delivered in a box to where I sat and left with a very friendly thank you. When I got home, I found that the pizza was inviting to the eye, albeit the toppings were somewhat skimpy for the price. I came here with my family on vacation this week and Lenny's was our favorite place! Our server Ralph was so helpful and also funny. He even made balloon hats for all the younger family. Me and my husband ordered 2 slices of pizza. We each had one beer. A group of 4 came in and the waitress told them as soon as they're done (our table) the table is yours. We just finished our pizza and the server came and took our empty plates. We were still drinking our beer and the server came and started spraying our table. This place is a real hidden gem!! The people are amazing, you can tell they love life and love their job!! Very family friendly. The really went above and beyond to make the kids feel welcome and in good spirits. They made the kids balloon animals and some of the best NEW YORK cheese pizza in the state of Florida.
