Ordered Kitchen Sink Omelet (that I knew would have multiple ingredients) but there was so many ingredients you barely saw any egg. Need to learn portion sizes to make everything more balanced. It was also supposed to have cheese on top (paid extra) and there was none. Had to makeshift hash browns with my wife because I ordered them regular add American and cheese sauce and chili and all I got was burnt dry hash browns. we waited 2 hours for salads, a refill never came back, we didnt have a waiter for 45 mins, the orders were wrong, we could see the food sitting on the counter for 45 mins, and ppl who came in after us got food first and left before our food came, the food was cold, a side of fries never came, they forget a sandwich, no one got straws, not enough silverware , and this was a mainly empty restaurant (the only other people were the ones who got served and left before us) read more

I got a carry out from this Leo's Coney Island and I wasn't impressed with anything about the experience. The waitresses were wearing face masks, but they did not seem to be limiting the seating and did not have any plexiglass dividers. I got an omelette and I wish I had taken a picture because it didn't look like an omelette - or anything that would be edible for that matter!! It was shriveled and burnt and even the toast was burnt. I got tomatoes instead of the hash browns and the tomatoes were actually the best part of the meal! I understand that new people are training for new jobs everyday, however it's the way you talk to customers. Coming from a waitress that's training new people comes out and say "if they can't be patient then they can go down the street!" I ordered a salad and it took 40 minutes to make with only 3 customers in the building. The chef even made the people who work at this location food before the customers. This place is a joke. What has happened to Leo's? They used to have good food for a coney. We stopped going to the one in Lake Orion because the food slipped so badly, Today we tried the Oxford location. Big mistake. The tuna was old, the bread was swimming in mayo, the fries were hot but way over cooked. Then as we were trying to eat, the cleaning patrol came through with a stinky bucket filled with black floor water and proceeded to mop the floors. How disgusting and unappetizing, especially with a meal that's barely edible in the first place. We did complain about it and they took one sandwich off the bill, but this disaster still cost us $25. I ordered a large Greek salad and a small Greek salad and it was lettuce with 3 tomato's 4 beats and about a spoonful of feta cheese. I pretty much paid $16 for lettuce. I called in asked to speak to the manager the man on the phone said hold on one second while I get them and then comes back to the phone acting like the manager. Greek salads are usually spot-on. Not so much tonight. My salad's lettuce was 99% white hard chunks and 1% green leafy edible lettuce. Gross. Soup was good. Handed over the Oxford Football Fundraiser card to get my 15% discount and when I got home and read the receipt, it wasn't discounted. **update...visited recently and dined inside. Its been a year since I ordered anything from this location. It will be quite sometime before I ever do again. Ordered 2 coney dogs and fries today for lunch to carryout. The buns on the one side of the coney dogs were hard with very little coney sauce. Onions were not diced but laid on the dogs in big chunks. Ordered delivery and they didn't give me any of the sauces I ordered. They also did not toss my wings. Most of it was basically cold. Their to go boxes are cheap, they were all squished when I opened the bag. Also seems like they don't have medium sized ones. Just small and large which sorta seems wasteful. This location by far exceeds any other location. They have the carry out ordering and process very organized. I can appreciate easy online ordering, curbside pickup and awesome food. I get carry out here because they have a great variety of foods on their menu, staff is always friendly, and it's a quick process. I never have to wait long. The online ordering provides a status of your food so you know when it's done. A+ read more

I have been to a few Leo's locations around this area, this one more frequently. The wait staff is attentive and polite, this location is busy, the downfall are the kitchen staff and their inability to cook to order. On 4 occasions while ordering breakfast without onions (a food allergy of 2 family members) they disregarded the wording on the order clearly stated by on the order ticket NO ONIONS ALLERGY, they still put onions in it, creating an allergy crisis. On one occasion regular pancakes were ordered, while putting butter on what looked like plain pancakes my Daughter noticed that three banana chips were cooked into the pancakes. The order was for my Grandson who is allergic to bananas, but my Daughter is, the who found them. Long story short is this location is going seriously injure someone. There never seems to be a manager at this location to handle the kitchen mess ups leaving the wait staff to answer for the complaint. If you have food sensitivities steer clear of this location. My family and I will not be returning to any Leo's Coney Island location in the near future. A personal note; I left my name and number for management to call me a week ago before I lodged a complaint with the health department, management is still silent. read more

This is probably my favorite Leo's I have eaten at yet. It's new to my hometown so my husband and I figured wed try it over the one we normally go to. We were pleased with the food, especially at such great prices. Service was fast and very friendly. We even got a nice pop in from the manager Rachel, who was very caring and kind. The atmosphere was also very open and welcoming. We will stop in here more often. read more

I really wanted to like the new coney in town but after three visits- just can't go back. Other reviews are spot on. Seat yourself and wait.....wait wait wait. The waitresses are in a huddle at the register in deep discussion. After several minutes, a waitress will approach to get your drink order. Be patient cause it's gonna be a while. Pace your beverage because you won't see any refills- not even coffee. Eventually you will order. Don't be surprised if it's not as you ordered. First example- my kid ordered coney dogs no onions - they arrived with onion. Waitress was a problem solver- she asked if he could scrape them off or did he want new ones? No apology. He opted for new ones- took 10 more minutes. Second visit: Husband and I both ordered BLTs. LTs arrived. We asked about the bacon- they're out. I asked why she didn't come let us know and we could have ordered something different, she said she forgot. Third time- today's visit- my family huffed when I said we would eat here today- I figured they were new, they've worked out the kinks. Nope. The waitresses remained huddled at the register while several tables attempted to get their attention. I literally had to laugh out loud after three waitresses approached us at different times to ask if we've been helped yet- sitting with no drinks, no silverware, and every time we said no, each one would reply let me get someone and never returned. When one finally arrived, she was bitter. Husband ordered coffee with his breakfast- could never get a second cup. He ordered eggs over easy- they came scrambled. When he told the waitress they were wrong- her and my husband entered into a impromptu staring match. Finally she asked if he wanted to send them back- he did- she was devastated. My son asked for a refill on his water- never got it. After we ate, my husband went to pay- the lady at the register didn't ask how everything was or even greet us- but she was involved in a hot debate with another waitress about the heatwave and the affects it has on her hair. This is the 3rd time we've eaten here and today we were VERY happy with our dinner. Our first two visits to this restaurant (soon after they opened) were less than impressive with multiple issues. This time we had a wonderful experience. The food we ordered was good, prompt and exactly as ordered. The restaurant was clean and Erinnn (with many n's?), the waitress that served us, couldn't have been more pleasant. She was personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I should have known better. Every time I go there I get HORRIBLE customer service. This time I order food to go because their food is very good. go there and oh were sorry we ran out of what you ordered. I ordered potato skins how do you run out of potatoes. They don't call they don't tell us so now my husband is up there while his dinner is getting cold they're making me something else. Please stay away from this Coney Island unless they get their act together.
