The food may have been fine, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Alfredo, which is clearly listed under the "Entrees" section of the menu. At the top of that section it states: "Entrees served with your choice of baked potato or french fries." Nothing on the menu says pasta dishes are excluded. When I politely asked about the side, instead of simply clarifying the policy, I was spoken to rudely and told that "out of 50,000 people" I was apparently the only person who didn't know how to read the menu. That's not how customers should be treated for asking a reasonable question based on how the menu is written. If pasta dishes are excluded from the side option, then the menu should clearly state that instead of insulting customers for interpreting it exactly how it's written. read more

My family and I have been coming here for 20 years since we vacationed here every summer since I was a little girl. It was hotter than hell on my legs in the car. We thought we would eat the pizza first,, but wanted to take a look at the eggplant grinder. I took my half and demolished it. Service was very slow, young waitress seemed to forgot about us ordering, was watching videos on her phone, took 15-20 mins to take order from us, seemed distracted by other table who was having a long conversation like friends do at bars. Pizza wasn't good either, had consistency of cheap pizza served at a bowling alley in my opinion, wasn't cooked all the way through. Pepperoni on the pizza was very good quality but the rest of the pie wasn't. I loved the garlic bread with cheese though, that was cooked and done right. The Ambiance was warm with a modern Italian twist but didn't match the 90s rock alternative being pumped through the establishments audio system. My opinion it would be better with something slow and classic, like opera or not rock related. My wife's go to place for date night. Great restaurant for pizza and Greek food. Greek bruschetta is great and best mozzarella sticks around. Ordered a vegetable quesadilla tonight as well as many other items for our dinner on the Slice app.... When I cut into the quesadilla there was chicken in it, I'm a vegetarian and do not eat any type of meat, I messaged the Slice customer service team to let them know what happened and get a refund on the quesadilla, they asked for a photo which I sent, they contacted the restaurant and they said they wouldn't give me a refund and there wasn't chicken in it, there was clearly chicken in the picture I sent, the Slice representative apologized after seeing the photo and said they would escalate the complaint to their management team to get a refund.... Really disappointed in the response from Leon's, I get it, accidents happen, but take responsibility for it and maybe apologize and give me a refund, apparently they don't care that much about keeping customers..... read more

Very disappointing. The Greek salad was a house salad with some feta cheese popped on top (not even mixed in). I'm a huge greek pizza fan, but this was simply not good. I complained that when I asked for a refill of my soda, I assumed it was a "free refill". But I came in twice during the whole covid thing and it went down hill. Seems like the staff that used to be there is gone even the cook I feel and they hired new people that seem confused and quick to get your order in and not listening to you. My dish that I always get was very bland no flavor at all used to be my favorite last time they screwed it up by putting mushrooms (the young girl asked me if I wanted mushrooms (which is not in the dish) and I said No and then when I got home I had mushrooms in it and the garlic bread was not even good.
