I had Leo come out approx 6 months ago - yes 6 months! And just like all of the other reviews, he scammed me out of money for "the parts". As of December I got a text from his wife saying she believed the parts were on order and would keep in touch with me when the parts came in....today is March 18, 2025 - and still no call! I have tried both numbers (Leo's and the wife's) With no luck! These 2 are theives! I cannot figure out how in the world they can sleep at night! Called on Monday morning for refridgerator repair. Was told parts could come overnight. He showed up, diagnosed the problem, said parts would take 2-3 days.Needed money to order the parts because he has started a new business. Said he'd for sure be back Thursday or Friday. I called Wednessday, no parts yet. I called Thursday. Parts would be in today, he'd come Friday at 8 am. At 7:30 on Friday, she called to say the parts were not in yet, he'd be there or I'd hear from him by early afternoon. Neither happened. When I called at 4 pm, no one answered the phone. I text, she text back the parts were coming Saturday, they'd put us on for Monday morning. He showed Monday morning, installed a fan and no tube, but charged us for tube. She said she'd send a check. I called for dishwasher service he showed up the next day and told me the lock need to change , he charged me $200 and promised me the part will be here no later than thursday , the part came one week after that Thursday, he came and fixed the lock but forgot to lock the dishwasher under the cabinet , when I put The dishes in the dishwasher it got heavy and all the dishes fall out of dishwasher, today it is the third days I called them left a message and they didn't return my call. CAUTION this company engages in FRAUD. I hired them to fix my dishwasher that was leaking water. Leo came out, took off the front lower panel and declared the valve was cracked. He charged my $350.00 to order the part and said his wife would call me to schedule the installation when the part arrived in a few days. That was on a Monday. The following Monday I called to follow up, no response. I called twice on Wednesday, again no return call. On Thursday I called from my daughter's phone thinking they were avoiding my calls. Again, no response. Wanting a functioning dishwasher, I made an appointment with another company. He came out, determined one of the racks wasn't sitting properly so the door wasn't sealing and water leaked out. He charged me for a service call and the dishwasher works fine now. Meanwhile, my daughter left a review for Leo's. In response to the review, Leo's wife called when the other repairman was still there. I explained that there was not a broken part on my dishwasher and please just return my money. I offered to let her talk to the new repairman because she questioned my honesty with regard to the broken part, she declined and became hostile. She said she had to talk to her husband to decide what they were going to do. This all took place three weeks ago. They still have not returned my money. I never received the part or any service. Worst repair service I've ever used. They came out right away, diagnosed my issue pretty quickly. Had to pay $300 up front for the part, which made me nervous. Said it would be about 5 days. A week later I called and they said it was pushed out, this went on for 3 weeks. I had to keep calling them to check on the part, never followed up with me. Then they said the part should be in on Saturday and they would call me that Sunday to confirm and set up a time. I heard nothing. I called on Monday several times and finally reached them and they said they would be out Tuesday to install, which they did. Seemed to be working but shortly after he left it started doing the same thing it was doing before and flipping the breaker. I had an electrician out twice and he kept saying the dryer was pulling high amps so it must be the dryer. I called several times to try and get the repair guy back out with no success. Last time I talked to them I got pretty heated and I'm sure I won't hear from them again. I'm out $300, left with getting another repair guy and starting all over or buying a new dryer.
