Great attention to detail, friendly staff and convenient location! My nails look great and a bargain for $25 shellac manicure

Okay let me start by saying the location is great ,the establishment is clean the staff is nice (until you ask them to fix a mistake they made) but the work is sloppy, I paid $12 to get a French painted on my toenails. My acrylics would have been okay but they were way shorter than what I asked for.So long story short, I will not be returning to this place. I really needed to get my nails done and I happened to come across this place. It was almost 8 pm- They had their open sign on. So I looked them up online and it said they close at 7:30. But I took my chances calling to see if they would take me and they DID! They actually answered the phone after business hours and were happy to take me for a gel pedi and gel manicure. They didn't rush me, they gave me my full service and gave great customer service! I'm super picky about my nails and feet and they hooked me up! Lol. My day had been so long and I had just come back from traveling and they really made my night. I was so happy!! read more

If you want your gel manicure to last more than one day, stay away!! (Also, stay away if you want your manicure to look professional..there was polish everywhere on my fingers). Several days after I got my gel manicure here the polish was coming up off my nails / chipping. When I went in to get them fixed a week later (gel should stay in great condition for 2 weeks - every nail was ruined by day 5) they charged me $20! Even though it is close to work/home, I will never go back to Le's Nails. read more

WORST manicure I've ever received! Maybe got the wrong guy. Older man. Burned my nail while trying to get previous get manicure off with a sanding like tool. Considered leaving then. Wished I had. Took forever. Woke up the next day to hangnails and chipped polish! Would have gone back and had them redo but I didn't have time before a flight. Awful! Waste of $30. I went to Le's on a whim, and am glad I did. Holly did my super deluxe pedicure and it was exactly what I needed after some very long days on my feet. She was friendly and professional, she made me feel very much at home. Pedicure was fantastic as well. The manager is super friendly. The facility is clean and bright. They do sometimes get busy during lunch but will fit in as many as possible. The simultaneous mani/pedi is a plus, and the prices are not unreasonable. Have been going here for two years and don't intend to stop! read more

A full bait and switch... I came in for a Gel pedicure it was my first time in the place. While I was seated the nail tech asked me if I wanted the 30 dollar or 35 dollar? I said, "30 dollar" Now they were very thorough and although I am not a fan of using a cheese type grater on my feet (is that even legal)? my feet were smooth. I also prefer they soak off my gel versus file it off and she was very rough pushing my cuticles on my toes. But, what was the final straw was, when I handed her $36.00 which would have been 30 plus a 20% tip she told me it was $45.00. Because I got the DELUXE package. Really? I then asked how much for just the gel nails. They told me 25.00 but she stuttered with about 3 other prices before she landed there. If it was $25, why was I given the choice of $30 or $35? Bottom line, find out UP FRONT what the cost is and tell them that is all they will get. But for me, there are too many nail salons that I don't have to go back. They lost a good customer because I just moved into town. read more

If you aim to waste your money and time Les Nails is the place to go. They can't manage a simple manicure without messing it up. Less than 24 hours my nails are cracked. Not one several. I go to the shop to get it fixed and the owners wife only wanted to put a top coat on my nails. Not only were my nails cracked the nail polished did not cover my entire nail. Either it's a lack of skill on their part or life laziness. Either way my money doesn't belong in their pockets. read more

Very, VERY unsanitary. Used files and foot scrubs that look like they have been used 50 times. Would not come back.

For lashes, the one lady who does them did mine completely wrong. She obviously did not have the proper training to do the job. When removing the existing lashes I had, she literally ripped out half of all my lashes which take me a long time to grow! I'm so furious about this. She didn't apply enough lash remover substance and didn't remove them properly. It was extremely painful and later realized I should have stopped her in the process. She then applied the lashes underneath my lash line which means forcing to keep my eyes open during the whole process which was really uncomfortable. There were lashes falling off before I even left and also the next day when I woke up. I want my money back but just driving back to argue about this is not worth it. They should be shutdown for this eyelash service because it really poses a big liability to their business should they encounter another pissed off customer who would sue over things like this. read more

This was the worst nail experience I ever had. I just moved to the area & decided to give them a try not once but three times. The first time I got a fill I let Tim do my nails he was great with shaping but my nails broke right off the same week. The second time I went, the owner told me the price of my gel mani which was $20 I was very pleased with the price & my nails. But however my gel chipped right off by the third day & I never had the time to go back. The third time which was my LAST TIME was the worst experience ever. When I walked in I told the owner about my nails she argued with me & just kept on making excuses. The lady who started my gel mani did not understand English she did a wonderful job on my nails. When it was time to pay everything went left, something was wrong with their machine so they weren't excepting Sun-trust master cards which I feel is a little odd because I used that card my last two previous visit. Tim then asked me did I have another card I told him no but I could run to the bank which was right down stairs he then swiped my card any way, a receipt printed out with a $25 charge to my card I was confused on why I was charged $25 the second time when I paid $20 for a gel mani my second visit . As I was walked out the door the owner said "bye have a good day & come again". I heard someone yelling at me(the lady who did my nails) screaming at me about how I didn't pay. I walked back in the salon which was really humiliating. The owner & Tim told me the payment did not go through & told me to go to the bank as if I didn't mention that the first time. As I walk downstairs to the bank the owner made two ladies that worked there follow me inside bank. read more

I was visiting for business and called to see if they could fit me in. I went right over (a little hard to find it you don't know the area). Very friendly. They gave me one of best mini-manis I've ever had. It lasted a full 2 weeks, which is very unusual and they looked great. I wished I could there all the time. read more

I used to get my nails done here every week and was a very happy regular customer. However, I stopped by to get a few mani chip repairs done on my manicure which I have never done, and they brushed me aside for walk in mani pedi customers. I have been a weekly regular for a year and I was very disappointed that they brushed me aside for short term lucrative walk ins over a weekly regular. I guess loyal customers don't matter if the walk ins you don't know bring in more at that minute. Perhaps a better salon for stop by customers! read more

Clean nice and just what this new to town girl needed in manicure and pedicure. Pleasantly surprised!

I am visiting from South Florida (one of the nail salon capitols of the US!) and needed my nails done. Les Nails is close to the hotel I am staying at and since I don't know the area at all I decided to give them a try. What a GREAT decision that turned out to be. They were very accommodating and were able to take me right away ( I went in at 3:00 on a Thursday so the timing was right for me!). The gentleman who did my gel manicure was amazing. He was professional, polite and a very skilled nail tech (my nails were a mess because I last had them done 6 weeks ago). I am sorry that I didn't ask for his name so I could give him the proper recognition here. My nails look fabulous. They look so good in fact that I am going back tomorrow to get a pedicure! I have been getting my nails done for 25 years so I've been to many nail salons over the years. I can say without hesitation that Les Nails is top of the line! read more

I went in to have my eyebrows waxed on my lunch break because I had a wedding to attend and I didn't have time to go to my normal place. Horrible experience. First, the lady did my eyebrows way too thin, I barely have any left. Second, she burned my face with the wax; she also went over the same area about four or five times, which I had never experienced before. I told her several times that the wax was too hot and that it was painful, but the damage was already done. I paid only because the burns hadn't showed up yet. I went downstairs to lunch and about 30 minutes later, I get in my car and I saw the burns. Luckily they gave me my money back, but they refused to take responsibility saying that I have "sensitive skin" and that "the wax wasn't too hot". I will not be going back. read more

I wanted to try somewhere close to home to get my eyebrows done. I went in and asked for a basic "eyebrow" which is getting them waxed and cleaned up. The woman took me to the back and another woman entered, they seemed to be having an ongoing conversation. Once she looked at me she started talking to her with eyes glancing slightly at me. This to me is the first error. I hate when Im getting service and people talk over me or to another person while Im getting services done. I am in highschool so having your eyebrows presentable is a MUST! She immediately started to wax and then glance at the other woman who had just entered( being that I am younger and wanted to respect my elders I did not stop their conversation or show irratation) they talked continuously and looked at me then would talk some more. The woman who entered after every wax looked either confused or worried (it varied). After a couple of minutes the woman waxing left and said she was looking for more tweezers (she had already tweezed both sides repetetively). The woman who entered second came to get a closer look at me and smiled nervously. I asked "Does it looked bad" with a nervous laugh, she replied "No" in almost the same matter. The waxer came back in with more tweezers they still spoke over me in another language (they are both of asian decent). With the second pair of tweezers she wiped my eyebrows clean (and my forehead!!) and tweezed basically from ear to ear on me. After 5 minutes she said she was finished vaguely showed me a mirror and hurried to have me pay. I asked could i pay her she said yes and i did. I gave her $10 because the service itself is $8. She didnt ask if I wanted to leave a tip, just took my money and started saying goodbye. I was in a rush so I didn't clearly look at my eyebrows till I got home. They look terrible & I start school tomorrow!! We called and told them of what happened. My mom was mad and I more embarassed than mad. They called saying we could come back & get my eyebrows fixed plus our money back. My mom accepted the refund only but said we wont be back till later. The lady said the woman who did my brows was certified (that's obviously arguable). Plus why would I go back as let them mess my brows up even more! This all happened January 5, 2014. Please take my warning and never go here for eyebrows ever!! I would give it a 0 but for this to be published I cant. I just realized after writing another review for this salon, the woman left tacky wax on my forehead. It hurts to take off! read more
