Absolutely fabulous experience at the Les Cheneaux Distillers. Excellent service and an extensive menu. The Turkey Reuben was really large, prepared and served with a choice of sides (the kettle chips were great). Saw pizzas going by and they looked very good. The couple next to us had ginormous Bloody Mary's and great looking wraps. Husband had the beer flight (four 4 oz.servings) and he was impressed. I already knew about the Straits gin, so I picked up a bottle to take home and got a shirt in the gift shop. Will definitely be back.

Small parking lot, roomy but noisy space, food is superb, service above avg. We like this place. Wonderfully diverse drink menu - all we tried were worthy. We'd return just for drinks. Service was below average w/waitress having a bad day, didn't want to be working, or just lousy.

Best place to eat in town. I was in the area for about a week and ate here a few times. The whiskey Cocktails were really good. I enjoyed the old fashioned, espresso martini and coffee with their sweet cream. Beer was pretty good too. Both the tomato soup & grilled cheese sandwich were pretty delicious. The white chicken chili was very tasteful. Staff was super friendly, atmosphere was fun and trendy. There's a fire pit outside, outdoor seating is available depending on weather. The bar seating & couches are all great options. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

We'll worth a drive over the Mighty Mac to eat/drink here! We've eaten at the original location a few times in recent years. It never disappoints. The new marina location was a lovely surprise this fall. No food yet was a disappointment but the drinks and water view outdoor deck was fabulous! We'll be back next year!

Wow. First time in Cedarville and on the Fourth of July no less. Apple BBQ pizza was excellent with a thin crisp crust. My wife had the Rachel Panini and loved it. We both had the Marquette mule which went down very smooth with its hint of cherry and their own brand of vodka. Liked it so much we picked up 2 bottles of their vodka in the distillery store. The only reason I am only giving it 4 stars is because I want to come back and try something else and leave room to improve.

Stopped in here for a quick craft beer and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was pretty busy, but the Michigan vs Norte Dame game was playing that night so the entire town was out watching the game. It was so surprising to find a Distillery/Brewery in such a small town but the brew was really good. Hats off the the brewmaster. I tried to the Red Ale brew and it was fantastic. My girlfriend had the wheat and the blonde brew and both were very good as well. We ended up ordering an order of the pretzels and beer cheese and they were also very good. I didn't try any of their vodka, gin, or whiskey that they also distill in house but I watched the bartender pour different drinks left and right. It was a family restaurant so kids are welcomed as well. Probably a big plus for such a small community. We plan to visit again next summer! CHEERS

We stopped here on our way back across the bridge to the LP and it was the best road trip decision ever made. They have a lot of seating inside and out. They have a large bar inside and a couches by a fire. We got their angry ass, boot bloody, and aunt Mary. All were great drinks. All on the strong side but very tasty. Their boot bloody came with lots of garnish, cheese, meat, pickles, olive, and a strip of bacon. We ordered their BLT with potatoes and the pork shank entree with white chicken chili. The pork shank was the best shank I have ever had. I got it with BBQ and the meat was fall off the bone tender. The white chicken chili had a mild heat and great flavor. The whole place had great staff. All the girls were on their game, friendly, and the perfect amount of service. The whole place is easy to get around in, the bathrooms are clean. Go 15 minutes out of the way if you are heading to the LP. It's worth the time here. Also, you can buy bottles of their liquor and growlers if their beer.

Part of a flight...the appetizers didn't last long enough for pictures, they were just too tasty!

Great beer and spirits, awesome food! Everything we ordered was delicious, and we did flights of beer and not one was not liked. Great service, clean, and pleasant!

Amazing service and they are going above and beyond with precautions for covid. I felt safe, everything was clean, and it was a lovely dining experience (like normal!). There was also an awesome young musician singing while we ate, all awesome jams. I look forward to returning again!

Fairly busy with just 40 minutes to close. Great decor in here!

Do you have a dog friendly area?

Michigan law doesn't allow for pets, even in outside dining areas. A few places disregard it and welcome dogs. At LCD, they will allow if you have a service animal.

This was a delicious experience and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the food here was. We…read moredid two different apps during this visit. First up were the Cheese Curds with ranch. The breading very crispy, and it had a good flavor to it. I would say I was a little disappointed that these were made with mozzarella and basically just a mini mozzarella stick. But the flavor was still good and they paired well with the ranch. For the second app we went with the Pretzel Sticks with house beer cheese, mustard, and a peanut butter and jelly spread. The pretzels were warm and doughy inside, perfectly salted, and I devoured that beer cheese sauce! For my main I ordered their Blue Fig Burger. Fig jam, bacon, arugula, blue cheese crumbles and sautéed onions on a brioche bun. It was more of an artesian burger and it did not disappoint. The flavors went so well together and were unexpectedly great with the smash burger patty. They were very busy when we arrived but we were seated quickly and the service was on point. The waitress was checking on our table, and our mains were out in no time. The Brewery is currently rated at a 7.5 on my Beli and it's a great spot if you're looking for good beer, apps, and burgers!

The other choices were not my style, so I sipped my beer of choice and in the end didn't finish it. The food is also mediocre. It's the exact same menu from years ago. Nothing unique, nothing setting it apart. It's a brewery so I guess beer - not food, is the focus but for the prices, I would expect more. I would opt for better quality. We also come here when in town and each time a little bit more disappointed.

Oh how I wish this place would have been better. It's a…read morecute place and our server did a great job overall. Those are the highlights. My friend ordered the kabob dinner and said it was good...but over $20 for some veggies is crazy. My gyro and truffle fries....honestly I should have just sent them back. This is one of the most disappointing meals I've had recently. They put a tomato paste on it that I almost requested without, but trusted it would be interesting. It literally tasted like cheap canned tomato paste. Gross and certainly doesn't blend well on a gyro. The lamb meat itself had a decent taste, but the way it is served makes it difficult to eat in a pita. Gyros are typically chopped or shaved lamb which makes it easier to eat and helps ensure you're getting more lamb per bite. Served in these strips, it was just falling apart and not blending with the feta. The fries...terrible. Just terrible. $6 to sub truffle fries which seems like too much but I hadn't had them in a long time so had to go for it. Listed in subs it simply says truffle fries, so I didn't know they were going to be covered in liquid cheese. They ARE listed in appetizers with the full description but I didn't look there until after bc I didn't order an appetizer. The cheese was awful, completely overwhelmed the TINY bit of truffle taste, and SO salty! Take a look at the picture and decide for yourself if the gyro and fries is worth $23. I eat a lot of gyros, and this being the most expensive one I've had is the worst. Heads up that they charge a service fee. Doesn't bother me as I always tip at least 20% but no one pointed that out and I'm not really sure what it's for. Does that go into the servers pocket or? Won't be going back to find out.

We just have to say, Stacey is pretty amazing! Very accommodating and patterns with people. She was…read moregreat to have as a server. Thank you for being awesome!

Great wings!!!! Great drinks!!!! Great staff!!!! Such a great little place to go out in Cedarville!!read more

Came here with my mom and girlfriend for Memorial Day dinner, and unfortunately it was a…read moredisappointing experience from start to finish. The menu felt completely unfocused -- cowboy sliders, ramen, poke bowls, tortellini, brisket sandwiches -- it honestly seemed like whoever designed it couldn't decide what kind of restaurant they wanted this place to be. We ordered the street corn dip as an appetizer, my mom and girlfriend both got the tortellini, and I ordered the brisket sandwich. The service was extremely slow, with about a 30 minute wait for food, and to make matters worse, the appetizer came out at the exact same time as the entrees. The street corn dip had clearly been sitting out for a while because it had developed a film on top and was cold by the time it reached the table. The tortellini was also cold and lacked flavor according to both my mom and girlfriend. As for my "brisket sandwich," I was pretty confused to see lettuce and pickles on it. Has whoever created this menu ever actually had southern-style brisket? On top of that, the brisket itself was incredibly dry -- more like chewing jerky than barbecue. By the time I finished, my jaw honestly felt strained from chewing it. To the waitress's credit, she apologized and took $10 off the bill, which was appreciated. Still, between the slow service, cold food, and disappointing entrees, this just isn't a place we'll be returning to.
