I declined and left the store an hour and a half later. A second star for the very nice staff in the glasses side of the store. They were very professional and competent. They were even confused on why the gal at the eye exam counter couldn't figure out my insurance when they literally had it pulled up with my plan but because the doctors office 'processes things differently' I wasn't able to get the exam at all. Truth be told, without my contacts I couldn't see past the end of my nose. Literally, I was that blind. Referred to Dr. Concool and his amazing staff at Panhandle Vision for cataract removal, I expected improvement but I got a miracle instead. After cataract surgery and lens inserts in both eyes, "Wow!" Is what I heard from the good doctor again! My vision is now 20/15! I have NEVER been able to see this well!
