The service was good and the price of the food was great. The food (sub sandwiches) really lacked flavor. I would give the food a two.

This place is located in a Shop Rite shopping center so they get a lot of foot traffic. I've enjoyed salads and pizza from here in the past and most recently a chicken parm hero. It was very good with lots of cheese. I've never gotten entree's but I would definitely check it out sometime! The inside is a little dreary but hey, I wasn't expecting anything fancy anyway! read more

I have been going to this restaurant for years and for years it was great. Now It's one to avoid. The quality of the food has gone way down and the price way up. The meat and chicken are now chopped up and less and I mean alot less in your sandwich. I ordered a chicken parm pizza last night and the chicken was literaly sliced wafer thin on a slicer I think. There wasn't even enough chicken to call it a chick parm pizza. Oh and if you check the website you can see the price changes. They haven't even bothered to change them. So a pizza that was $17.75 is now $24.50 and it sucks. I warned ya. read more

Pizza is ok, not the best or worse I had. Ordered the tortellini soup, the tortellini was over cooked and was in a cream type broth with not much flavor, menu said garlic knots with soup I got a cold roll. Staff was just lounging around playing on computer. On a good note it was clean. read more

Ordered trays for catering, chicken francaise, a Italian sub, penne vodka, and sausage and peppers, everyone loved it! A lot of food for the price and very good quality. Gave a lot of bread with the order and extra sauce. Chicken had a great lemon flavor to it. Will definitely order from them again. Very good. Nice easy flavor, didn't throw a lot of oil. Had only one slice of cheese, but didn't want it hot, wanted the flavors to blend. It could use more sauce, but the crust was highly digestible. It folded nicely. Then, I turned a corner, went to Frank's, had their cheese slice (in Hackettstown, same as Pronto's - but Pronto's is near Shop Rite), Frank's is in another mall. Anyway, went to Frank's for my SECOND cheese slice. Frank's pizza slice wasn't as good as Pronto's slice. When I order a pie, it will be from Pronto's. Thank you, Pronto's it was pretty good. O used to work at an award winning pizzeria, so usually I'm set up for disappointment when I try a new place. For anyone who loves a good pizza, go ahead. But if you have celiac disease, like myself, stay away! I ordered their gluten free 12 in round for lunch and within an hour had a headache and stomachache starting. Both are signs that I've been glutened. Now I have a miserable few days ahead of me. As a celiac, I'm constantly on the lookout for places that advertise a good gluten-free menu. Pizza is among the more impossible to find. My friend told me about this place and I was over the moon, forgetting that just because a place says something is gluten free, does not mean they do a good job making it gluten free. At first the people were helpful about my disease and I didn't think to ask what steps they took to ensure the lack of cross-contamination (oops doesn't cover it). When my pizza was ready, the man behind the counter picked up a slicer that had been used on the NON-gf pizzas and made to slice my order, I called him out on it. He reached for another equally messy slicer and was again called to order. After doing this a third time, he finally got the message and went to wash the slicers off. I should have refused the order or demanded to see the owner then and there, but didn't want to make a scene. Now I'm paying the price. Again, if you love pizza, go to town, but if you have celiac disease: STAY AWAY!! These people do NOT know what they are doing! read more

We ordered three pizzas and a stromboli. They forgot to make one of the pizzas. The stromboli had so much garlic that it was inedible. My daughter made a bomb drill out of it, we threw it back in its box and ran it out to the garbage pail outside. The house still reeks of garlic. Try somewhere else. read more
