Today I met Bill (one of the owners of Lighthouse) at the wharf parking lot next to the Chappy Ferry landing and received excellent and prompt service. They rescheduled the appointment and when the locksmith came it was the owner John, who was not only rude to my wife, but told us that the lock would not work.
