I can't give 0 stars but it should be a 0. Well I didn't think a dip removal and no polish manicure could be any worse. They do NOT properly remove the prior polish - the tech just sanded my nails down to paper. She also used her nail to try and pick off the dip polish. The "manicure" was even worse. I have no words. Nails cut and filed unevenly, after being pointed out To fix. I typically don't leave reviews, and never bad ones but this is just a level of shit I have never experienced in my life. I have gone here a Handful of times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt (it's a very convenient location to my house) BUT NEVER GO HERE. The ABSOLUTE WORST. read more

TERRIBLE service, my sibling and i went to get our nails done after Id found out some terrible news and wanted a pick me up, she asked for coffin shape and got this weird asymmetrical square shaped. I asked for almond and got terribly uneven bulky circle shaped, acrylic was dripping and they never fixed it, and I'm pretty sure they were making fun of us the whole time. After we had dried our nails and the woman took us up to the front, she tried to snatch my siblings credit card from their hands. SERIOUSLY? No wonder Le's has 2 stars. I ended up taking them off after a couple days because I couldn't STAND looking at them. If i could give them 0 stars I absolutely would, they need to be SHUT. DOWN. read more

Terrible customer service. I would give it a zero if I could. I walked in and they told me to come back in 20 minutes. I said sure and they guy at the front desk said thank you. (Didn't ask for my name or number) so I left. Then I came back in 20 minutes and he told me they couldn't help me. I explained you told me to come back in 20 minutes and he said well we have people here now and I can't help you. He was so rude and I will never be back even if I live only a few mins away. read more

It's a small shop, nothing fancy. TV is always on and they are always polite and ready to serve clients. I always do walk in. The people are nice. I did get gel nails and found it pricey, not sure I would pay for them again. But they do look great. I was concerned the cleanliness of the towels but it seemed that it might have been my impression.. but reading Kara's review, maybe it was not. Also the tool that they used to push my cuticles did not come from a cleaning device, the nail person a table over tossed it to my attendant. .. hind sight I should have mentioned that was not ok with me... I was too busy talking with my friend to react... I did my gel nails yesterday and so far they look good. We will see in a few days. The only reason they get business is because they are empty when you walk and and take you right away. Rude is an understatement. They offer bottles of water to select customers in front of others that they didn't offer any to which is highly offensive. The nail tech didn't even allow me to wash my hands before polishing which resulted in lumpy polish as you can see. Told me to wash hands last. There are so many classier places in the area... Take a look at my nails and the other reviews seriously this is unacceptable people West street in Annapolis has many more classier respectful and friendlier people they don't deserve to be in business read more

This is not a salon where they make you feel warm and fuzzy but I've been going here for 2 years because they are very convenient and do an excellent job on my nails. Never had an issue with hygiene here. I do pedicures and the gel dip for my nails. Other salons just dip your nails which cracks easily. Le's will do a clear coat of gel polish over the top of the dip and it lasts for weeks. Totally worth it. read more

I stopped in here because the location is convenient, and I assumed the bad reviews were just the squeaky wheels--because people with an average experience don't really speak up, you know? Well *squeak, squeak*. The tools in this salon are visibly dirty, not properly sanitized between clients, and nothing is lined or covered. I watched them simply rinse the basin with water after my pedicure than immediately refill for the next client, pumice stones were just rinsed and reused, and several metal tools were obviously dirty. One woman doing my nails cut my cuticles after I specifically asked her not to, I was passed back and forth between 3 different people, and my polish has dirt in it that I didn't ask them to fix because I just wanted to get out. Do yourself a favor, drive a few minutes out of the way to a salon in Severna Park. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My sibling and I did a walk in for full set acrylics and, at the start it seemed like they'd turn out ok. However, when they used a bristled paint brush (one of the ones you'd use to paint walls) to brush my nails off after filing them (for some reason, only the ends of my nails were filed) I started to get worried. The fake nail base was beyond crooked (my thumb nail was quite literally pointing sideways at a 45 degree angle) and when I commented on it, he said it was fine. After the acrylic was put on I commented on it again, because it was still beyond crooked and it wasn't the shape I asked for, and he again said it would be fixed. However, by the end of the appointment, I was sorely disappointed with the outcome. On top of the crooked, misshapen, uneven nails, the service was poor. If you want even decent nails, this is not the place to go get them done. read more

Very rude and disrespectful. I just asked for gel nails and they said no and I got confused because I've gotten them there before so I asked if they did acrylics and he said he didn't have time for that but they weren't busy at all so we just left. Won't go there again read more

I asked for the same colour red for my hands and feet- shellac on my hands, regular polish on my feet. Same colour number, but they do not match AT ALL. The pedicure was very disappointing- tech was very forceful and made me bleed, then put too much polish on. Took ages to dry and isn't even. Person who did my hands cut my nails too short (commented on it himself- I didn't say anything). Shellac job was ok but does not match my feet at all unfortunately. Will be happy to get back to regular my nail salon in Toronto! read more

The salon is using strict covid guidelines. I felt safe. My nails looked great! I would recommend them!

My daughter and I always use Bill-the owner, and have great service! He does a wonderful job with waxing as well. There is also no "upsell" that you get at fancier salons. I wonder if some of the other employees seem " rude" ( in other reviews),0because of their understanding of English? I have never had anyone be rude to me. read more

My normal salon was closed today and my best friend was with me so we decided to try this place ( PRICEY!) We both were getting gel mani and gel pedi's. This is the only salon I've been to that doesn't use the UV light on my gel pedi and I only received one thin layer of color and one thin layer of clear coat. While getting our manicures done, my friend pointed out that hers weren't correct, they seemed annoyed to fix it. Once mine were done, I asked the (blonde) tech to please fix 2 of my fingers as I do a better job at home! She just pretended to "fix" it... so I gave up on saying something. She went back over my cuticles with the cutters because my friend was still being worked on and she ended up cutting me! Blood was gushing from my finger and we just wanted to get out of there. Also, it was VERY obvious that they only decided to be nice once we were almost done.. to get a better tip. It's a shame as I usually send all my friends to businesses I love, this place will forever be on my DONT list. What a waste of $124! Nails are crooked, paint looks terrible, French tip had bubbles, rude techs and a dark dingy atmosphere. read more

Eh, I have had way better manicures and pedicures. My nails look like I painted them myself.

Rushed, not good quality, started working on someone else before I was finished even though I had an appointment. Charged 5$ extra just to remove plain nail polish from my toes. Didn't even get all of the old off. I do not recommend them. 38 dollars for a classic mani pedi and 5 dollars for nail polish removal came to 43$ for a poor job. read more

I go to this salon frequently and am an Annapolis local, the technicians are pleasant and always take you right away. My nails look beautiful every time, the massage during the pedicure feels like the spa! I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quick mani/pedi at a reasonable price. I've repeated this nail salon many times since I hadn't been to one in the neighborhood where everyone is nice. The owner is very sweet. All of the girls are very sweet also. BUT, I was talked into getting gel nails. My instinct told me not to. I have never had a good experience with anything other than my own nail. $40 for a French Gel Manicure and it didn't even look nice. The owner's brother did my nails and he did not do a nice job at all. He almost seemed as though he didn't know how to do a French manicure. The draw for the gel manicure is it lasts 2 weeks! Three days later mine was chipping and peeling off. I went in and the owner graciously fixed the chipped nails for no extra charge. The next day, the rest of my gel was peeling off. I took the $40 loss and just accepted that the owner's brother did not do a good job. Also the next day, I woke up with a sore wart on my finger! Never in my 35 years of living have I had a wart. If any of you don't know the relation between nail salons and the infections you can get, warts are one of them. Also a sign of a dirty, unsanitary salon. I definitely won't return. read more

I had a dip powder manicure and my nails looked pretty good when I was done. I have problems with color staying on my nails so the nail tech recommended the dip powder instead of gel. They didn't do any prep work to my nails other than buffering(not sure if this is normal for this kind of manicure), no cuticle work or soaking my nails or hand massage. The electric buffer did cause a small cut on one of my nails. Some pretty unhygienic practices I noticed such as my nail tech coughing without covering his mouth, he spilled some acrylic powder on the desk then swept it back into the container to continue use. One of my nails had little bubbles and another had a small speck of something in it. The nail The bottle of top coat was basically empty but he didn't bother getting a new bottle. The nail tech also talked about some pretty inappropriate things. I do love the shape of my nails and the layers aren't too thick. My friend was asked to pay before her manicure. I had a small wait. The staff was just plain rude to me from the second I walked in the door. The front desk woman didn't say a word to me just pointed her head towards my chair in a snotty way. I asked my nail technician how she was doin to see if she was any nicer and she said "fine." end of conversation. she was very rough with my fragile and small fingers and yanked my arms a lot. although the end result did look good. but, what irritated me the most was when I saw a piece of hair on one of my nails and was waiting to see if she would take the time to fix the nail. she didn't. she just pained over it and waiting to see if I would notice (I believe). after I paid and tipped her a decent amount (I'm a server so I tip decent to almost anyone) I decided to tell her and that's when she decided to go back and shape my nails and cuticles to A+ condition. why did she only do that after I tipped her? doesn't make sense to me. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. even though the location of this salon is close to me I will not be returning. read more
