Then the same lady had the receptionist CALL TRICARE to confirm what I had already told them. He had to take time off work for this exam, we had both our kids with us, it was a hot mess. His original exam time was 4 pm, then they were unable to get through to Tricare because *hello* it's now 5:30 pm. Needless to say, we did not get seen. I DO NOT recommend this place.
